Indoor seating area.

While in Kingston, my friends and I stopped into Hood Canal for a couple beers. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Hood Canal is the typical utilitarian brewery. Hood Canal doesn't have a kitchen; however, one can bring in their own food/snacks. Snacks are also available for purchase. We all had fun and enjoyed our beer tastings during our visit. Our server was relaxed, friendly and fun. We will definitely stop into Hood Canal the next time we're passing through Kingston.

Frothy goodness the Dabob bay IPA!!!

Great brewery, the mixtures are fabulous and distinctive. A beer or cider for every type. Wonderful cheese and salmon plates. Terrific staff and atmosphere. Did I mention the fantastic prices!!! A lot of restaurants carry their flavors but come direct to the source !!!

Imperial IPA and another IPA

Was driving by and saw the sign. We made a u-turn to check it out. We like trying new breweries when we travel. Brews are just okay. No snacks available when we went although I saw a sign that said food truck Fridays. We came on a Sunday afternoon. Dogs welcomed. Prices were very affordable. Glad we got to try a local spot. Wouldn't come again.

Sampler of beers!

Hood Canal has a simple tasting room. Inside there are a few tables and a bar area. It's nothing fancy, but then again, why does it need to be? They have pretzels, but no real food. However, it's my understanding they have no problem if you bring some food in if you'd like to munch on. They have reasonable prices on samplers and pints. Their beers are pretty tasty and you can get growlers filled or buy some bottles. The staff was friendly and didn't mind us taking our sweet time to work our way through some brews. If you're not looking for a bar scene, but some good beers, try stopping by here!

Great beer, people and a super cool vibe! Definitely check them out for a cold one! One of those places you won't regret ordering blind!

House flavor across multiple beers. Thin, no personality in either beer or bar. About what you'd expect in an industrial park.

I tried a flight of everything brewed here and no complaints from me! My wife and I had to buy a growler and fill it with the smoked amber.

Bainbridge Brewing - Eagle Harbor IPA (pint) & Year Ten DIPA (schooner) - perfect for a warm Spring day!

The Bainbridge Brewing facility at Coppertop (not the alehouse downtown), which is the facility…read morewhere the beer is brewed, is a nice place to hang for a beer or two, although it can get busy on weekend afternoons. It seems to be a favorite place for families to gather during those times, which can make finding a seat difficult. By early evening, most folks have cleared out, and it's pretty empty as the 9:00 hour approaches. We particularly like sitting upstairs since there's pinball close by (four machines), which we used quite a bit on our last visit. And, of course, there's their beer, which I love. My favorite is the Eagle Harbor IPA, their signature West Coast IPA. Their Kömmuter Kölsch is also one of my favorites (and likewise my girlfriend's favorite). I frequently buy cans of both to take home (which you can also buy at the Safeway on High School Road, and at the alehouse on Winslow near the ferry terminal).

This is an excellent, quiet brewery on sleepy Bainbridge Island…read more We stopped in to get a drink. There is a wine bar next door! Our bar host was knowledgeable, chill, and poured our flight for us. We were able to look out their big windows to a sunny afternoon. They also had TVs running different sports. They have a great variety of beers and surprisingly I liked all 4 in our beer flight (a rare occasion!) We skipped getting bites since we had a meal coming up. Would love to come back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

I decided to check out Peace of Mind Brewing after seeing some online Yelp & IG activity (2/6/26)…read more Straightforward drive up north on 99 from Shoreline and they have their own parking lot. They are also located along the Community Transit blue line. Note: this post is only for a cafe visit. Weekdays they are open 7am to 2pm. Weekends they are open 8am to 2pm. This is a great northend alternative to cramped, corporate cafes. This indie site feels vast, spacious, decent natural light, and I really like the overhead music. Great cafe location whether you are solo, small or large groups. Plenty of room with a variety of seating configurations. While I was onsite, there were three others with laptops (yes, there's WiFi) and several got their bevs to go. The brewpub has varied hours depending on the day. Screenshot I added listed brewpub as: Monday 4-9pm Tues-Thurs 2-9pm Friday 2-10pm Saturday noon to 10pm Sunday noon to 9pm Call, check their website or social media for the latest info. The brewpub has been in operation for 2.5 years, while the cafe concept started on 11/10/25, coming up on three months. The welcoming barista (one of the owners?) mentioned her extensive espresso experience. And yes, she crafted a really good 20oz mocha. I brought my mug from home and got a discount ($6.25 vs $6.50). Regardless this is a mega bargain vs close to ten bucks with tax & tip at most Seattle cafes for a smaller 16oz volume! Nice find - next time I'll bring reading or writing gear and hang out longer. PS At the entrance, door states No Cash Accepted. Just an fyi.

In short Great space, decent beers, friendly service. Prices…read moreare fine. Free pool, tons of flatscreens. It's a mellow dad bar and probably a fun place to watch the game. Killer food truck on site daily. In long We rolled in for a late lunch and almost had the place to ourselves for a while. Big room, high ceilings, lots of hardwoods in the construction, plus bare concrete floors. It filled in with maybe 20 people after a while and you can tell it'll get loud when it's full. We checked out 3 beers, a wine, and 2 seltzers. The beers are all drinkable; the wines and seltzers are kinda average as those things go. We relaxed and listened to music and watched the Audubon channel on one of the flatscreens. Lots of regulars seemed to know each other, and the barman was always happy to see everybody. Outside there's an amazing taco truck with a huge menu. You can order from your phone and pay when you go out to get it. The website says cash only, but they're really cash preferred. They do take cards. Whew! All in all a good hangout for a fun afternoon sneaking out of the house.

It's great that you can enter and leave thru the garage. Parking is timed, but it usually seems to be the right amount of time, if not there is some street parking available. Inside is large and welcoming, there are a few bar type seats. There are multiple bathrooms which I always appreciate in a brewery. I miss the days of the local food trucks, but you can bring food or order from a place next door most days. This is a great place to meet up with others or have a regularly scheduled meet up, they are so accommodating and helpful. My book club meets here currently. It's great because we are able to get a section reserved ahead of time, its away from the TVs and never so loud that we have trouble hearing each other. They are also open every day and have later hours than a lot of breweries seem to have these days. They have multiple beers on tap, always something new and are happy to offer tastes if you have trouble deciding. If you don't drink beer there are ciders, wine and root beer as well. I've tried tons of things, they are all tasty. I have a 5th anniversary Belgian Triple Crowler in my fridge right now. Everyone who works here is super nice and the vibe is always chill. There's trivia on Tuesdays at 7, but I have yet to check this out. It's dog friendly, currently with a dedicated posting area for pics of the brewery dogs that come to visit. In good weather it's great to sit outside. If you are so inclined this is walking distance from the newly opened light rail station. Check it out.
