    Thai ice tea!

Thai palace, I been driving through this a lot since they open. I always want stop in and try their food. Until recently, I went there around late afternoon on a weekday. The place was empty so we got seated right away. The service is good and attentive. I was looking over the menu. I find one thing surprising is that there price for Thai food is a little higher than other places. I mean I'm fine with it but the vibe was not there. It is what it is, as long the food taste good. I got their sampler for two as our appetizer where we get try all their appetizer. Everything tasted great. For my entree, I got their chicken pad see ew 3 stars. Regret it lol, it was too spicy. If it is too spicy, I can't really taste the flavor beside burning my tongue. That was my fault. I do know that my noodle were still a little hard, and but it was doable. I still finished it. Next time I would let them know to cook my noodle longer, so it will be softer. Overall, a good local family run Thai restaurant. Will be stopping back again to try the noodle again.

Delicious food, fresh, a lot of attention to detail and a lot of love go into each plate. The owner/cook(?) came out to check that everything was great. We had the crab fried rice, appetizer sampler platter (best summer rolls in kitsap county and peanut dipping sauce!!) and my husband had a duck dish that was amazing. I have never tried duck was always afraid to...this was a lovely introduction. Soft meat not undercooked, seems almost braised or baked low and slow then Somehow the surprisingly got the skin nice and dark and brown and crispy all the while the meat remains completely fall off the bone and we'll cooked, no weird pink stuff here. This place is delicious and a must try, it's a hidden gem for west Bremerton.

I don't stop on Callow very often but today's travels brought me to this establishment and boy am I happy I did. The chicken curry was fantastic! On a heat scale if 1-5 you can have it your way. Pictured is the pineapple fried rice. The great presentation was only exceeded by the amazing taste! So if you find yourself on Callow with a hankering for chow this is definitely a worthwhile stop. Lunch for 4 out the door was $60.00

This is the best Thai Restaurant ever! The food is fresh, authentic and delicious. The owners are hardworking and run the front house and the back house. You have to stop by for a delicious meal, you won't be disappointed!

Closed on a Thursday at 6pm when every app said it's open. So bummed bc it had such good reviews.

Needs darker walks and some art.

Vegetarian friendly! Summer roll was nice and fresh; peanut sauce a bit thin. Main dishes are generous sized portions. Pad Kee Mao (Veggie with Tofu) was very nicely seared and full of flavor. Pa Nang (Veggie with Tofu) was quite tasty, spice was as requested, sauce a bit thin, veggies cut a bit too large for my taste. All tofu appeared freshly prepared. Order was very much "cooked and prepared to order with fresh ingredients" White sticky rice and mango was perfectly cooked and sweetened. Ambiance is flat. Looks like work is still in progress. Hanging lamps was very dusty. Server was friendly, but not very experienced (asked if we wanted small plates with summer roll, then placed both as a stack in front of my husband. Very slow to pick up empty dishes). Owner very friendly and let us know that all requests (such as vegetarian) could be accommodated as the food is made fresh.

    Tom Kha was delicious!

Goodness. So many things to say about this restaurant! When we came through the door, we were greeted right away even though it was busy (only two people running the whole place!). We took a seat. They told us that it was dinner rush hour, so it was busy and the food might take a little while, which we were fine with. Not like we were in a rush. It gave us time to look thoroughly through the menu to decide. It looked like it was a place run by husband and wife, and they were both very sweet! Enough about that! The food was DELICIOUS. I honestly think it was the best thai food I've ever had. Each dish was packed full of flavor, and it honestly got better with each bite! I don't think I've ever finished something so fast. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

Two orders of chicken pad thai and thai tea with boba

Decided to go here based on yelps reccomendation. Their chicken pad thai is delicious! The thai tea with boba was pretty sweet and had a lot of milk in it, but other than that, our experience was good. My boyfriend and I usually go to Saibadee for our pad thai fix but Thai Palace has a really nice kick to theirs that is a small notch above Saibadee. Also, the restaurant name outside says "Authentic Thai & Sushi" but from looking at their menu, it seems as though they do not serve sushi... yet? Maybe it will be implemented later on. Overall, I will probably go back soon. Great new place with lots of space inside the restaurant. Also, their water is infused with basil which is interesting.

I'm willing to bet they do. They open at like 7am.

    Do they have delivery option?

Not yet! But you can totally order online and pick it up. They promised me delivery once they found the best options. It's so good just go pick it up!

