The food and service was great. All items were flavorful and portions were satisfying. I definitely recommend.

I ate at this restaurant about a year and a half ago when they first opened and it was good. I left a review , and that was very positive. I went back yesterday because I was in the neighborhood and got a curb side pick up. It was a quarter leg and thigh piece of fried chicken with rice and veggies. I was blown away by the flavors. Excellent. So delicious. More importantly, I didn't eat it until I got all the way back home in North Kitsap. The chicken was still hot and crispy. I had no problem ordering my phone. Request. Ing the curbside, pick up was easy and met with an enthusiastic.Absolutely.We can do that for you attitude. I'm going to go get that dish again just to make sure it was that good. And now that they have a more extensive menu, since the first time I went. I'll try some other things as well. It's just good to see that they are doing okay and are still in business. I will definitely patronize this place as often as I can.

Yum !! The place is legit . Had both lunch and dinner here, both were consistently delicious. It seems to be a family run place and they helpful and quick. Good location by Safeway gas station, parking can be tricky, there is plenty just busy area . Will be back again.

Consistent and always tasty! Decent portions of meat and fast service, good Thai Tea, and friendly staff. Festive music at a comfortable volume. The Combo pho with steak, brisket, meatball, and tendon is my go-to.

Stopped by for a quick dinner here this week on the recommendation from friends. I don't typically frequent Vietnamese restaurants because in the past, I haven't been able to find anything I really want to eat. My husband loves Pho, though, so I agreed to come. The place is a really cute little restaurant with booths and tables, relaxing holiday music playing, and a cute maneki neko (big white and black porcelain cat) with paw waving at customers on their counter. Friends recommended that I try the Crispy Chicken Fried Rice so that's what I ordered. My husband got the Tai Nam (Steak & Brisket) Pho. I wasn't sure what to expect but what I received was a very aesthetic looking plate of crispy chicken, a big scoop of fried rice under a sunny side up egg with the most perfect golden edges (!), along side fresh cut cucumbers and other veggies, with a small bowl of sauce. We were also provided a side of hot bean curd to use if we wanted extra spice. The chicken was a little crispier and tougher than I was expecting but I still enjoyed it. I never order eggs sunny side up as I'm not usually a big fan of runny yolk but I decided to eat it as intended -- and it was really good! The fried rice was super flavorful and had a nice chew. The veggies were very fresh. All in all, I cleaned my plate! My husband liked his, too. He's very picky about pho and always orders the same kind at every Vietnamese restaurant so he can easily compare. According to him, steak was pretty good, but the brisket was excellent! He also had a Thai iced tea, and that was nice, too. The people working there were super friendly... we felt very welcome right away. Parking is plentiful. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back.

Second time here to try something different and the food is delicious. First time we came we ordered grilled pork chop with scoop of rice and side salad. The egg noddle special with chicken and egg rolls. Today. We ordered Ha Noi Style Vermicelli and Bbq pork Bahn Mi sandwich. The lunch service is quick and attentive. Ambiance was clean and organized. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

My partner and I came in and got the grilled short-rib rice plate, a steak pho and vanilla ice blend with boba. The short rib plate was a solid 10/10. The little salad it came with was tasty. The pho broth was pretty basic and bland; not much taste to it but still good. The vanilla ice blend alright and not too sweet. I would definitely come back to try the other dishes. The service was great and the restaurant was nice and clean! Definitely a spot to try if you're looking for Vietnamese food in the area!

Silverdale WA. Pleasantly surprised. Reviews were pretty good by fellow yelpers. About 4 tables working when I got there for dinner on a Wednesday night. Not incredibly busy and that's what I like. Ordered two of my go-to's when trying out a new place and I got to say I was really impressed by the food. Not a large quantity, but enough and filling. Sat really well with me all night. Took about 1/3 of the rice home and looking forward to it for breakfast. Definitely worth your time and money to try this place. Friendly, fast, fresh, and tasty. What else could you want?

Uhm....am I cheap or is this the most expensive pho ever?
    Leroy H.

Aromatic broth but greasiest I've ever had. Price of food is the most expensive I've ever seen. Vietnamese cuisine is one of the highest caliber of foods, but this place is confusing me. Is it because they have expensive rent and they are probably the most authentic less filtered Vietnamese food in the area or they have to drive to Tacoma or Seattle to restock their products. Either way, I think it is way too expensive.

    Vermicelli bowl

Went here for a lunch date with a friend and was not disappointed. We got the vermicelli bowl and spicy noodles and both were delicious! We also got bubble teas and they were a bit too sweet for me, but good. Basically a meal unto itself. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only issue that I had was that it was quite expensive. For a vermicelli bowl and a bubble tea, with tip, came out to $36. I went back and got my husband a bahn mi to go and it was $18. So it's a nice treat, but not something that I would get super frequently due to the price. The portions were generous though and they didn't skimp on the protein!

