Stayed in a room in the Tower, and probably would have preferred one in the Villas for an additional cost. The room was a corner unit and larger than I expected with a view of the vineyard. The amenities were decent with a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, desk area, loveseat and king bed. Would have been nice to have a robe. Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

The passport photo was mailed in along with he paperwork needed. A few weeks later the photo, paperwork and a letter stating that the photo was not acceptable. It failed to mention the reason why. So I mentioned the situation as I was getting ready for the photo and I believe it may have been the manager that overheard my conversation. Both employees were baffled and surprised. They never had an issue before. Without hesitation the manager informed the employee to ring up my photo at have price and on top of that printed out a $10 off coupon (had to purchase something $10 or greater, which was fine since I needed to get a card). So I basically got the photo free. They showed me the app that they use for the passport photo before printing it out and handing it to the customer. They follow the guidlines. I didn't find anything wrong with the first passport photo. Crossing my finger that this photo will suffice. Thank you Walgreens for standing in and making it my second passport photo stop a pleasant one

One important tip: try your best to arrive before 2:45 PM--and honestly, even that may be cutting it close. On my most recent visit, I checked in around 2:40 PM and was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, though, and they referred me to another nearby location. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

It's a small place - and street parking can be tricky. But I was fortunate to get a spot right out front. I stepped inside and saw the various containers of products and was pleased. She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. Very Disappointing Pharmacy Experience - Poor Customer Service and Lack of Support…read more I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Walgreens pharmacy, particularly regarding prescription pricing and customer service. I wasn't feeling well on the day I picked up my prescription, so I didn't pay much attention to the price. I trusted that my insurance information had been processed correctly, paid the amount requested, and left. Later, when I reviewed my prescription history, I was shocked to discover that the price had increased by approximately 380% compared with what I had previously paid for the same medication. I also discovered that a prescription discount program was offering the same medication at this very Walgreens location for over 80% less than what I had paid. What disappointed me most wasn't simply the price increase. It was the complete lack of guidance and willingness to help. In my previous experiences with other pharmacies, pharmacists have often proactively suggested GoodRx or other prescription discount programs when insurance does not cover a medication or when the out-of-pocket cost is unusually high. I have received this helpful advice several times without even asking. Unfortunately, the staff at this Walgreens offered no such guidance. When I later approached the pharmacy staff and manager to explain the situation, they were not helpful. Their response was simply that the transaction had already been completed and nothing could be done. I subsequently escalated my concerns through Walgreens Customer Relations. Unfortunately, that experience was equally disappointing. The responses felt so scripted and impersonal that I genuinely wondered whether I was communicating with an automated system rather than someone who understood my concerns. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter through the pharmacy, management, and the escalation process, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution. A pharmacy should be more than a place that dispenses medications and collects payments. Patients visit pharmacies because they need healthcare, and sometimes they are unwell, stressed, or simply unaware of available prescription savings programs. I understand that pharmacists may not be responsible for finding every available discount. However, I believe reasonable guidance, compassion, and a willingness to help should be basic expectations of customer service in a pharmacy. My advice to other customers: If your insurance fully covers your medication, your experience may be different. However, if your medication is not covered or you are paying out of pocket, I strongly recommend comparing prices and considering another pharmacy before using this location. Do not assume that using your insurance automatically gives you the best price. This experience has completely changed my opinion of this Walgreens location. After the lack of support from both the pharmacy staff and management, I have decided to move my future prescriptions to CVS on Ball & Walker. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make their own informed decisions.
