Omg, WOW! My very first time visiting and experiencing a lounge and yes I am super happy & excited! We had a great first time experience and look forward to many more lounge visits, here at AZ! What a treat, so fancy! I checked in with the kind staff in front, showed my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card, ID, boarding pass and I was added to the waitlist, about 40 minutes wait to get in. I got a text message to check in at counter, in which was quick. I also got a cool charger form Sapphire Reserve, which I used on the plane. We got a nice table with window view of planes for 3, I looked around the lounge to see what was being offered before I started to make my plate. Super nice! Buffet style & It was Mexican theme, there was a cute food truck located outside to order off the menu ( tacos) . I am not sure how the daily menu goes, I didn't get to ask the staff. Alcoholic beverages could be ordered on your phone, after scanning QR code, drinks arrived quick and only one drink per person at time. I loved my specialty cocktail, strong and smooth, I had 2 and could go for more but we had to leave for flight. All in all, such a wonderful lounge, perfect to have a bite, meal, drinks, relaxing before our flight and keep in mind as longs as it is withing 3 hours of your flight time to access the lounge. Short layover in Phoenix, but got a moment to stop in. Very popular & busy. Highly recommended. The food was very good, with a slighty disappointing chocolate chip cookie (kids will like it.) The vegan offerings and smoked cannelli beans were welcomed, but the roasted Brussels sprouts were not cooked through (raw!) The Taco truck was really good, but the really good tasting mushroom one I had was slightly over-stuffed. Their small parfaits- a nice ending! The bar staff: This is where the world needs to take a step back and learn something. This team is REALLY GOOD. They made some first rate drinks, gave servings quickly and politely, and were extremely helpful. They and the wait staff were constantly buzzing and just producing - ***EXCELLENT WORK!*** Everything was clean, well executed, and their demeanor must be complimented. Thank you! Thank you! I went with my friends during a one hour layover. It was a pretty far walk and since our layover was relatively short, we wanted to make it asap and relax. I wasn't aware reservations were needed so we put ourselves on the waitlist. About 20 minutes later, our table was ready! This was my first time at a sapphire lounge and I knew going in that it was the smallest one. Self serve bar was quite limited and I was pretty confused about the lack of plates available to serve myself. There were only two set out and I wasn't sure if it was even clean since it wasn't placed in a spot I'd expect. I immediately started shoveling all the food that looked appetizing onto my plate, knowing we only had about 20 min to eat before taking the 10-15 min walk back to our gate. I loved the corn and cauliflower (not shown). The pasta was hearty but not as hot as I'd have preferred. All the food was regionally inspired. The airstream had the tacos and other foods. The staff was all really nice. But the space is quite narrow/small. It was quite difficult getting past tables and people. There was a mini fridge for soft drinks but it was disappointing since it wasn't even cold. At our tables we were also given a gift box which turned out to be these very shoddy multi charge cables. Cute though! Since we were in a rush, I didn't really get to slowly enjoy the food and scarfed everything down. I was also starving so it all tasted pretty decent. I wish there were condiments on the tables too but the round table we were at was quite small and barely fit all the food we got. This lounge is out of my usual way, so I only get over here when I have an extended layover. The staff are friendly, especially the person working the taco Airstream! While I like the general ambiance, the open to the terminal design makes it a little less relaxing than other lounges. You hear the gate announcements pretty regularly, which can be a little stressful. Otherwise, good drinks, tacos, and service. read more

One of the best Sapphire Lounge experiences I've had! We came in during breakfast, before 11 AM, and were really impressed with the food--it was restaurant quality. The chilaquiles verde and chorizo breakfast tacos were both absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The service was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Probably one of the best Sapphire Lounge I can access with the Ritz card. Definetely on the top. Been to one in Oakland under Priority Pass which was ok. One in Maui which is shared with Hawaiian Airline was very lame. At this location, early hours, they started packing up quickly and probably needs reservation if you are coming later. One of the host showed us to the table which was very nice and very professional. Once seated, we went and got the drinks and food. I noticed few guys came in after us and sat at the bar. Looks like they have been doing this often. Lots of top shelf liquors and fancy drink choices. Our table was cleared quickly. I loved the water option and also ability to make fresh esspresso and Ameriano or just settle with coffee. Will be back to Pheonix just to try this lounge again. read more

