Overall I enjoyed being in the lounge but it's a small one. Service was great they refreshed drinks and food a lot during the rush. The selection of food was ok. The only reason why I come to club is for the private bathrooms and the comfy waiting area. It emptied out and there was only 10 people in there which was soooo nice and relaxing. I did not like the led lighting by the chairs it was super rough on the eyes and we couldn't turn it off or dim it.

This United Club in Terminal 3 is one of the up-to-date clubs in the country from the all I have been to! The food and drink selection is larger and they added a gelato machine called "Solato" which is easy to manipulate and tasty!!

Small but great club. They keep the area clean. As soon as you leave someone will come and mop down the table. The food although as another reviewer wrote is reheated, there was a great breakfast selection. They also have the illy espresso machine along with a coke free style machine. I only wish this club was larger as it has a very cramp feeling. The gelato machine makes up for it!

For a small club United did this one right. the food selection is standard for an airline lounge. There's not a big selection, however the purpose is for snacking not unlimited buffet style eating. The intent for the smaller plates is to limit food. At least my thoughts. The staff is friendly and quick. They circle around and clean up as soon as the plate is left on the tables. The sound level varies, depending on the time of the day. All of the clubs are suffering from the cell phone zombies. Either someone is walking staring at their phone or talking loud to impress people that they are important. YUCK!

Its been awhile since I have been to this club at SkyHarbor. Its not the biggest of the United Clubs, but its a place to get away from the crowd at the gate area, grab a drink and a little bit of food in some comfort. Plus it has great service at the bar area where you can get complimentary beer, bloody mary's or a glass of wine. Beyond the refreshments, at night time there was hot and cold food that included a salad bar, chicken, dessert and some more food to hold you over. Plus unlike other clubs, this club featured a gelato station with toppings! I am not sure if this is a permanent feature, but was a nice plus. Fellow customers seem to enjoy the gelato station as well. Plus the club features a nice view of the runway where I can watch my plane pulling into the gate right nextdoor. And as always there is wi-fi and private bathrooms to enjoy while you wait for your flight. Happy Travels!

Clean environment and comfortable chairs. Plenty of work space and charging outlets. Small food area, but clean and maintained. Enough choices available. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Clean club! Does the job! Wish it would be a little tiny bit roomier. But good enough!

On my way out of PHX, the United Club was near my gate. I had plenty of time, so I decided to give it a whirl. Positives: Nice staff Negatives: Limited bfast options. There was no bfast meat; Three deep line for three unisex restrooms; Small space overall. United lounge passes cost $59, if you don't have status or a co-branded card. I don't think I received good value. It was an mid-morning flight, and I wasn't in the mood for a drink. I expected a nicer lounge, with better food options in a good sized airport.

I didn't expect to see a United Club at SkyHarbor and was pleasantly surprised. This space feels very new. The bartenders are very friendly. There's soft drinks around the corner from the buffet area, which features both hot and cold selections. The chicken salad sliders are particularly good. The buffet is excellent across the board. I even treated myself to a brownie. My only concern with the location is that it seemed to be very popular on a Friday afternoon and the space was quite crowded. At one point it felt like standing room only. Again, I'm delighted this Club is at PHX and it's one of the better United Clubs I've been in.

    Buffet selection

This is a smaller lounge and way too crowded. Could not find a place to even sit for quite sometime. Soda machine wasn't working. The deserts are to the side and were okay. The Gelato machine has great gelato but too awhile to understand how it worked. Taste of buffet was also just all right and basic and nothing too memorable. They should think of incorporating lighter and healthier options other than so many carbs before a flight.

Our UA1110 departed PHX Gate E3 at 1:30 PM. The United Club was also near Gate E3. We were last here at this United Club in April 2024. I was able to visit my daughter and her family at a nearby E gate. Their flight was prior to our flight. I took some of the snacks from the United Club to give to my daughter and her children including M&Ms. When we arrived the club was empty, but as time went on the club became crowded. The individual bathrooms are located at the far end of the club. I enjoyed my usual three proseccos. I also enjoyed the food here. I also enjoyed their Solato Gelato machine, which is rare to find at other United Clubs.

First time at this United Club lounge, good size with good food selection (breakfast hours). Both hot and cold food selections. Variety of fresh fruits, pastries, warm breakfast food, juices and coffee. Very clean, with employees constantly clearing off tables. Nice bar with selection of beers on tap. Don't understand the negative reviews. It's a nice place to relax have a meal and a few drinks.

I talked to a lovely gentleman who told me to come back at 4pm - I was likely accommodated bc I was a solo party, but I appreciated him nonetheless! Other people tried to walk in and were quoted anywhere from a 30 min to 1 hour wait. They actually seat you at a table or counter, so it's not a free-for-all seating. I was sat near the bar at a long counter facing the wall (not ideal, but fine). I had easy accessibility to power. Food was delicious and the drinks were pretty good. There was a separate area for tacos, nachos and elote; but unfortunately they were out of a few ingredients at the time I visited. I mostly frequented the bar and the buffet area. Overall, definitely worth a stop in if you have access!

While it may not be the largest Amex lounge, it more than makes up for it with quality, accessibility, and consistently excellent service. The recent improvements to the food offerings are especially impressive--there's a noticeable emphasis on fresh, flavorful vegetable options that feel thoughtful and well-prepared, rather than like an afterthought. And the desserts? Absolutely delicious and a perfect way to end a meal before heading to the gate. The bar experience truly elevates the visit. Bartenders Mahdi, Sara, and Courtney are standouts--warm, attentive, and genuinely skilled at what they do. They, along with the rest of the wonderful staff, create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger just a little longer. Thanks to the Sky Harbor layout, this lounge is surprisingly accessible, making it easy to build in a visit even when time is tight. It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.

This was the first time that I've actually been in the Admiral's Club here before flying internationally (usually I'm at another club in the airport). The food selection didn't blow me away, but it was decent. Easy access to fountain drinks, tea, water, and snacks such as gummy bears & pretzels. I decided to sit up at the bar where I had a good conversation with the bartender, and I actually had a few prickly pear margaritas, which were included. Not everything is included, as some of the items are premium shelf items. For those that do know, it's not a big deal, but some look and think it's all complimentary. Between the chair seating comfort & availability, the frequently updated flight status board (visible to most seating) comfort was all good, and it was centrally located to where my gate was, so coming out of the lounge, popping up my gate was great.
