Before our appointment she was amazing at communicating and going over my photo inspiration while also giving me some positive feedback and styling suggestions. She turned my black box dyed hair into a vibrant rasberry red which I am obsessed with, and have received endless compliments on. . Products: A huge plus to note is the quality products she uses, the hair color brand she carries is ammonia free, eco- certified and organic and checks so many more boxes in the realm of sustainability and transparency. Looking good doesnt have to be a bad thing, and I'm so happy that I found a stylist who is aware and cares about the products she uses. Location: In the same shopping center where Yardhouse, Starbucks is located. Take the elevator or Escalators up to cholo Cafe. The salon is on the same level- right above the H&M- Call Didem when you arrive so she meets you outside. Parking: It's underground paid parking, but Didem validates and its free for the 1st two hours I believe. (Make sure you drive and park at the very end near El Cholo Cafe /on the H&M side so you don't have to walk through the entire plaza ( unless you don't mind) Also, just a side note If you book a longer service you might have to pay around $7 or little less. I was going to be in town for a conference and really wanted to do something big and different to my hair. I found Didem through Google and booking an appointment a couple days before my trip was straightforward and easy. Didem was interested in getting to know what I wanted and helped me decide which of the options I was considering might be a better choice for my face shape and skin tone. Even though I had booked the first appointment of the day, we realized there would not be enough time given my time constraints and she was happy to accommodate me by coming in 1.5 hours earlier. The ambiance in the salon was very nice. Huge windows with plenty of light and some nice plants. The conversation was genuine and pleasant. You can tell Didem cares about her work and craft. I'm so glad I entrusted her to chop off ~8 inches of my length, color, and balayage my hair for a drastic and much-needed change. My hair is not easy to lighten and I was surprised that she was able to lift it as she did.