This lounge within the CSR Lounge network is the smallest lounge that I have interacted with. What made it unique amongst its sister lounges is that you were able to make a reservation ahead of time (until the weekend of August 30, 2026). Currently in the lounge and it's set for a full remodel with an extended space and more capacity. This also means that this lounge will no longer require a resy and will be a traditional first-come-first-serve basis. The silver airstream is my fave touch to this location and it's so fun and unique. I also enjoy the mock "outdoor" seating but it feels nice to have more air circulating. Service here is always great and I love how friendly everyone is here. read more

This was my first Sapphire lounge in the US (my true first was in Hong Kong). I had heard that this one in Phoenix is fairly small and in a different terminal from where I was traveling, but with enough lead time I figure it would be worth it to check out. Especially with the access being reduced to just Sapphire cardholders, I was betting that the wait time wouldn't be as bad. However, when I got there, they asked me if I had a reservation, which I didn't. I didn't know that was a thing you could do. I was quoted an 18 minute wait, which I gratefully accepted, even though it might cut into the window where I had planned to start heading back to my actual departure terminal. 28 minutes later I got the text and headed up to the entrance, across from the rows of tables where many others were waiting too. The layout of the lounge is fairly narrow, and yes it's short, but there is construction on both sides clearly indicating that they are for sure planning to expand it. After checking in I was escorted to my seat at the bar. The bar itself was not where drinks were being served. And there was a buffet near the check-in desk. There's also an airstream with a few specialty dishes that are assembled to order (I had the Shrimp and Grits). The layout and crowdedness made for a cramped experience. I scarfed down a bit of food, which was quite good - and had half a glass of wine and then decided to start making my way back to the Terminal, which would involve going back out from the secured zone, onto a tram and then through security again. Fortunately I had enough time to get through and go to the Escape lounge as well, but there really wasn't much left to stay behind for. Would I go out of my way to come here again? I'm not sure. Maybe to check out the expanded digs, but not sooner than that. A couple of years ago I really would have appreciated having this lounge before my Contour Air flight. But those of us who fly the main US domestic carriers would need to be determined to get over there, unless there's a near-term plan to connect the terminals better. Let's just say that the bar hasn't been met to justify that on the regular. read more

I've been wanting to visit this lounge for the longest time, and I finally found the time! What's great about it is that it's made for those reaaaaaal early flights. It opens right at 4:30 AM, and honestly, the food is so much better than Escape. The lounge was super quiet with no wait at all - granted, I got there right when it opened. I immediately grabbed a seat close to the food and drinks because priorities. Lol Don't forget to check out the Airstream too by the seats "outside". They offer a different menu for breakfast and lunch, which is a fun little bonus. I'm not much of a drinker before a flight, so I didn't get to try any of the specialty cocktails. But I thought it was pretty cool that there's a QR code at each table where you can order from the bar, and they'll bring it right to you. I was honestly most impressed by the breakfast selection and how clean everything was. The bathroom was fine not a ton of stalls but for an early morning flight, this lounge is such a great option. The service is top notch -I had Antoine ask if I want anything from the breakfast bar and he can bring it to my table. He was also the kind person who checked me in. I can definitely see how this place gets packed later in the day, but if you have an early flight, it's absolutely worth checking out! read more

