TIL: Centurion Lounges use the same wifi password. I was at the Centurion Lounge in Denver airport in the last week, and the wifi password was the same one here too. Location: terminal 4, behind gate B21 This is a much smaller lounger compared to the one in Denver. I arrived around 7 PM, and they closed at 9 PM. They started announcing the closing time at 8 PM. Hot food is good. Coffee, tea, and water are self served. They had a bar and a nice window looking out at the tarmac. Request fountain drinks from the bar. The dessert was good! I like the lemon bars! Overall this is a nice place to relax prior to boarding the next flight at Phoenix airport. -Access: need American Express -Bathroom available -Free wifi -No outdoor seating

No wait today which was really nice. The front desk staff were super chipper which is also nice when you're traveling. They had an avocado toast station today- as well as overnight oats, fruits and egg scramble/sausage/potato standards. Bartender was friendly and chatting with the customers as well. It was quieter in here today The place was a lot cleaner than last time too- no more stained cushions yay! Just a note- unless you've spent the minimum on thr platinum , guests will be $50, but you can use the escape lounge right next door (same food just different seating) and bring 2 guests.

Great lounge, the staff really makes it. Slightly disappointed they don't allow Venmo tips at this location, I frequently don't have cash on me, especially at the end of the trip so having the option is super helpful! Food selection was great. I will definitely be back!

For the level that this lounge is supposed to represent I was extremely disappointed. First of all, let me say that I went before 12 noon in the lounge and they had already run out of cream for the coffee, brown sugar for the coffee, any flavored syrup everything they had to do with coffee. Me being a coffee person. I was extremely disappointed because I didn't want any food. I just wanted to relax and have coffee before The Flight when I asked they said they had run out already, which was disturbing to me because it wasn't even noon yet. So they need to do a better job with their inventory ordering or something because for you to be out of that many items for coffee enjoyment is terrible for the level that this lounge is supposed to represent. - Service 1/5 Location 5/5 Wait Time 3/5 Food 3/5 Atmosphere 3/5 Return Factor 1/5

Travel can be tedious and tiring. Many times waking up early if traveling from the West Coast to the East just to arrive at a decent hour. With layovers, travel becomes even more tiring. The Centurion Lounge makes travel, even with layovers, more enjoyable. This location can be found in the B terminal across from gate 22. Once you see signs, enter the glassdoors/ check in area. Once checked in, you'll proceed upstairs to the actual lounge. Seating is available for individual travelers, families or small groups. Relaxing lounge chairs or workstations can be found throughout. Food is self-service as are most non-alcoholic beverages. Some sodas, mixed drinks, wine and beer can be obtained from the bartenders. Food has never disappointed. It's a nice snack that very much suffices for a meal. There are also friendly assistants who regularly check in on you and clear used items and refresh the food buffet. Always take advantage of the Centurion Lounge when/ where available to make travel days more enjoyable. Keep on Yelp'n!

Visited the Centurion Lounge at Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) before a flight to Buffalo. The lounge was not busy today, with good seating and solid Wi-Fi. Food and drink options were excellent--the pulled pork sliders and the shrimp with sausage and grits were especially good, and the Balvenie single malt Scotch was a nice touch. Staff were welcoming, and restrooms and overall cleanliness were well-maintained. Overall, one of the better lounges in this airport when timing is on your side. Saluti

A Morn's Repast at Centurion Lounge: A Sonnet of Sustenance By Capt. 619, Bard of Break-Fast and Sky-Hewn Journeys Hark, good traveler! Attend mine earnest verse: The Centurion Lounge, at Phoenix's breakéd dawn, Doth spread a banquet fair to quench the curse Of weary roads. Behold! A smorgasbord-- Not base, but fit for gods. Lo, pastries gilt As Midas' touch; smoked salmon, nectar-slic'd; And fruits that blush like Venus, newly spilt From heaven's bowl. 'Tis Ambrosia, self-serv'd, yet wisely built. The staff--attendants silent as the moon-- Refill with grace, yet speak no word. Their art: To tend, not trespass. Mark, the prudent boon Of self-wrought plates: here, temperate choice with honey'd vice doth blend. 'Twixt yogurt's chastity and bacon's lust, Man's golden mean is crown'd. Eat just, eat just. Thus, noble guest, when Phoenix's sands ensnare, Seek this fair haven. Dine, and breathe--no air Of haste, nor din, shall mar thy heaven'd peace. Go! Break thy fast where mortal feasts ne'er cease. "To eat or not to eat? That is no question here." --Capt. 619, in service to the Muse of Meals and Mercurial Skies.

This is the spot for us whenever we travel through LAX. Always on point, service is great and the food hits the spot. The atmosphere is chill and staff is friendly. Visited about 5 times this year and will do it all over again.

It's ok; but subpar for a Centurion Lounge. Refilling food and utensils was slow (and it was not that busy). The lack of forks necessitated eating my salad (which was tasty) with a spoon. Cleanliness was somewhat lacking. The bar was a redeeming grace. Vibrant staff and attentive, friendly service.

I really enjoyed my time in the Centurion Lounge as always. Sarah was the bartender on duty and she was amazing! Thank you for all you do!

My favorite perks of being an American Express holder is having lounge access for every flight! The comfort and amenities before boarding is so worth it for me especially because I travel multiple times a month. The food is a hit or miss but you can always count on good drinks and desserts!

On the surface, this looks like another airport lounge. And maybe it is, but compared to Priority Pass lounges, this is way way better. Not as good as international business class lounges, but of course it's not. It's a solid lounge -- clean, well stocked, and most importantly, the food is actually good and the staff are super friendly.

    Happy Sunday everyone!

I talked to a lovely gentleman who told me to come back at 4pm - I was likely accommodated bc I was a solo party, but I appreciated him nonetheless! Other people tried to walk in and were quoted anywhere from a 30 min to 1 hour wait. They actually seat you at a table or counter, so it's not a free-for-all seating. I was sat near the bar at a long counter facing the wall (not ideal, but fine). I had easy accessibility to power. Food was delicious and the drinks were pretty good. There was a separate area for tacos, nachos and elote; but unfortunately they were out of a few ingredients at the time I visited. I mostly frequented the bar and the buffet area. Overall, definitely worth a stop in if you have access!

It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.

This was the first time that I've actually been in the Admiral's Club here before flying internationally (usually I'm at another club in the airport). The food selection didn't blow me away, but it was decent. Easy access to fountain drinks, tea, water, and snacks such as gummy bears & pretzels. I decided to sit up at the bar where I had a good conversation with the bartender, and I actually had a few prickly pear margaritas, which were included. Not everything is included, as some of the items are premium shelf items. For those that do know, it's not a big deal, but some look and think it's all complimentary. Between the chair seating comfort & availability, the frequently updated flight status board (visible to most seating) comfort was all good, and it was centrally located to where my gate was, so coming out of the lounge, popping up my gate was great.
