Our front door knob was mounted backwards, the knob was on the outside and the pull with thumb lever was on the inside. It was on my to do list so yesterday I took it off to reverse it, but the internal mechanism of the striker didn't fit. I realized that I could turn the door handle mechanism 180 and it should work, but Instead of pulling up and twisting, I took the whole casing apart, and then I couldn't get it back together. My deadbolt still worked, but it was urgent that I get my handle back on, so I called Noble. Kyle came the same day, even adjusting the timing to work around my appointments. When he arrived he was thinking he just needed to put the handle back on. And there was my pile of mechanism pieces. He really enjoyed the challenge of puzzling it back together, then got it installed correctly. He quoted just an install over the phone, and stood by his original quote even though it was a lot more work! This company is great! A few weeks ago I had reached out to a locksmith company to come to my workplace to fix my chevy malibu key fob. The guy came over didn't have the necessary parts said he would order it and call me back. Two weeks later when I did not hear back I called Kyle at Noble Locksmith. He answered promptly, courteously, checked to ensure he had the part and said he would see me between 2-5, but when I explained that I leave work at 5 he made it in by 2:30. Awesome service. Our "smart house" electronic lock died and my husband replaced it without too much of a problem. However, rekeying it was a challenge.