Be sure to make a reservation in the Chase app if you have status! This is very important, as all the negative reviews bellyache about wait times. We tried nearly all of it. In order of preference, a category at a time: Chicken thighs - shrimp & grits - Chkn Adovado taco (airstream both) Of the buffet veggies & sides: Farro salad -Squash, ratatouille - carrots -cold harrisa yogurt -kale/ beans - Chkn Caesar wedge salad -hummus. Desserts at buffet: meh. Except for for the dark chocolate chip cookie, which was excellent; Matcha chocolate bites (brownies) also excellent. Peroni was crispy as can be; bartenders friendly in spite of the nonstop action. "Ready for takeoff" was nice & spicy; "Jet-stream Berry" was solid also. Well-staffed and our plates were cleared away fastidiously. Loved the booth past the fireplace- a calm oasis. Excellent experience especially if you make a reservation online ahead of time through the Chase app. I booked for 3 thinking I'd bring some friends on a Saturday at 5pm (my flight was at 7) but they ended up being at a different terminal altogether. I talked to a lovely gentleman who told me to come back at 4pm - I was likely accommodated bc I was a solo party, but I appreciated him nonetheless! Other people tried to walk in and were quoted anywhere from a 30 min to 1 hour wait. They actually seat you at a table or counter, so it's not a free-for-all seating. I was sat near the bar at a long counter facing the wall (not ideal, but fine). I had easy accessibility to power. Food was delicious and the drinks were pretty good. There was a separate area for tacos, nachos and elote; but unfortunately they were out of a few ingredients at the time I visited. I mostly frequented the bar and the buffet area. Finally got to visit one of the Chase Sapphire lounges! The lounge is gorgeous! Since you're assigned your seat, a host is there to escort you to your spot. Beautiful, full bar with signature cocktails. I got the Sapphire with vodka and it was so beautifully presented and delicious too. Super cute airstream that offers various Mexican bites (tacos, a bomb jalapeño corn!, guac, etc.). They also have a Mexican breakfast menu. Then there's the main area that had an assortment of salads, light sides and some simple sweets. A lot of healthier options which tasted good. Fantastic hospitality, lots of staff here. Reservations available online too, which I could see would be helpful even when it's not during peak times. read more

From my experience at other Chase Sapphire lounges, my expectations were high, even though I knew this one was smaller. In line with expectations, this location has creative buffet food, great looking cocktails (though it was too early on my visit to try), and good service. The drawbacks are about the smaller space. It's beautifully designed but weirdly open to the terminal. Unlike the other Sapphire lounges, there's no food to order from the menu. We got in early just before the line started forming. Reservations through the Chase app are a great option, but only available at least 24 hours in advance. There is little hope for a non-Chase Priority Pass holder to get in except at the very quietest times of day. read more

I'm honestly not sure why so many reviewers have had negative experiences here, because my visit to the Chase Sapphire Lounge at PHX was a very, very pleasant surprise. I wasn't even planning on stopping by, but during a layover in Phoenix, my cat and I decided to check it out and I'm so glad we did. We were able to enter the lounge with zero wait. The only hiccup at the start was the "bouncer" at the entrance who wouldn't let us sit at a table and directed us to the bar instead. It wasn't really what I wanted at first, but it ended up working out perfectly. The bartender was fantastic and whipped up the best "sweet mocktail" I've had in a a long time! It was actually so good that I enjoyed two while I was there :) The food options were quite tasty and not just "airport good." I especially loved the Airstream located in the terminal seating area of the lounge which served up Mexican favorites like tacos, guacamole, and street corn. Fun concept (I love Airstreams!) and great flavors. The atmosphere overall was sleek and swanky. One employee even went above and beyond trying to help me track down an iPhone charger which I really appreciated. Small gestures like that go a long way. The only minor downside was that the bathroom could've used a little TLC, but it wasn't enough to take away from the experience. Between the food, drinks, service, and vibes, this lounge was an unexpected treat and a great reminder of one of the many perks of having a Chase Sapphire Reserve card. The negative reviews baffles me. I got on the wait-list and in 15 min I was in and having my free drinks and meals happily. The aesthetics is very nice and calming. The being seated by the host worked out as we were able to get an actual table. They have Bero for the non alcohol drinkers but still enjoy the taste of beer. The cocktail list is plenty and the presentation is on par to a swanky hotel lounge bar. The food options are great, a little bit of this and that, vegetarians won't be too disappointed. Don't get discouraged about getting on the wait-list, it's a process but I think it's how they organize the flow of traffic. Much better experience than most lounges. read more

