He said no with PURE confidence. I asked because I could of used my moms car if need be. Well I was in a rush to go to an appt and didn't notice until later that he damage my car. Where he inserted the rod he SCRAPPED the plastic off. When I called and told him he states "that is impossible we do this all the time". He requested that I send photos which I did. He also said his boss was out of town and he needed to talk to him when he returned. I asked when that would be he stopped responding to me all together.
