This is the place!!! They have other appetizers and main dishes, but honestly, we can't break away from the above three menu items. Food is consistently delicious! The restroom was clean as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I returned to the dining room. A party of 5 gentlemen had left. The nice gentleman who had taken my order was clearing and cleaning the table. He then took a broom and gently swept the floor where the men had left. The staff is always very pleasant and appreciative every single time. The food is delicious. The servings more than adequate. We usually have leftovers for later. Tonight, we will eat the 2 fresh orders of spring rolls for dinner. And as the name of the restaurant implies, the food is prepared fresh and doesn't take long at all to be served. Express! read more

This place was pretty good. I enjoyed the noodles on the Chicken Teriyaki plate. I take away a star because meat portions are not that good even after I paid for extra. I peeled away top layer of meat only to find it was propped up by excessive rice beneath it (when there was already so much elsewhere) and came to realize the overall portion of chicken was underwhelming. The food was terrible. Between the crab cream cheese wonton, general tso and pho, everything was bad. The wonton wasn't melted properly nor did it have more than a sliver of crab in it. I got the simple chicken teriyaki but hubbs got the sweet n sour special. Oh boy plates were loaded to brim with yummy goodness which came out hot and quickly. I seriously don't want to tell others about this sweet spot in Silverdale, but here I am. Family owned business with a relatively vast menu, which is usually a bad sign, but their food, at least the dishes I've tried, were fantastic. As someone who's had his fair share of Pho, theirs was very good,, I highly recommend it. Coming from Texas, seeing Teriyaki places everywhere in WA, wasn't' sure why it's a big deal, but theirs was very tasty, and moist. Pretty good portions and a good value. Ask the owner about pickleball, you'll enjoy the hospitality and conversation. Was in Seabeck working at the state park over the summer and went to Heidi's on multiple occasions. It's been seven years since I last ate here, and our favorite teriyaki restaurant, Downeast was closed for a week. So my wife and I came here with a friend from Tacoma. My buddy and my wife had the standard chicken teriyaki ($13.50) and I ordered the Heidi Special ($16.50), a combo of chicken, beef, and pork teriyaki. All were sizable portions and the teriyaki meats and sauce were delicious. I have but one complaint; the same one I had when I reviewed Heidi's in 2018...overload of carbs! The meats are served over a bed of white rice (as is usually the case), but the side dish is vegetable chow mein (emphasis on chow mein, not so much the vegetable part). I'll grant you, the chow mein is very tasty, but there's little in the way of veggies...just another pile of carbs/starch...nothing particularly healthy. No wonder we're a society of fat Americans. A salad can be substituted for the chow mein, but for an additional $3.50! C'mon folks. Downeast includes a small salad with their teriyaki (no chow mein) for one price. Why can't you? read more

Beef was too soft, it was ok. Pork was decent. Chow mein was bland. Egg roll was nice and crispy. Wish the rice wasn't covered with the meats so I could prevent too much sauce on it. Omg it the chicken curry with rice and my husband got teriyaki and fried rice (there is additional charge to sub out white rice for fried). The owner is very friendly and service was fast. The food is straight FRESH meaning, they made that stuff as soon as we ordered so by the time we got home it was still very hot. Actually came back here a few days later to try their pho and I was not disappointed. As other reviewers have said, this place serves really good pho. The broth was probably some of the best that I've had. In addition, we ordered the fresh spring rolls, which to my surprise were a lot bigger than I expected (where I'm from, the fresh spring rolls are much smaller). Food wasn't bad. I ordered half beef/half chicken teriyaki and the portion sizes were small. The beef was a lot smaller of an amount than the chicken portion. I also asked for no rice and extra salad. I ordered the same meal from another teriyaki restaurant yesterday and the meat portions were almost double in size and the salad was double the amount too and it was about the same price. My suggestion is to raise the price another dollar or so that is needed to fill the container to standard size portions. I am still hungry and I'm not a big girl! read more

I've substituted vegetables in and have asked for spicy (not a menu item) rather than normal teriyaki and revived both without any extra charge.