The lounge at Sky Harbor is where Southwest operates, at gate D11 on the upper levels. You need the Chase Sapphire card for access, but they may have a paid one-time access: check online for rules. We went to have a calmer and quieter wait for our flight: the ambiance is quite nice, very busy at the front desk, with a dining area to the left, a pleasant bar looking outside, as well as a smaller area to the right with a few tables for sitting and make use of the buffet style offerings. Unfortunately for me everything had the dreaded Chili spicing everything; so I had the nice pearl barley with cheese, herbs and a dressing, some lemon rice that had no lemon (?) so that was sadly bland and dry. For me this food offering was disappointing... however, with my deadly allergy, I had little choice or way to change this. Perhaps the menu could include a few offers of allergy-safe foods besides catering only to peanut - a well known one- allergic people. Several wait staff were in the lounge, but none too prone to asking customers for orders: I thought drinks would be served by table service, while the food was buffet style in the area we were seated. But..the QR code at our table either didn't work or the network was slow so we couldn't order drinks; either way ordering wasn't a very smooth experience. Overall a good way to pass time before your flight. In April we had booked the lounge again, sadly the reservation made for 0600hrs was listed as evening i.e 1800hrs and others were let in while we were waiting outside to fix this issue;. We ended up leaving because it was getting to be a long wait and we were leaving from a gate far away. I truly hope the 24 hour clock gets used more - it's standard in Europe and many other countries (not just military, as some think of it) exactly to avoid these problems. The restrooms are clean, unisex, and handicap friendly; the lounge will hold your wheelchair while you're inside or call for the red-bench 'shuttle'. The airport assistance staff are great, and the service is always appreciated. My only "issue" is with that red-bench PAX shuttle used inside the terminal: the seating is extremely rigid and upright, and the ride was rough enough that I briefly wondered whether complimentary astronaut training had been added to the airport experience..... Speed is good but not becoming airborne and wondering if all my vertebrae are still there Enjoy the lounge, but don't miss your flight! read more

Pro tip: can go into your chase app and make a reservation to the lounge so you don't have to be put on a waiting list. You can reserved up to one day in advance. We didn't know this and waited about 20 minutes before getting in. Even after waiting the lounge is not at full capacity so o think they do make an effort to make sure the lounge is comfortable to be at. Theres a decent amount of wait staff too. We were here during breakfast and they really try to make seating comfortable so not all tables are filled even with a waitlist. We were seated next to the airstream that has tacos and Mexican food. The breakfast chorizo tacos were solid and they have a variety of hot sauces to pair with. Different from other Chase Lounges, the table ordering is only for wine and beer. Other cocktails you have to go to the bar and there's no to-order food menu. For breakfast, the food ideas were ok - breakfast baos, croissant Monte Cristo sandwich and sweet potato scramble. All tasted pretty good and fresh. The spa water is slightly carbonated and the glass I took had a crack on the rim which I didn't notice until after taking a drink so something to be mindful of with self-serving. read more

Stopped here on a layover. We didn't realize it, but this lounge accepts reservations. However, they have to be made 24 hours in advance. We didn't know that, so we just hoped for the best. When we got there, there was a wait for entry. We put our name in. Unfortunately, the woman taking reservations wasn't very helpful in giving an estimate of how long it would be. She did say there were 6 parties ahead of us. The wait ended up only being about 10 minutes. They text you and give you 10 minutes to get back to the lounge. Once inside, we realized why they take reservations. It's a very small lounge, so I would suggest making a reservation in advance. They take you to a table reserved for you. I liked this. No hunting for a table. The lounge was very comfortable with WiFi and electric outlets. The experience ended up being very positive. The staff and service were 5 stars. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was better than other Chase lounges I've been to. They have a taco "truck" inside the lounge. Serving two types of tacos, street corn, chips, salsa, and guac. We tried a little of everything. It was all excellent. They also have a buffet with many options. They had these "kitchen sink" cookies that were so good. If you see them, make sure you try them! Bathroom review: There are two private gender neutral restrooms with baby changing stations and a luggage rack inside the lounge. The Sapphire Lounge is a Chase-branded airport lounge located in the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It's located in Terminal 4 near Gate D11 and is primarily used by Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers who have complimentary access. However, Priority Pass holders are allowed access to a Chase lounge once per year and we used ours here. The space is 3,500 square feet and has a retrofitted airstream trailer built into the lounge. The interior was modern with a bar area in the middle, an area for drinks and food, and had nicely designed and clean restrooms. We arrived at 6am for a layover and were able to get in immediately without reservations. However, depending on when you go it can get very busy. It's definitely a small airport lounge and during busier times I can see why people would be frustrated about the long waits. They had a good selection of cocktails, beers, and wine. For drinks I ordered the sapphire (their signature cocktail) which was really good. I also ordered the desert jewel which was dry, spirit-forward, and martini-like. They had the typical breakfast fare which was decent but limited and could've been better. The workers were very friendly and welcoming here even at 6am when I was half asleep walking in like a zombie. We really liked that we could use the clean restrooms to freshen up after a red-eye flight. Overall I had a good experience here. read more