It was my first time trying Viet's Taste and there was no one at the restaurant at the time we came in for lunch on a Thursday. Restaurant is very clean with cute decor. The lady working was super friendly and welcoming. She even interacted with my toddler which was cute. We ordered the garlic fried wings for appetizer, and it was pretty small for $11.50. It tasted just okay. I also ordered the Special vermacelli bowl with pork, shrimp, chicken & eggroll. Amazing! Best tasting vermacelli bowl I've had in awhile! The fish sauce that came with it was unique and tasty. I finished my whole bowl! My mom ordered the beef short ribs rice dish and they gave plenty. It was also delicious. I would love to come back and try other dishes!

OMG!! the food was amazing the Bahn Xeo was he good as anything in Garden Grove in Southern California my granddaughter loved her Pho and my daughter grilled beef and noodles was amazing. We'll definitely come back. I was gonna post pictures, but I eat the food too fast. I guess I'll have to come back again real soon. Prices for reasonable service was excellent.

Not to soft or chewy. The Bun Bo Hue was delicious and very flavorful. The broth could be a little more spider but it was still delicious with the different cuts of meat and udon noodles. The Saigon Wings were really delicious and crispy. The right amount of fish sauce on them. The server was very nice to us and had a great experience here. They talked to us a lot , which made us like the place even more! Overall the service was excellent! The ambiance of the place was really nice. I loved the wooden theme of the inside and very open. They also had tables and chairs for people to sit outside but it was kind of raining the time I went so I want. Able to sit outside but good to know they have outside seating. The latte was so smooth and well balanced flavors, absolutely the best latte I have had in long time. Then I tried the donuts and they were very good. I haven't eaten donuts from bakeries near and far but never had Mochi variety. They are made using rice flour that gives the donut an elastic characteristic and chewy but very good. I had three different flavors - strawberry, raspberry, and chocolate. While I still would say I am a cake donut lover, I would always be willing to eat one of these mochi flavors. You definitely should consider stopping in at M&T.

My initial visit was over nine years ago back in 2/4/17 when the restaurant was smaller. It's a great sign to see its longevity, posted local awards, and space expansion for additional seating. Interior seating choices available include booths or tables. Wait staff was pleasant and efficient handing us ice waters, menus, napkins, chopsticks, and flatware upon seating. Same pleasant interior with healthy plants and an aquarium. Menu items have expanded and also offers bubble tea. We shared a fresh roll with grilled pork and their tasty dipping sauce. Love the crunch and overall fresh composition. Mom had the seafood pho which arrived in a ginormous bowl and I opted for the steak and meatball pho in a smaller bowl. We shared the provided fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedges, but passed on the sliced jalepenos. The broth was so on point, there was no need to adjust the seasoning. But if needed, there is a variety of additional condiments available at each table to customize one's bowls further. Entree servings and content are so generous, that we ended up packing up our leftover phos. I also bought an additional iced Vietnamese phin style coffee with condensed milk to go. That was nice, smooth, and hit the spot while waiting to board the ferry. Back again in under a week with my mom, but also in tow with The Homie (5/5/26, visit 2of2). This time our visit was much earlier in the day at 1030am, but during our visit the booths filled up with others dining onsite or getting orders to go. Very personable waitperson who also gave us ample time to consider menu options. We shared again the exact fresh roll with grilled pork - tasty, consistent, and generously filled. Mom had her ginormous bowl of seafood pho again and was happy to have all the fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedge to herself. She had been fasting for an earlier doctor's appointment and labs, so she went to town and was focused on her pho. Again, chockful of shrimp, squid, imitation crab/surimi, and fish balls with onions, cilantro, plus that flavorful pho broth and noodles. The Homie was very happy to be able to order pork fried rice without the peas and carrots. Great presentation with the generous pork, scrambled egg throughout, and green onion. Despite earlier items consumed prior, he managed to eat half of the generous entree and had a considerable portion to take home. I tried their version of shaking beef with a scoop of steamed white rice, tender chunks of beef sauteed with sliced romaine, cilantro, green peppers, and onions in a garlic sauce. I did end up picking out the onions to add to the other entree of pork fried rice and separated the green peppers due to personal preference. I ate a few bites, and ended up taking the majority of it home. Again, just the sheer size of the generous serving provided. Worthy detour off of Hwy 303 in East Bremerton for consistent, flavorful menu items and on point customer service! Great dining experiences twice in under a week! 4 stars bumped up to five stars for these two recent visits.
