We contacted Chastity Lock and Key through Yelp and received a message back within an hour. We let him know what needed to be done and received a reasonable estimate of the cost. On the day of the appointment, he let us know that he would be about 15 minutes late. When he arrived, I showed him the doors that we wanted rekeyed. Based upon our discussed the day before, he had already prepared new lock tumblers and had them ready to install. He was done in about 30 minutes. He also explained some problems that we had with our old keys. My previous experience with a locksmiths was a long, slow process that took hours.