I got a heads up to make a reservation if I visit the Phoenix Chase Sapphire Lounge. I'm glad I did because people were being told that it was a 2-3 hour wait. I get why, it's not their largest lounge. In fact it may be their smallest. After checking in, I was escorted to a table across from the airstream. It's an open lounge so you can hear the activity at the food court across the way, though it didn't bother me that much. Food was ok, and the cooked to order tacos were my favorite. The cookies and biscotti were disappointing- tasted stale or over baked. You can order beer and wine at your table with the QR code, but everything else you order at the bar (weird). However, the bartenders are excellent at their craft and drinks were great. While I enjoy some of the other Chase lounges more, this is fine for what it is. Just plan ahead (use the Chase app to make a reservation) and you'll be fine. read more

This lounge is so nice!!! I loved being walked to our reserved table and not having to wander to find a place to seat! There is a buffet area as well a cute mini food truck. Loved the variety and quality of food. The breakfast bao was my favorite! And the staff were all proactive in offering help anytime I looked lost and certainly cleared plates very quickly. I feel like this is how a well run lounge should be like, resulting in a relaxed environment for the guest vs the Wild Wild West where we have a shoot out to find a place to sit or get the last morsel of food. The Chase Sapphire Lounge in Phoenix is a solid step above your typical Priority Pass experience. The food quality is noticeably better, creative and fresh, even if it doesn't quite reach luxury levels. The interior design is modern and vibey, but not very cozy. Most of the seats are hard bar stools. That said, space is limited and seating can be tight during peak times. The food truck concept is fun, but it's disappointing that there weren't any vegetarian options for lunch. On the plus side, the drink program is excellent; upgraded soft drinks, cold brew on tap, and a genuinely interesting mocktail menu that makes it easy to skip the alcohol without feeling like you're missing out. Wi-Fi worked great throughout, which is a must for getting work done. It would be nice to see a few more grab-and-go snacks or prepackaged items for the plane, but overall, this lounge feels fresh and modern. read more

This lounge is too small for how many members use it. Only Sapphire Reserve members can make reservations. We arrived at 0545 on a Sunday and the person checking us in said that we may not have been able to get in if we had arrived a but later because we only priority pass members. Like other reviewers said , you are definitely not giving priority as priority pass members- like Sapphire Reserve members. Food is pretty good and the services is great. I was going to use the restroom to get ready and put my makeup on for the flight but there's only two bathrooms and their gender neutral and people were waiting so I was very rushed. Staff are turning over tables as fast as possible to make room for new people. My advice would be if you have another option for lounge, skip this lounge if you're a priority pass member. read more

Wow, judging from the other reviews, YMMV, but I'm happy to report that my party of 2 had a fine experience in our recent (July 2025) visit to this smaller Chase Sapphire Lounge in PHX. After getting up at 4a in the morning for a 2-leg flight from AUS to SFO, and a 1 hour delay added to our originally 2 hour layover, we were thrilled to have a relatively quiet spot to chill, freshen up, eat a decent meal, and be served by a friendly team of hospitality pros. This lounge is located in Terminal 4 near gate D11. With the excellent moving sidewalk system in PHX, we had no trouble quickly making our way from C17 over there and back with plenty of time to spare after hanging out for an hour or so. Drinks were great, food was varied & tasty, bartender was sweet, restrooms were clean. I was more than happy with our layover visit, enough to recommend that my husband keep this one in mind the next time he has a 1-stop flight pausing in PHX. I'll concede, this space is small compared to most other airport lounges, but the decor is pretty, everything is fresh & clean, and there is ample natural light from the large wall of windows behind the bar. If you aren't a minimalist onebag traveler, it may be tight getting a lot of bulky baggage in here & finding room to store it while you lounge. A good tip I picked up from other reviewers is to reserve your seats in advance through the Chase Mobile app (14 days to 24 hours before your visit) - this will minimize your wait time to enter. We did not do this, but our wait to enter at 8:30a on a weekday was only 20 minutes. We sat in the large sofas across from the entrance while we waited for the text message to beckon us over. An extra note: I was traveling with a family member guest who has special needs, including communication differences and mobility challenges. We scheduled our spot thru the Chase app for 8:30M on the day of our flight to Hawaii - looks like they allow booking of 6 people in advance per 30 minute time slot. HIGHLY recommend you do this; else you'll be most likely put on a waitlist (even if they have seats available for traffic flow). It's not a big lounge but they show you to a seat vs leaving you wandering around trying to find a spot. It also helps so you don't have a single taking up a four too. I found the food pretty creative and tasty. They are all small plates in the buffet area or you can order at the airstream for a breakfast taco or grain bowl (breakfast time). TIP- at the airstream - order and wait there- they will not deliver it to you and will give it away to the next person ordering. There is a QR code on the table and you can order beer/wine thru it. If you want a cocktail- you must go to the bar to order. It's designed strangely- very long and narrow. The buffet area is square- so it's awkward. My suggestion would be to flip the long bar seating area for a linear buffet and make the buffet area seating. Staff were all friendly except the guy working in the airstream. He was just gruff to everyone - maybe having a bad day. read more

