Threw my father-in-law's keys (both of them) into Granger Lake on a Sunday. Everyone was closed, and we were trapped. Ben quickly responded via text (very helpful!) and made it out within an hour. Within the next hour he made 2 new keys, programmed them, and gave us a mechanical key too just in case we got locked out. I can't stress how awesome this guy is, very knowledgeable, fast response, and knows his $%&#. Seriously, whether it is a door lock, car/truck, or whatever, he seems to find a way to get it open. I've used Ben twice now for help when I was locked out of my car. The first time was downtown and he gave an estimate of an hour and actually arrived earlier. His service was quick and I felt like I wasn't going to be ripped off. Ben did a great job for me last month. I had lost the keys to my truck. He made several sets of keys for me as well as ordering the remote entry key and dropped it off to me when he got it in. Also when I purchased my truck used from CarMax they did not have the combination numbers for the door entry. Ben is great! He came out and helped me reprogram my keyless entry locks and replaced the parts that needed replacing. He was punctual and very communicative about what he was doing.
