I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic service provided by "Unlock My Door" and its truly exceptional owner! BLUF: You won't find a better locksmith in this area. When my wife and our young kids found themselves accidentally locked out of our home late in the afternoon, I got a call from my wife. She was seriously concerned about getting back inside as a storm was rolling in. Meanwhile, I was out of state at the time and making calls to local locksmiths to see who could come and help. The first one I contacted was an utter disaster. I went through a local locksmith dispatch, who then assigned a complete imbecile to us. The guy got aggressive with my wife on the phone because he drove to the wrong address (his fault) and had to turn around. Things were definitely deteriorating fast, and the kids were exhausted and crying. Meanwhile, it was nearing closing time, and I looked at other options leading to the same dispatch service. No good. I saw "Unlock My Door" and figured it was worth a shot. The owner answered, and let me tell you how much confidence speaking to an empathetic owner right before closing instills: 100%. Noureddine told me he was going to load up and head straight out. His dedication to customer service was beyond compare. He drove out to our location, despite it being after business hours, to ensure our family could get back inside our home safely. He and his wife were incredibly polite, empathetic, and professional throughout the process. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our well-being, and he made sure to handle the situation with the utmost urgency. Not only was he a true gentleman, but he was also highly skilled and efficient in unlocking our door. Within minutes, my family was able to get back into the safety of our home, all thanks to his quick thinking and impressive expertise. "Unlock My Door" truly went above and beyond in its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. In today's world, it is rare to find a company willing to go the extra mile, but this one stands out as a shining example of what it means to put customers first. I wholeheartedly recommend "Unlock My Door" to anyone needing locksmith services. Their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer care set them apart. Thank you again for taking such exceptional care of my family. read more

Noureddine was extremely kind and efficient! My issue was a bit complex due to the year of my car and the key fob used, but he was persistent and did a great job. read more

My son lost the only key to our house and I called Unlock My Door the service technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He even was going to come out to us today to remake my house key. It's hard to find good service last minute and I appreciate it. Before he could make it to us we found the key and even when I called to inform him he was very polite and told me to keep their info just in case I ever need them in the future. Customer service is amazing and I recommend anyone to give them a try. Thank you!! read more

Thank you for all that you did Mr. Nordine! My whole family which includes my wife, three kids, and our dog were locked out of our house and he saved the day while helping us avoid scammers like Armor Locksmith Round Rock (read my review on their page). I was on the phone with Mr. Nordine while the fake locksmith was at my house trying to quote me $550 for the same job that Mr. Nordine charged me only $169. He was genuinely upset that these people operate like this because they rip people off and make true Texas business owners looks bad. He assured me he was a rip off and he would come and do it for me so I told this kids who showed up in a minivan to get lost. Mr. Nordine showed up in his work truck that was labeled and had a license number too. He is a true local business owner that not only did the work at the promised price but even changed both my locks, made me new copies, and matched the new lock to match the existing locks!!! I even tried to pay him more for the copies, lock, and for my gratitude but he declined. He told me he was sorry about the former "locksmith" that showed up and to give the money to my kids as an allowance. If you call a locksmith and it seems like it goes to a call center that just takes your info and tell you that "their" guy will call you back in two minutes they are just selling you job to any who is willing to do the work and trying to make the most commission off you. read more

Had my locks changed recently whenI purchased a new home. Tony the owner came down himself and installed new locks for a great price. He responded immediately and came down promptly. Not to mention he is friendly, someone you feel comfortable with that you can trust. When I got locked out on a Sunday, Tony came to the rescue again very quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent service and locksmiths you can trust. read more

the man i was talking to was absolutely no help, he got frustrated easily and made everything for difficult after i asked if he had to order my kind of key fob even after providing my vin and asking a time estimate. absolutely rude and completely unprofessional. read more

He was on time, tried but could not program my aftermarket fobs. But he didn't charge me, even though he was there trying for about an hour. He showed me that there wasn't even an FCC ID number on the fobs (eBay). He was able to get an OEM fob in a few days and programmed it in about 5 minutes. Very polite and professional, highly recommended. read more

Very responsive (was here within 15 minutes of me calling), had to try a number of methods to get us in (no fault of his own, apparently the previous owners had messed with the manual release of the garage door, and we were trying to preserve our smart locks). Hopefully will never have to use again, but would call in a heartbeat if I needed to! read more

Absolutely outstanding professional service! Thanks so much Nordine you were amazing and so friendly! First time I've ever locked myself out of my apartment and I was freaking out and yes I cussed but i cussed at the situation not at the dude and he got mad because I didn't know the difference between the deadbolt. They gave me an invoice for one price, then charged a higher price to my credit card. When I disputed the charge, they lied to the bank and stated they had discussed it with me and that I had agreed to the higher price, none of which was true. read more

I would suggest that you make sure they can handle the job before you set up an appt. I was told it was a $20 service call and $60-$80 to program my key. But when the tech was unable to complete the service, I was suddenly charged $50 for nothing. I still had to have another company come out and actually do the job. read more

I have attempted for two days to get 512 to send a locksmith to repair or replace the deadbolt lock on my back door. At first I was given an appointment from 3-5; no one showed up, largely because my iPhone rejects unknown numbers. When I realized what happened, I called the company and they said they would have a technician call me. I was waiting, telephone in my hand. He called and said he would come between 8 and 9. He never showed. I called again this morning and the dispatcher said they had not been able to reach their technician but would have him call me. Again, I waited, telephone in hand. No call back. At that point I cancelled my service request and called a different provider. He was at my door in less than 30 minutes and took less than 15 minutes to repair the lock. Needless to say, I would never use 512 again. read more

If I could give him 10 stars I would ! Tony was not only very polite (unlike a couple of other locksmiths I called) but also answered all the questions I had about the pricing for a new fob key. I work with customer service and know when to recognize someone who goes above and beyond for a customer. Price was fair and I will save his number on my cell for sure because you do not find this kind of honest professional out there very often, specially when they know you are in an emergency situation. read more

These guys were terrific. I was locked out of my house and within 20 minutes from when I called they arrived. They're advice for the best way to unlock and get in was spot on and they were able to unlock my door without ruining the locking mechanisms or damaging the door. They were efficient and professional, not to mention reasonably priced.
