I had a 2 hr 20 min layover in Phoenix on Monday 12/23/2025 and found Pedal Haus Brewery a little cheaper than other restaurants in the terminal. Competitors had full pizzas for $20+ whereas PHB had half pizzas for $13. Maybe not the cheapest option as airport food is pricey but it sure beats having to pay over $20 for full pizza. The veggie pizza was quite tasty. Service was friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The signage could have been more clear as to whether to order at the cash register or at the bar. I went to the cash register and was told to sit anywhere. Once I sat down, I was given a menu right away. Would come back if I had another layover or flight here. read more

From the positive reciews, I can confirm that the Pizza's here are good. A far cut above from the standard Airport fare. Was served by Bailey and she gave great, friendly services. Although there was a mix up in the orders which delayed my order, she sincerely apologized and re-sent my order. Service work is tough and I can understand this stuff happens. I had some time to kill while in the Phoenix airport, so I hit the Yelp app to see what my best restaurant options are. And that's how I found my way to Pedal Haus Brewery. And it lived up to its stars! I was able to get a seat immediately and got a pint and the half-portion of the Prosciutto and Goat Cheese pizza. Even halved, this could be easily split between a couple of people, especially if you get something to go along with it. Or, in my case, I ate as much as I wanted, which left me full and content for my next flight. My beer, the Bière Blanche witbier, was delightful as well. I had a hard time choosing what to order -- I think you can't go wrong with whatever you get. It's always great to know of a reliable place to eat when you get to particular airports. I will definitely stop back again when flying through Phoenix. read more

Located in the cluster of businesses in Gate D - Terminal 4. Though there were many locations, the bar was very comfortable to dine in. They offer breakfast which drew me in. Can't go wrong with a vacation drinky drank and a bit to eat. Michelle was extremely friendly and accommodating to make a vegetarian version of a Bloody Mary. Great start to my Disneyland adventure this weekend! Eggs are only made scrambled, which was a bummer but overall tasty alongside their potatoes. Their breakfast menu seemed fairly priced for airport cuisine, though a tad pricey to order just eggs and potatoes. Great spot by gate D11 in what looks like a newer area in Terminal 4. Open seating. Great service. You have to go to bar area to order and they give a number to take back to your seat. Lots of power outlets by many of the seats. I had a great hazy beer called The White Rabbit and a yummy Cesar Chicken Salad. Prices were okay, a glass of beer is $10.99. Cesar was $13.99 + $5 for chicken. Typical higher airport pricing due to the rent/sales % they have to pay airport. Looks like the new Sapphire Lounge is coming right across from them. read more

Nice breakfast at Pedal Haus Brewery today during my layover in Terminal D. The Fly By breakfast came with scrambled eggs, bacon and gluten free toast as an option. The gluten free toast was good and a bonus for my breakfast today. Alicia was serving the bar, taking and delivering food to all of the tables. She was awesome today. I will say the bar wraps around where the cooks are and they are not displaying behavior that show they are aware everyone can see them. I was heading home from a trip to Scottsdale and ended up getting to the airport a bit early. Technically right on time for lunch. I went through the gate and I was looking for something that had a bar and I could sit down and have a meal. I was lucky that this spot was right by my gate. I saw it an immediately got into the line. The line moved quickly and I was able to sit within 5 mins. I got a seat on the counter facing the people walking which was nice because even though the place was crowded I had a little area to myself. My waitress came over with the menu gave me a couple mins and came back to take my drink order. She gave me a few suggestions and I ended up going with the Sunny beer which was the lager they had. I actually really liked it. It was refreshing and a little fruity. For food I went with a ceaser salad and the chicken strips with a side of buffalo and ranch. The food came out quickly and it was fresh and delicious. The sauce that came with the chicken tenders was also really good. It is like a siracha mayo. Overall, it was the perfect way to end my trip and kill and hour of time before I had to go to my gate. read more

This new spot is a great addition to the PHX airport. Back by the D gates, they have live Tv playing with the volume ON (you wouldn't think this is an important distinction but there in fact restaurants in this airport that require you watch MNF in silence). I've worked in food industry my whole life and my first indicator that the place is not clean is fruit flies. It's disgusting in there everywhere. They're all over-the-counter the fruit that they put in drinks and even on the walls and ceilings above the pizza oven. This usually means that their daily cleanliness practices are questionable. They probably don't clean their pipes under the countertops and they just need a few days of detail cleaning and all of this would go away. So this place is not managed properly. read more

Nice spot for a beer at the airport. It draws you in with the long bar and bright, open setup. I sat at the bar and ordered the Day Drinker. What a nice, light refreshing beer. They also have a food menu that includes snacks, salads and pizza. It's small but it does include 2 vegan pizza options! Besides the several beers on tap they do serve wine and cocktails. The sign at the entrance says to seat yourself. My wife and I did that, were there for 15 minutes and not a single server/ employee came over. They were all behind the bar serving beer. It's an airport bar. So you get your typical airport bar features like absurdly expensive drinks and that's just fine since we're a captive audience and it's kind of normal across American airports. The main reason for this review is that the barstools are absurdly uncomfortable. Perhaps its management's attempt to turn over seats faster but for some reason I think people needing to catch flights is reason enough for fast seat turnover so the seating choice is just downright bizarre. read more

Over 6 hours we ate something different every hour. We had the sweet chili wings and they were so delicious. We saw people getting pizza and it didn't look that great so we got a pretzel. Sooo good. Cheese was good. The pretzel was crunchy. So after asking a few people we got a pizza. It was my husband's favorite. Brick oven cooked. So good! The bartender was fantastic. I had an early flight out of LA to ABQ with a two hour layover in Phoenix. Up at 3:45am I wanted nothing more than a nice hot breakfast. Nooooooo.... Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and their "famous" potatoes. The potatoes were not cooked all the way and still hard. The entire thing was lukewarm. Just awful, awful food.
