I've been "dating" new hair stylists and my last cut left me with hair that was messy, uneven, and unmanageable. I've gotten a blowout from Miriam in the past and really appreciated her kindness and her passion for her craft. So I decided to book with her to see if she can somehow fix my hair. Once I was bored with the purple, Jasmine helped me get rid of that color and color corrected to get my hair back to its brown with some nice blonde highlights. 3. After I was done with the blonde, Theresa brought me back to my brown with some beautiful texture and tone and gave me a short bob that I had been wanting! Love this salon. After feeling confused and completely ignored I decided to leave thinking maybe the appointment had gotten canceled or there was some type of mix-up since it was NYE. The salon reached out to me and wanted to make sure everything was OK and I explained the situation. They said "OK, we just want you to be comfortable." I thought everything was cool but I woke up to a $90 cancellation fee. I had no idea this was policy and I was NOT informed that I would be charged this fee. Make sure if you go here you take it upon yourself to go above and beyond to have any questions answered.
