Daniel from Bull Star Locksmith is an absolute hero. He offered the best price and got my BMW up and running when I was ready to give up. I have a 2008 BMW that wouldn't start for the past three weeks. The engine would crank, but it just wouldn't start. After replacing the fuel pump and filter with no success, we had a diagnostic done that returned an immobilizer code and suspected the chip in the key was damaged. We were nearly ready to have it towed to BMW, expecting a key replacement to cost three to four times more than what a locksmith would charge. As a last resort, I reached out to a locksmith with Google reviews that seemed real and I posted a project on Yelp. I received 5 quotes from Yelp, Daniel's quote was the best among those I received, more than 100 dollars less than some of the other quotes. I was still uncertain about going the non-dealership route at that point when I heard back from the locksmith I contacted directly based on the reviews seeming genuine. Daniel is responsive and not only is an excellent locksmith, he's intentional and deliberate about the way he installed new electronic locks into an old home. Our job took finesse and everything works perfectly. In addition to redoing the hardware for our home's doors he was able to make and replace a specialized key fob with a car door key cleverly placed inside of it.
