Jan 2022 I found Andre online and really liked him especially the fact that he is ex military as am I. However he has not responded with any real interest in the problems that I've experienced with the $4000 stereo install that he performed let me explain. We agreed on the equipment and the install estimate for my F150. When it was complete I arrived for the demo and was extremely disappointed in the performance. He actually agreed with me and offered to get better components larger speakers and a dsp to increase the performance which I had to pay $671.71 for. This did improve the performance. April 2022. I informed Andre that all of the speakers quit playing at a volume of 20. He blamed the factory wiring, the dsp, the amp or the head unit. Basically everything that he installed. May 2022. I informed Andre that my speakers are still shutting down intermittently. This time he blamed the dsp again. We scheduled an appointment. Prior to meeting Andre my wife of 22 years passed away from brain cancer unexpectedly and I was in the process of relocating to Georgia. Because of this I forgot about the appointment and moved to Georgia. So I apologized to Andre for this. Jan 2023. I informed Andre that my display screen above my head unit that he installed had gone dark. He responded that the Ford displays just tend to die and offered no help even though he had reconfigured that message screen. May 2024. I explain to Andre that my back speakers aren't working at all! He explained that the radio is detecting a short or overheating. He recommended that I take it to a local shop for diagnosis. The closest shop is over 30 miles away and yes I'd pay EVEN MORE $$!! That's it I've had it!! So now I have a piece of s**t $4500 stereo system that is only playing out if the front speakers. I really hope that you have a better experience than I've had. read more

Andre was a joy to work with and went out of his way to make the JVC Stereo installation in my 2012 Mazda CX-9 the best experience possible. He set up an appointment will me several weeks in advance and answered all my questions. He gave me pricing and time needed for installation and even texted me to stay in touch right up to the day of install. He met me at the door to my car, listened to my needs and put together a plan on getting everything installed that day. He asked a few questions, proposed a few ideas and while waiting at nearby pizza shop texted me with an update on how it was going and asking if I'd like my power socket swapped out for two USB ports, one tied directly into Apple CarPlay. When I arrived to pick up the car he helped me set up my phone, showed me the features of the radio and answered all my questions. To top it off when I realized I had not set my information indicator to miles left on my dash info screen, Andre set up a quick appointment for me to bring in my old radio to set it up to allow for the correct indicator to show on the dash. (My 2012 Mazda BOSE Navigation system had an info button that was not on the new radio nor was there a way to work around it). Andre went through everything and made sure the speakers were just right, EQ was working and adjusted my info center to stop reading average MPH to miles left till empty. He was very thorough, detail oriented and gave me a fair price for his time and labor. I highly recommend this shop for your car audio needs and I am planning of coming back to have a remote start installed later this winter. You can try the rest or schedule your service at the best! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants professional lighting done on any of their cars or motorcycles. I took my bike here back in May to get an underglow kit installed on my bike that was to complicated for a DIY job. After everything was said and done I was beyond pleased with the quality of work. Andre is a true professional! He was courteous and helpful and took the time to explain the options to replace the radio and broken GPS in my Lexus SC. His prices are fair in my opinion. I checked out one other location prior to calling Andre and their quote was considerably higher (about $250 higher) on the installation of a radio/GPS. I never felt rushed either on the phone or when I met him at his shop. He gave me an estimated time it would take and I thought it would take longer since most auto repair services I've experience take longer, sometimes considerably longer, than their estimate. I would first like to say that Andre is incredible!!! He was very quick to answer all of my phone calls, emails, and answer all of my questions. Honestly, I don't know much about car audio but Andre took the time to explain everything in detail. I have a 2014 Kia which has an insane amount of rattles and they had been driving me crazy for years. I dropped my car off with Andre and a little later the same day my car was ready to be picked up. Andre walked me around my car, then we can in my car, and he explained every detail of the install (full speaker change & soundproofing). Let me just say that I had no clue that my car audio could sound this amazing! Andre even went the extra step to vacuum out my entire vehicle. The rattles are gone and the audio sounds so incredible that I find myself taking longer routes to my destinations just so I can listen to my music longer.
