When traveling, lounges are never a bad idea! While flying AA from AZ to ATL recently, I popped into the Admiral's Club to burn about 3 hours until my flight. Upon entry, the club was bright, clean and welcoming, always a nice vibe when you've been lugging your bags around. There was ample seating but comfy chairs seemed to be limited, leaving many to choose the bar-like/round table seating on the other side of the club. I opted for a comfy lounge chat that was connected to a side table offering power. Win! I'm happy that I snagged this seat because as the hours went on, more folks came in and it got very busy. The food offerings were limited but delicious nevertheless! The Lentil Soup was a surprise favorite and I had a few bowls honestly, absolutely no shame and would love the recipe. They also offered complimentary veggies, bar options and sweets that were far better than expected. I also ordered a few non-complimentary items at they were all perfect for getting me relaxed before flying. They also offered guacamole made on-site to your liking , such a nice thing touch. Safe flying, friends!

The food has gotten considerably better. The staff is the same. Hit or miss. Some are excellent. Love having fresh Gouda chunks and fresh Buffalo mozzarella. Sometimes it's packed, but today, most seats are opened.

I have to agree with the other postings on how great and friendly the staff is at this club. However, the club has some serious deficiencies in terms of maintenance and the quality of the food and refreshments served. The food included a white chili as the main dish with vegetables as the side dish. The club was packed when I got there so it was hard to find a seat. I do have to commend them on their on-site guacamole chef. she made fresh guacamole with your choice of condiments. That was actually cool. If you have to pay for a day pass my recommendation would be not to. Pick any of the restaurants in the airport and get a better meal and beverage while you wait for your flight. If your access to the club is free via your credit card or a partner airline, go for it and get your free stuff. Otherwise, don't pay out of pocket.

Decent food service and facilities by A7.. ambiance is similar to all admirals clubs.. generally quiet

Disgusting and sadly understaffed. It was messy throughout the entire area. I get it. It's 10am on a Thursday and really busy. But they should have more cleaners. In addition to most tables not being cleared, the bathroom was also gross. Someone had left menstrual blood on the floor in the stalls. Ugh! Unsanitary. Won't ever be coming back.

Instead of pita they used raw English muffin slices. The horror!!!

The one near A21 is tiny and needs a face lift. Always too crowded. Wish they could solve it.

Over crowded, food is the same old thing. Not worth the cost of admission. If you must visit, get a day pass if you can.

There should be an age limit in these lounges. Admiral club do better that's why people pay money to avoid this.

The lounge is essentially one large room with chairs arranged fairly close together. There are a few long high-top tables and a counter running along the windows, but there aren't really any private areas aside from a small business center with just a handful of seats. If you're looking for a quiet corner or separate lounge spaces, this location is somewhat limited. The food selection was surprisingly good. Even after 10 PM, staff were actively refilling the hot food station, which was appreciated. There was also a deli area stocked with charcuterie meats, cheeses, hummus, and other snacks, plus a coffee station, a small snack bar with trail mix, pretzels, and jelly beans, and a dessert station featuring cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. The bar was fully stocked as well. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. One downside is that not every seat has access to power outlets, although the high-top counter along the windows offers several charging options. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were also traveling with our pets and had no issues checking into the lounge. Since many airport lounges have become less pet-friendly, it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax with them before our flight. Overall, it's not the most spacious or private Admirals Club, but the friendly staff, solid food offerings, and pet-friendly policy made for an enjoyable visit.

It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.

I was seated and never offered a drink by the waiters. Others seated next to me got drink orders as soon as they were seated. I then went to the bar to order the drink, and they told me they would deliver it to my seat. They never came. You really have to beg for service here. It's a shame they have QR codes at all the seats yet don't have the capability to just order your drinks delivered to the seat like the Chase Saphire lounge. The people working here spend way too much time trying to look busy and cleaning plates and silverware instead of actually seeking out to help people. The food is perfectly ok, just nothing special. Today they had BBQ chicken, spicy potatoes, chipotle hummus and crackers, cereal, and some cookies and donut holes. The BBQ chicken was the most edible. If you're a single traveler, expect to sit at the bar or in one of the private single seats which are nice. The tables are reserved for parties of 2 or more.
