Needed a spare key for my Mercedes based motorhome. The dealer has discontinued the key, thank goodness these guys have the parts and the know how, Tony came out and cut me 2 keys with remotes, then programmed the remotes then cut 8 outer cabin keys while there. We did discovered that the mechanical key would not unlock the door, the remotes worked fine. The problem was a broken linkage and Tony showed me what I needed to do to replace it. The keys turned the cylinder just fine. These guys are very professional. I would recommend them every time. This particular vehicle was a bit expensive to service, but at least they could do it.