Super small = super busy = super low chance of getting it with priority pass (bc CSR cardholders have priority). I was flying out of T3 and had a good amt of time to kill. Decided to check out the Sapphire lounge in T4, but couldn't get in. Took the sky tram over, went through security, made my way to the lounge, and was then told the wait would be a min of 60m (prob longer) bc of 10-15 ppl ahead of me (most of whom were reserve members who have significant priority over priority pass members). Now I know (from experience) why this lounge has such low ratings on Google, Yelp, etc. What good is a lounge if you can't even get in? HARD PASS. read more

It's tiny. Why did they make the walkways sooooo small??! They know many of us have luggage so I can only imagine they were inspired by the tight walkways on airplanes. Food was subpar, esp considering the wait to get in. I'd rather not be squished in with a bunch of people longer than necessary. Cocktails ordered at the bar were ok. Looks great, but the access experience was frustrating. I was told the wait would be over an hour, even though there was no visible line and plenty of open seats inside. I understand managing capacity, but this felt less like crowd control and more like intentionally limiting access to make the lounge feel exclusive. That might work as branding, but it's not very useful when you're dealing with travelers in an airport. I've tried to use this lounge more than once, and each time the wait has been long enough that I had to leave for my flight before getting in. On one visit, I even asked if I could at least get a cup of water while waiting and was told no because of policy. That's a bad look for a premium travel lounge. Nice looking lounge, but if access is this restricted and basic hospitality stops at the door, the value is pretty limited. read more

I hate this location. The bar was the only saving grace and the reason I won't give the lowest stat. I was just myself and an avid aviation geek. I wanted to sit by the empty tables with the window to look out but this bouncer type guy kept hustling me into a corner. And it's by "The Club" so it's like Spirit Airline trying to do First Class. I would've rated it a 5 if there were just a tad more food selection. Checking in was a breeze & we were asked if we had a reservation which we didn't but we were escorted to our table within a few mins. Great service! The attendants were always near you and very attentive to assist with clean ups. Theres a small airstream bus that serves an assortment of breakfast. I loved their grain bowl - (overnight oats with chia, figs, nuts & blueberries drizzled with honey) The tables had QR codes to order your inclusive drinks such as red & white wines, beers & sparkling. Once you placed the order the attendant brings it over to your table. Their Prosecco and Rosé were lovely. The foods were delish, assortment of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs w/ cheese & broccoli, croissants w/ mushrooms, bao with bacon & egg, waffles and berries. Great lounge overall. Having been to the beautiful San Diego Sapphire Reserve Lounge at SAN, I was slightly underwhelmed by the lounge in Phoenix. I kind of feel sorry for this location, because the airport was never built to have lounges, unlike San Diego. Nevertheless, the staff was very kind and gracious and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, the space was not as nice as it could have been. But that was mostly a problem with the airport itself. I enjoyed several bites and even a couple of beers. All on the house! So I can't really complain too much. Will I come back? Of course! Every good yelper likes freebies. read more

I enjoyed this Lounge, but the small size means that you'll probably end up waiting for a turn to sit down and enjoy some food and beverages. And this lounge can get crowded, so be prepared to wait. That said, service was quick and attentive despite being very busy. Travel can be stressful and the busier the location, the more stressful--usually. But these team members were gracious, kind, and helpful. The food was fine, drinks were good. There is only 1 bathroom for the whole lounge though, so that was surprisingly disappointing. read more
