Sometimes I just don't see a great photo when getting food to go... And being somebody to put a lot of effort into taking good photos throughout my life sometimes I think that a picture might be worth 1000 words but a few hundred words might be better than a bad picture. Here is no exception. It didn't look great in the to go box. Do you have a great backdrop now great ideas and just decided to check in so that I can review it later, hoping that possibly able to came back and eaten in and provided some substance. Now it's rare for me to not like a Thai place. It's gotta just be off the reservation. This is a very run-of-the-mill Thai food. Very good quality stuff ingredients aren't over cooked noodles were good. Vegetables were good and overall had a great taste. Now it's not gonna be the best Thai food restaurant ever been to but like many things it's all about your area. We were in the area looked at Thai food and they said good reviews and good photos and everything lined up with that. A little on the not so spicy side is my only complaint it's always hard to judge if a four out of five is gonna kill you or just not be enough . In this case I would air on the side of a higher number in order to get a more accurate space. Noodle dishes were great just the right amount of oily goodness on my pad kee mao. Definitely worth a try. read more

Delicious food in generous portions with excellent service. Beware that Thai food is spicy and 4/5 spicy will be as spicy as you'll want to go your first try! Stopped in impromptu with 2 friends on a Saturday night. We started with Thai fried spring rolls which were delightfully crunchy on the outside but seemed undercooked inside. Moving on, I had the red curry with beef at 4/5 spicy. My friend had a halibut curry. We all agreed the main courses were excellent with generous amounts of rice included with the curries. I love hot food and my 4/5 spicy red curry was making me question some life decisions! I wouldn't go any hotter or you can try it and the waiter offered to bring extra chili's to spice it up if needed. It wasn't. The female waiter was friendly and attentive to our need for refills of water and sodas and also have us our privacy which was great. When a friend stopped in momentarily the male chef came just to check briefly we weren't being harassed by a some random street person which was appreciated. I had enough for take home and we were provided spill-proof recyclable plastic containers with lids which was appreciated over those Styrofoam clamshells which spill and worse don't recycle. The decor was somewhat sparse but decorated with Thai cultural items. Thai dramas and music on the TV added to authenticity. The bathrooms were very clean which always speaks well to the cleanliness of the kitchen. Would definitely eat here again. read more

We had incredibly high hopes for this place after reading reviews but our dine-in experience was less than stellar. The venue was mostly empty when we sat down and the dining area by the windows looked quite nice and all the tables were preset. The woman who greeted us was incredibly kind, as was the whole staff. We ordered some wine, which was sour and I had to send back. We noticed the bottles were quite large and covered in dust when we walked past the bar to the bathroom. The entire space is huge but most of it is being used for storage in public spaces and could use a major deep clean. We ordered two noodle dishes with shrimp. Neither tasted amazing and the shrimp was served with the tails on and mixed into the noodles. After eating a few bites, we noticed than half of the shrimp in my dish hadn't been cleaned properly. We didn't finish our dishes, and upon paying our bill, I was told, "please leave me a tip". I was planning to do so already but this made me feel really uncomfortable. The next day, both of us were dealing with stomach issues which lasted several days. I love supporting local businesses, especially in my hometown but this was incredibly disappointing and we won't be back. read more

Oh no! Thai Palace was our go-to place for Thai when we wanted the best, and we worried about the place a lot during covid isolation when they were closed. But yesterday, intending to prove to visitors Bremerton DOES have nice restaurants, we had such a disappointment. Among other things we asked for the red curry salmon. At first we said, "Not too spicy," and SHOULD have realized we were being "warned" when informed, "Has to be spicy! Otherwise tastes fishy!" So we said spicy was fine. Well, it was rotten. No amount of hot spice could fix that. Spoiled salmon, and tough as leather, the first time in my whole long life salmon was ever impossible to chew up, it was like soaking wet shoe leather. Because it was rotten, I had an allergic reaction. My glottis completely closed and I was choking to death! I stood up among guests in a most panic stricken state and someone at a neighboring table came running over thinking I needed the heimlich maneuver, bless their hearts. I had an asthma inhaler, but with closed glottis I could not breathe inward, only outward. But after a few tries I managed the rescue inhaler and it all began to ease up. Embarrassed as hell I sat back down and we had a discussion about peoples' experience with dangerously bad food and that same glottis reaction. Was everything else great as expected? It was not. Something terrible has happened to Thai Palace! It's Family Thai in Silverdale for me now. read more

We love Thai Palace! It's our favorite Thai restaurant in Kitsap County, as it has the best flavor & spice (If you ask for spice, I always get a 4 & it never disappoints). We typically get Crispy Crab as an appetizer and Chicken Pad Thai for an entree. I enjoy the Thai Ice Teas as well! Other than the delicious food, we truly love the kind staff/servers. We're always find ourselves smiling and laughing at Thai Palace. We'd recommend to anyone. read more

