I couldn't wait for this salon to open because it's next to my favorite grocery store. First impressions, it's lovely and clean. They promptly sat me in the space for my appointment. No salts for the water and it was cold, even after I asked for it to be hot. I watched one of the technicians drop her tools on the floor and only rinsed them, didn't place them in the sterilizing solution. My technician got angry with me because I didn't want the expensive treatment. She then proceeded to cut me when she was working on me. Interesting coincidence. I love this nail place! Jackie and Snow and so friendly and they do amazing work. I always get a dip manicure and it lasts for 4 weeks! It looks so pretty and natural. After grocery shopping next-door I left my cart on the sidewalk near the grocery store and nail salon. a manicurist ran out and started pushing the cart towards my car for leaving it on the sidewalk. She was also saying rude things to me, which I didn't even bother to roll down my window and listen to. Maybe if they were a little more friendly they would have more clients to spend their time on instead of spending their time policing the parking lot. read more

Went here post covid reopening. My mom and I decided to get a mani and pedi. The owner (who did my mani and pedi) was wearing a face mask correctly. The other employee (Thao Ngoc) did have a mask but did not have it covering her nose. She also completely took the off when still in close contact with customers. The owner did not at any time tell the employee to put the face mask back on. The nail tech (Thao Ngoc) did not do a good job at all on my mother nailed and was rough and rush thru the whole thing. My nails as well as my mother nails where still wet and she were being rushed out. On a more SERIOUS note - I saw the employees only washing the nail instruments with soap and water and then bagging them in new bags and then placing them back on the nail cart to be used on the next customer. They never sterilized the bags in the autoclave nor weren't placed in any cleaning disinfected. This was very alarming to me especially with the safety concerns on covid 19. Please look else where for nail services. I will not be returning to here at all. read more

So happy I found you... I witness a rude woman and her 2 year old and 8 year old... I went to relax the kids were in everything, poor Jackie and the rest of staff were trying to explain to her to watch the children... They wanted water , the bathroom and then the lady put the 2 year old into the foot spa with her after the staff said no it was against State regulations ... The lady was on her cell phone the whole time and the staff had to keep cleaning up after them... The 2 year olds feet were filthy of course she blamed it on the floor, it's dirty and filthy here... She went on and on... Lady stay home or get a babysitter and keep your attitude to yourself... I felt very bad for the technicians... I told them I witnessed the whole event ... Great priced pedicures. Their color selection is small, wish they had more colors. The deluxe pedicure was only $23. The massage was ok not as good as they do in other salons. I was impressed with all that came with the deluxe. My technician was extremely rough on my feet, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago trying to find a new "nail house." I am pretty consistent, every 2 weeks. I came at 6 pm on a Friday and felt really bad that I kept 3 people past 7 pm, so, the next time I went happened to be on a Sunday. The first girl who did my nails (Mandy) didn't work, so I just went with someone else, Snow, the owner. When I left, I could tell something didn't look good on my nails. But I just let it go, cause, I tried someone new and just went with it. 4 days later, Thursday evening, I roll over and my nail is broken. I went in again that next Friday at 4 pm. Mandy acted like a total "B" for lack of a better word, seemingly because I didn't go on the day she was working. She wouldn't fix it and she said Snow would be right back, mind you I had my 6 year old with me. Snow never came and 15 mins later Mandy said "come tomorrow 9:30 am" which I couldn't. So we agreed I would call to have Snow fix it Saturday. Saturday, I called and Mandy said to come in at 3pm. I arrive at 2:47 pm and Snow Runs out and says "I said 3, I'll be back." I NOW have my boyfriend and son with us, sitting in the car. 3:15pm rolls around and finally Snow Comes back, DOESN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE, and does yet another crappy job. I won't go back, this is a bummer cause I tell slot of people about my nail spots; however, when I am treated like my service isn't appreciated, and I was so incredibly disrespected by people I spend my money with, I will take my business somewhere else, there's many nail places to replace their lack of customer service. read more

This is by far the best pedicure I have gotten. I am 25 weeks pregnant and deal with swollen feet and sore legs/feet. Today when I left all that swelling and soreness I had is now gone. I will be back for sure. The gentleman Tom is your go to especially if you want an amazing leg and foot massage. He really knows what he is doing and is very friendly. Very clean which is my number one priority. The girls were all friendly and professional. I noticed that they had brands of polish that I did not know but I always take my own polish anyway. I will definitely go again. Happy it's in the neighborhood. Super friendly. Their massage hairs are new and had excellent massage options. They are friendly and do an amazing job. I've had each of the technicians there and they are great about finding matching polish and they have many options for gel. First off, this place is clean and nicely decorated. I decided to give it a try last night and I had the worst experience with a woman that attended me, she said her name was Hanna. I asked for a manicure with gel polish. After she soaked my nails in acetone and started to take off my ombre, she said its 10$ to take It off. I suggested that she should advise on the cost before she started the job and not during the process(even though other nails salon I have been too charge 5$ or some don't even charge if you getting your nails done there). She said she doesn't even have to tell me the cost because the prices are listed at the front desk, she continued to argue with me, was very rude and said if I don't like it I can leave...really? after you have soaked my nails in acetone? I told her that I don't mind the fee but her attitude is so unprofessional, she clearly doesn't know what customer service is. Then she asked me if I want to cut my nails shorter or just file. I told her I want to file them...she then said..its 10 $ more to file..WHAT??? Isn't filing your nails part of the manicure service... I ended up finishing my nails with someone else and she was super sweet and gentle, her name is Cindy, she did a great job. On my way out, I looked at their price list and no where it says that it cost 10$ to file your nails and polish change its 8 $ and not 10... read more
