I called foul…read moreafter paying their "out the door maintenance check', only to find out the bike's fluids had not been touched in years, and the bike was filthy. When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

No one showed up, no calls were answered, and no response to my email until the next day saying they were "closed due to unforeseen circumstances." This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn't fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I noticed these damages on the wheel after I came home that definitely weren't there before. To make things worse, the price they charged was way too expensive for the quality of service provided. Definitely not worth the money. I won't be coming back and can't recommend them to others. To top it off Oil and Filter change costed me $210 in addition to the tires replacement cost. Yes this guy does a lot of talking but u know great talkers and not doers. never going back here again and will advice you the same.

Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. It hadn't been truly detailed since I bought it a year ago (though it had been washed several times - I promise!), so it was definitely in need of some TLC. In less than 2 hours, my bike looked brand new again. I can see my reflection in the chrome. The pipes are immaculate.The leather looks amazing. I live in a condo and park my bike in a communal garage. Hogwash was able to come into the garage and clean my bike with a minimum of water and detergent, which is great when dealing with condo rules about such things. The second we got on it, it was leaking oil profusely and making odd sounds it never made before. While waiting for the tow truck, his mechanic started vandalizing our motorcycle in the parking lot leading us to have to call the police. It was by far the worst experience Ive ever had to endure with an auto shop in my whole entire life and I am truly traumatized by it.