The 'new' owners have put their own spin on the dishes and a have fashioned a great place of their own. I think at some point they could even change the restaurant name to make it wholly theirs. The server who seated us was very friendly and put us at ease. She brought our menus very quickly and gave us more than adequate time to decide on our dishes. Well, I was the one who needed the time; my wife and son had seen the online menu and already knew what they wanted. We chose the Crab Rangoon, Fried Calamari, and Pork-Fried Rice (#1 spice) to share. The appetizers were brought quickly and were delightfully hot. The only glitch in the service here was when our server took away the empty dish with the sweet garlic dipping sauce still in the bowl. We still had uneaten Crab Rangoon on our plates. We should've told her to leave the dipping sauce but were too surprised to speak out. Note to us to speak out and a note to the server to ask before removing food or sauces from a table. Our entrees were brought out one at a time and the fried rice was brought out about the same time. I chose the Garlic Delight with Beef (#4 spice) , my wife chose Pad See Ew with Pork (#1 spice) and our son chose Pad See Ew with Beef (#4 spice). My dish was very good with just the right amount of heat for me. Our son is impervious to most hot spices but still liked his dish, and my wife also liked her dish with a hint of spice. I asked our server what type of meat was in my dish and the cook told her it was ribeye. That impressed me since most Asian restaurants used flank steak. The only criticism I had of the dish was that the ribeye should've been seared for extra flavor and texture, but it was still very good. We also noticed that the Pad See Ew was made with rice ribbon noodles instead of the traditional pad see ew noodles (which can be a bear to work with). Not sure why the restaurant made the substitution but I didn't ask about it. The servings here are impressive with an abundance of meat along with veggies and noodles. My wife and I also enjoyed Thai Iced Tea. So, delicious food, a delightful server who brought our food quickly which all made for a great wedding anniversary dinner.

I could probably have licked my plate clean on every meal that I have ever had there. Generally, there has always been excellent customer service, and all the things that you would expect from a great restaurant. However, a couple of days ago I had a really bad experience. I live pretty far away, and there are thai restaurants closer to my home. Sawatdy restaurant is a twenty mile drive in one direction from my home. Yet, I will patronize it every now and again to bring business to her restaurant and because its been my favorite. I don't think I'll be going back. This post is not to discourage anyone from going. The food is generally amazing. And again, the service is top notch. I drove all the way to the restaurant a couple of days ago and ordered three things. The stuffed wings, a pad Thai dish, and drunken noodles. The bill was $75 and some change. The food portions were amazingly large, which is always good when you get your money's worth. From the order, the chicken wings were exceptional. They were outstanding very delicious as they have always been. However, the two main dishes, one for myself and one for my sister were absolutely disastrously bad. They both were like they had been either cooked earlier in the day, and left out for too long, or overcooked. On both of our dishes, the meat was really bad and the food was dry. In my nearly twenty years of going to the restaurant, it's never been like that ever. We couldn't eat them. And both of us can eat just about anything! I called and because the owner knows me, we had a great conversation about me coming back to the restaurant and getting the two dishes made again. Knowing that I live twenty miles in one direction away, it was gonna take me a few days to go back. Maybe even a week or so. We had an agreement that I was counting on to get the two dishes redone, but not the stuffed chicken, of course. When I called today saying that I was going to drive back for the two dishes I was told that they would only replace one. I had two dishes that were severely overcooked or dried out, or old. One dish, the chicken wings were delicious.I didn't want to refund. And I was told they would only replace one. So I went back and I got the one dish, which was the drunken noodles. And it was absolutely up to par.It was outstanding as it should have been the first time. Fresh meat fresh noodles fresh everything! I've included a picture. I'm disappointed though, because i've always been a patron of the restaurant who's never complained about their food. I've always elevated the food to my friends and colleagues and I've even brought people to that restaurant in the past. Getting one dish replaced when two dishes were bad does not sit very well with me. So I will go to the restaurants near me in Poulsbo and Silverdale instead. And we'll forget about and say farewell, to what was my favorite Thai restaurant in Kitsap County. Yep it's the principle of the thing. Paying nearly a hundred dollars for the two meals to be terrible. Explaining that they were knowing that i've never done that before or had that experience in twenty years, and to be only provided with one dish as a replacement is just not okay. Now we will close this by saying that was my only bad experience in twenty years. And I know everyone loves that restaurant. And I do recommend that you patronize it. My backing out, and choosing to take it off my list is a thing of principles.

We found the restaurant no problem and street parking was easy. The restaurant was clean and great decor inside and a friendly worker quickly guided us to a table and started working on our Thai Ice teas. Delicious as we'd hoped! The food arrived shortly after. Everything we tried was very fresh and high quality ingredients, The spice level was perfect and the over all quality of the meal was top notch. As mentioned, we were on a road trip and don't live close by, but we've managed to find an excuse to come back two more times. My recommendation would be the beef massamun curry! The service was underwhelming from the start. There seemed to be two waitresses working, but neither of them seemed overly enthusiastic to be there. Neither ever engaged in any polite conversation, just seated us, took our order, delivered it to our table, brought the bill - simply going through the motions. The food was also a bit underwhelming (especially after reading all of the five-star reviews). We ordered the pad see ew with chicken and the pineapple fried rice. The meat in both was terrible - completely overcooked. While the flavor of the pad see ew was at least good, the flavor of the rice was one note (and that note was curry flavored). For $20+ per entree, we expected more. Perhaps this was just an off night (as other reviewers seem to have had better experiences), but it was not a great look for our first visit. Pro-Tip: Come after 6:00pm, so you can park across the street (without breaking parking rules).
