We always get here too early lol BUT it's always quiet (at least at first) so we enjoy it. They have a nice selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast (quiche, scrambled eggs as well as they typically have a sausage patty and some type of impossible patty for non-meat eaters). I appreciated the fresh strawberries today as well as they had pineapple and cantaloupe and cottage cheese. You can also get oatmeal and different cereals and a variety of bread items. There is always a nice selection of cheeses, take time to try the pepper jack. It's really good and cold meats to go with it. Staff are always super friendly and they do a great job coming around and picking up dishes so the place is super tidy. I didn't go inside this club so I can't speak to how the club is inside, but my negative review is for the incompetent and unknowledgeable staff. There was a waitlist and the gentleman outside checked my boarding pass and credit card and told me I can add myself to the waitlist, so I did. I asked if I can get in with my ticket and card and he confirmed yes, if a spot opens up. After waiting and I received the text that said I'm off the waitlist and can come back, I did. But the lady at the checkin desk said I can't get in because my boarding pass is for a basic economy flight, regardless of the credit card. I do not know why no one mentioned this to me before when I showed my boarding pass, since I wasted time waiting. Giving two stars since the lady at the checkin desk was polite and helpful, and she told me there's another lounge in the terminal that is fine with basic economy tickets and suggested I go there. read more

I am submitting this complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at the Delta Sky Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, following a prolonged series of Delta operational failures. My family and I experienced over five flight delays spanning more than 24 hours, ultimately resulting in a flight cancellation due to a pilot no-show. We were rebooked from a nonstop flight to an itinerary with multiple connections and extended layovers. During this time, we were forced to sleep on the airport floor overnight after the Sky Club closed due to a delayed red-eye flight. When the lounge reopened, I attempted to bring my immediate family, including young children and an infant, into the Sky Club. I am a Delta Sky Club member and also hold multiple American Express Platinum cards, all of which include guest access benefits. Despite the extraordinary circumstances -- including Delta-caused delays, cancellations, and significant financial losses (over $2,500 in non-refundable hotels) -- the staff member, Shanta, denied entry to one family member unless an additional $50 fee was paid. What was most disappointing was not simply the policy enforcement, but how it was handled. The interaction lacked empathy, discretion, and basic customer-service judgment. There was no attempt to de-escalate, no acknowledgement of the prolonged hardship my family had already endured, and no effort to keep a family with small children together during an already exhausting travel disruption. The tone and demeanor were dismissive and unnecessarily rigid, especially given the context. As a business owner myself, I understand policy matters -- but so does human judgment, particularly in customer-facing roles during crisis situations. This interaction escalated stress rather than alleviating it. Delta's operational failures caused this situation. Penalizing customers -- especially families with infants -- while offering no compassion or flexibility reflects poorly on the Sky Club experience and Delta's service standards. read more

Though not the largest lounge I've visited, Delta's Sky Club at Terminal 3 delivers a first-class experience in a tidy, efficient space. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean and well cared for. The bathrooms were impressively appointed bright, modern, and pristine. The staff truly shine here. Every team member we encountered was polite, attentive, and quietly efficient. Not once did a dirty dish or stray wrapper linger at our table they were on it with almost uncanny timing. That level of hospitality makes a difference. As for the refreshments, the food was fresh and flavorful, from snacks to heartier bites. Coffee hit the spot, and my go-to Diet Coke was ice-cold and perfectly fizzy. This is a nice sky club. It's not huge but it can still accommodate a good amount of people. When we arrived about 10pm on a Sunday we were fortunate to get in because we were told they were almost at capacity. I found the bathroom to be much smaller than other sky clubs, and there are no showers. They do have a bar and of course food, which I skipped this time. Staff was nice, but the facility wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The table we sat at was surrounded by crumbs on the floor, like someone dropped a cake, and the bathrooms could have been a little more tidy. There were a lot of shared spaces wasted because individual travelers sat at a 4-seater area, using one of the seats for their things. This lounge isn't huge to begin with and that limits the space for others even more. Overall I was happy to sit in this space while waiting to depart, but I think there's a little room for improvement. read more

Hot!!! Hot & sweaty!!! Packed!! Had to Que up for 10-20 mins before being allowed in. WAY TOO SMALL!! There are a ton of travelers & no accommodations, wanted to stop to get a bite before getting on my plane but their food was not available! Super poor planning on Deltas part & makes having the 'gold' or' platinum card a joke!! It's hot & stuffy & crowded, overall it's truly miserable here!! Food was yummy. The Delta app showed this Sky Club was quite busy but going into the club was easy. No waiting in line at all. However, I would say 80% of the tables were full. A bit challenging to find a spot to sit but wasn't that hard. Overall, quiet and relaxing compared to just sitting by the gate. Would recommend to stop by here before the flight takes off! read more