Thai palace, I been driving through this a lot since they open. I always want stop in and try their food. Until recently, I went there around late afternoon on a weekday. The place was empty so we got seated right away. The service is good and attentive. I was looking over the menu. I find one thing surprising is that there price for Thai food is a little higher than other places. I mean I'm fine with it but the vibe was not there. It is what it is, as long the food taste good. I got their sampler for two as our appetizer where we get try all their appetizer. Everything tasted great. For my entree, I got their chicken pad see ew 3 stars. Regret it lol, it was too spicy. If it is too spicy, I can't really taste the flavor beside burning my tongue. That was my fault. I do know that my noodle were still a little hard, and but it was doable. I still finished it. Next time I would let them know to cook my noodle longer, so it will be softer. Overall, a good local family run Thai restaurant. Will be stopping back again to try the noodle again. read more

Delicious food, fresh, a lot of attention to detail and a lot of love go into each plate. The owner/cook(?) came out to check that everything was great. We had the crab fried rice, appetizer sampler platter (best summer rolls in kitsap county and peanut dipping sauce!!) and my husband had a duck dish that was amazing. I have never tried duck was always afraid to...this was a lovely introduction. Soft meat not undercooked, seems almost braised or baked low and slow then Somehow the surprisingly got the skin nice and dark and brown and crispy all the while the meat remains completely fall off the bone and we'll cooked, no weird pink stuff here. This place is delicious and a must try, it's a hidden gem for west Bremerton. read more

I don't stop on Callow very often but today's travels brought me to this establishment and boy am I happy I did. The chicken curry was fantastic! On a heat scale if 1-5 you can have it your way. Great, authentic food! Super friendly staff every time I've been there too. The atmosphere is spacious with soft piano music playing and relaxing nature videos playing on a TV. I enjoyed the variety of dishes I've tried so far and have many more to experience still. I also love how the pineapple fried rice is served inside of a hollowed out pineapple. Best Thai food in Bremerton! Delicious, fresh, fast. Great service. Not too many people there but great food!

Vegetarian friendly! Summer roll was nice and fresh; peanut sauce a bit thin. Main dishes are generous sized portions. Pad Kee Mao (Veggie with Tofu) was very nicely seared and full of flavor. Pa Nang (Veggie with Tofu) was quite tasty, spice was as requested, sauce a bit thin, veggies cut a bit too large for my taste. All tofu appeared freshly prepared. Order was very much "cooked and prepared to order with fresh ingredients" White sticky rice and mango was perfectly cooked and sweetened. Ambiance is flat. Looks like work is still in progress. Hanging lamps was very dusty. Server was friendly, but not very experienced (asked if we wanted small plates with summer roll, then placed both as a stack in front of my husband. Very slow to pick up empty dishes). Owner very friendly and let us know that all requests (such as vegetarian) could be accommodated as the food is made fresh. read more

Welcome to the neighborhood, Thai Palace! Our food was delicious and we will most certainly be back soon! Thai Palace just opened a month ago on N. Callow and it was a much needed bright spot on the block. The restaurant is huge and brightly lit, freshly painted (the owner says he hasn't had time to put art on the walls but it's coming soon, he promises), and the booths and tables are fresh-looking, spotlessly clean, and cozy. We got our food to go and it was delicious. The entrees are all customizable. They have beef, chicken, tofu, shrimp, or "jumbo shrimp" to choose from, to add to each dish. Something for everyone :) Any dish can be made vegetarian on request, or with shrimp/tofu, as you prefer. For spice level, you can choose 1-3 stars. My one-star Pad See Ew Shrimp had the tiniest kick to it. Just right. My spice-loving husband's shrimp dish was ordered with 2 stars, but next time he'll move up to 3, now that he knows what to expect. The summer roll was big enough to share and was packed with fresh ingredients. The accompanying peanut sauce was perfect. Everything was really well prepared. On top of that, the owner is super nice! Goodness. So many things to say about this restaurant! When we came through the door, we were greeted right away even though it was busy (only two people running the whole place!). We took a seat. They told us that it was dinner rush hour, so it was busy and the food might take a little while, which we were fine with. Not like we were in a rush. It gave us time to look thoroughly through the menu to decide. It looked like it was a place run by husband and wife, and they were both very sweet! Enough about that! The food was DELICIOUS. I honestly think it was the best thai food I've ever had. Each dish was packed full of flavor, and it honestly got better with each bite! I don't think I've ever finished something so fast. Have always had excellent food here. They are still trying to get established with some set back but it is worth a try.

