Two technicians arrived, and I showed them where the pump was leaking. One technician removed the leaking gasket. They asked me to pay for and order the gasket, which took a week, and asked me to pay $527 for less than one hour of time, which I paid for the first visit. They sent a new technician to install the new gasket a week later, but the new technician didn't know what to do and left in a hurry. I called the manager, who accused me of being anti-immigration, which is false since I speak some Spanish and often hire immigrants. They emphasize "Diamond Certified," which doesn't mean anything since they cannot repair anything. Absolute waste of time and money.

My sewer line was backed up when we asked them to come out for a quote on the trenchless line replacement, so they first cleared the line RIGHT THEN for us. I had several companies give estimates for replacing my lateral sewer line, but Cody stood out right away. He was the only one who took the time to check the city plans and accurately determine where our sewer line connected to the city's main -- others just guessed and warned they might charge more later. Cody clearly explained the process and possible complications, and when I later learned new information that could affect the project, he even came back -- completely free of charge -- to reassess. His quote was extremely fair, especially compared to others that were up to five times higher. Once I accepted the quote, Streamline coordinated everything with the city, and even though the inspector had a backlog, they still completed the work within three weeks. The entire job was done in one day (others had estimated up to three). The crew was professional, efficient, and courteous, answering all my questions along the way. Streamline also arranged the city inspection, which passed easily -- the inspector even commented on the quality of the work. I'm beyond impressed and will be a loyal customer for life.