I love the Delta Sky Club. I'm always made to feel special every time I come here. The environment is clean, the people behind the front desk, the people in charge of food, and the bartender are really accommodating. There are tons of comfortable seating options with wifi and outlets for you to plug in your devices. They have a variety of hot meals, cold meals, and drinks. There are Starbucks coffee, sodas, milk that includes dairy-free milk, and even syrup pumps. They even have alcoholic beverages at the bar and access to clean bathrooms. The only problem I had with my visit had been the fact that the mask mandate didn't seem to be reinforced and there was a girl sitting very close to us who was being rude and loud and another guest tried to get her to quiet down but she didn't listen. One of the best parts of these lounges should be the calm and quiet atmosphere, but she was yelling on the phone with her friends without using headphones or excusing herself. Chose this over centurion because I didn't have a lot of time and it was close to my flight, and was impressed at quality of food and peacefulness. 5 star lounge. The customer service staff goes above and beyond. They are prompt to clean areas as other travelers come and go. The large buffet of assorted sandwiches, wraps , salads and hot soups are fully stocked and area is extremely clean. The coffee station offers Starbucks coffee and also assorted teas. Full soda machine. On other side there is a full bar offering complimentary drinks and full bar for Purchase. I have been in a lot of lounges and this is one of my favorites. It isn't the biggest Delta lounge but it's perfect for where it is. For comparison, the Seattle lounge is massive, but it's a nightmare. This club is never busy when I have been here, there is a lot of seating, the food and drink offerings are always very good, and most importantly for me, it's always very clean. The staff is always friendly and check never a line for check in that I have seen. It also has a nice view of Camelback and other desert mountains. Get in free with first class Delta ticket or AMEX platinum + any Delta ticket, amongst other options. read more

This used to be one of my favorite lounges before the Pandemic they had incredible food. Loved the make it yourself burritos. During the pandemic it was great as they had the best grab and go snacks. Food is Ok now but is mediocre at best. The staff though makes up for it as they are always friendly and helpful. Lounge is a newer lounge and the restroom are always clean, Love going before we fly out and always hit there before we get our luggage upon arrival. Most of the time just to use restrooms and to kill some time before our bags are in baggage claim. Nice place to hang out as these days the gates are jammed back and often times hard to find a seat. Of the recent Delta Sky Club visits, the PHX scored less well than in LAX. Too bad that the Centurion lounge in terminal 4 cannot be reached from terminal 3 once security has been passed. This lounge does not look nearly as nice as others and the selection of food items is much more limited. read more

Finally. After a long Clubless drought we finally get a cool spot to chill in the desert. Great bar with a nice Tequila and Mezcal assortment along with a few unique freebies. A different food assortment than most clubs with a really good Superfoods Salad with Kale and a Pomegranate seeds, Swiss cheese and Figs, Spicy Southwest slaw, Avocado Quinoa and Spicy Chicken Enchiladas with rice and a really good Kale Chickpea braise. The rest of the food was standard SkyClub fare. I like how the L shaped space is divided up to make it feel less open and appreciate the fact that there are about 10 different types of seats, almost all with power access. I like that the bar and cafe area are separated. The only downside at all is the lack of views of planes. Nice Camelback Mountain backdrop though. I like the muted colors and art work that looks at home here. The light fixture in the main room is very cool as are the bathroom walls. read more

One of the smaller Delta Sky Clubs that is very busy. Many solo travellers were spread out over two small tables and four chairs. For a smaller club, folks need to be better about sharing spaces. Breakfast was very popular with folks. I like that the bar area was separated from the food area to help decrease the congestion. read more

During peak times, this Delta Club runs out of certain breakfast entrées but once the morning group leaves, the lunch hour becomes very manageable and offers plenty of choices, including main entrées and snacks. The bathrooms are on the smaller size compared to other Sky Clubs but I remind myself that PHX is not considered a hub for Delta Airlines. The staff are friendly and do keep the place clean by removing dishes and cups quickly, once someone leaves a table or spot. There seems to be plenty of electrical plugs and USB ports and that is a plus. The view of the outside is the backside of the airport runway. People have been courteous and respectful during my time spent here. Centrally located in Terminal 3, in the F wing near gate 8 next to the food eateries is convenient for those arriving or departing. read more

Oh Delta... the service has gone down, down, down, down.... My husband is an Amex platinum card holder and we wanted to check out the Delta lounge because it had been ages since we'd flown Delta. Spoiler alert: we did not go in. We headed down there and spoke to the hostess who had the mostest attitude. Upon seeing us she asked if we both had the card. We did not. Rob had, in error, thought we got a complimentary pass and upon checking the terms, saw that he was wrong. Totally fine. Had she expressed any sort of understanding, I would've been willing to spend the money and check out the lounge. It was the pretentious, "oh, sorry, you're just not good enough" attitude that made this experience pretty darn terrible. In particular, when my husband said he thought guests were complimentary, she huffed "well, why don't you read what it says on the terms to me then?" We said thank you, but we wouldn't go in today. She.. sniffed, with her nose in the air... "mm-hmm." After this experience, why bother? read more

This is hands down the best Delta lounge. You can tell when you walk in that it's brand spanking new; the space is exceptionally clean with a good amount of room. So while it's not the biggest they offer, the two things that make it stand out above other Delta clubs are the service of the staff and the food/beverage selection. The people who worked here were over the top friendly (which I love) and I enjoyed everything I ate (which was meatballs, hummus, and pozole.) If you are taking a Delta flight and have some time to kill, I highly recommend this space. read more

I've been to many sky clubs and I have to say the sky club in this airport has the best layout and food! The chef created some pasta and walked around serving out samples. The jambalaya was delicious and so is everything they lay out. They have a dimmer area, a brighter area - depending on how you feel when you come in. Of the Sky Clubs, this one doesn't take the cake. The pictures online are a little misleading because the pictures make it seem like the club is HUGE when it's on the smaller side. The food was good (chicken fajitas, make your own pho, the kale ceases salad, Rice Krispies and Aperol Spritz). It was clean , the staff was very personable but it wasn't the nicest one like in ATL, JFK , DTW but it makes sense for the hubs to have a nicer/larger club. There aren't as many TVs as other lounges I've been in but that's perfectly fine with me, I think there's enough time for that on the airplane anyway!