Decided to go here based on yelps reccomendation. Their chicken pad thai is delicious! The thai tea with boba was pretty sweet and had a lot of milk in it, but other than that, our experience was good. My boyfriend and I usually go to Saibadee for our pad thai fix but Thai Palace has a really nice kick to theirs that is a small notch above Saibadee. Also, the restaurant name outside says "Authentic Thai & Sushi" but from looking at their menu, it seems as though they do not serve sushi... yet? Maybe it will be implemented later on. Overall, I will probably go back soon. Great new place with lots of space inside the restaurant. Also, their water is infused with basil which is interesting. read more

Vegan options!!! Great service, I felt welcomed and comfortable asking questions about which dishes could be made vegan or not. The chef even came to check on us to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. My favorite dish is the curried fried rice noodles similar to Singapore noodles that I've had other places. The spice and flavor level was on point with plenty of fresh vegetables.I appreciated the fact that they offer extra veggies as an option in lieu of adding tofu to dishes. For a new restaurant I appreciate the amount of effort you put into your remodel and the extensive menu selection you have assembled. I had the Thai red curry chicken and the summer rolls. The pineapple fried rice was the favorite because of the great presentation but we enjoyed all the food. We tried both kinds of mango sticky rice for dessert and they were fantastic as well. You do have to look past the building, which is older and needs some work but the food is definitely worth the visit. All of the employees were super helpful and nice. The crispy crab appetizer were by far the best crab wontons we have ever had; made with real crab and definitely made from scratch. Went here Sunday night on our way home from Idaho. We ordered ahead and when we got there it wasn't ready. Not a huge deal. If it's good it's worth the wait. The owner was super friendly and nice. He even gave us free drinks while we waited. My boyfriend liked his entree. I did not like mine. I got an original pad Thai with chicken and it was really soupy/bland. We got spring rolls also those were great. Our meals with tip was 45 dollars. Deff not worth the money, but it was worth a shot to try it. I won't be back unless they lower prices. We decided to try Thai Palace for a late lunch and have discovered a gem! We ordered the Garden Wrap, Golden Shrimp, Oysters and Jumbo Shrimp Pad Sukiyaki. Everything was so delicious! The staff were super friendly and great to talk to. The atmosphere was quiet which was a nice change. The pad Thai is great! I've tried a few other local places in Silverdale that were so so but it is really good here!

If I could leave more starts I absolutely would. My wife and I came literally came 30 minutes before closing and they were so welcome. Husband and I finally got here after being in the area for a year. Its a Saturday night at 8:15 and we were the only people in the place, which kind of made us question our decision... but we are thrilled that we stuck with it! We ordered the crispy crab, pad Thai with chicken and pad see ew with beef. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was made with pure love and happiness. The chef wasnt sure she put a fresh lime wedge in with my pad thai and quite literally chased us out the door with a huge smile and another wedge just in case. All three items we ordered were DELICIOUS. I am laying down with an extremely full belly writing this because I simply couldn't help myself and stuffed myself silly. Wish I can give this place -0 stars for its service and rudeness on the phone. I placed an order by phone at 6:20pm and my sister went to pick it up at 7:10pm and order wasn't even placed. The lady stated it'll be about 20-40 mins due to heavy orders ahead of mine so I said that's fine. I think plenty time was given for my order to be ready. My sister walks in and was told the order didn't get started because they have another branch in Montana and someone with same name called to place order but stated she wants to pick up in Montana location?? I called thai palace back and asked if they do not verify phone number they ask for and if she was confused than she should've called to confirm. I asked if this other person placed exact same order with exact same amount of stars to spice level and she says yes. Which i hardly doubt and sure she was the only confused one. Now told by the same lady after not even asking me to hold on the phone while she's ranting on with the cook about my order. Then she comes back after literally 5 mins keeping me on the phone while they are yelling at each other and discussing all this that I'll have to pay first and then they'll start cooking the food. I've never ever been to a place with such poor customer service. Absolutely no phone manners either cause right after asking her to confirm if my order will be ready by 8pm for pick up, she tells me there's another customer she needs to attend to and can not be on the phone all night and hangs up on me. Tsk... tsk... 1st impression is very important by phone or in person and this place sure did a fantastic job. Nothing was even offered for their mistake and absolutely no apology either! **UPDATE** Order was NOT READY by 8 as confirmed by her when we went to pick it up yet again wasting our time. Instead the daughter goes and grabs her father from the kitchen speaking in their language and father asks if we still want the order?? Are you kidding me?! My son and I went to Thai Palace for lunch. We decided to get the sampler and 1 order of the teriyaki chicken. We should have only ordered the sampler. It was more than enough for two and quite delicious. For dessert we shared a sweet sticky rice pudding, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and a whole sliced mango. Delicious!
