Meaning, it should speak volumes when I say I followed Isabel three times as she grew through the Koreatown salons and finally opened her own place in Pasadena. When I first met her in 2022, she gave me the most thorough consultation any hairstylist had ever provided. She sat down with me, listened to all of my issues, understood what I needed/why I needed it a certain way, and then--most importantly--delivered. Since then, with every appointment done with the same level of care and attention to detail as the first, she has earned my trust and business. I still struggle with just "having hair" in general, but she helps me keep it manageable. Borderline therapy work, what she does for me.
