I had Copperfield Plumbing out to fix a copper water pipe that was leaking (March 2026). I never talked prices with them. I was quoted $380 by the repairman after he looked at the problem. It took him about 20-25'. The technician was skilled, polite and efficient. I wrote them a check, but I was not given a written estimate, nor was I given a receipt. NO itemized information on the charges at all. It seemed like a lot of money!!! I called the secretary later that afternoon and she had the owner call me back. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. My Second Five-Star Review of Copperfield Plumbing! Fidel came out and saved the day! He fixed our master bathtub from dripping and - here's where it gets crazy - we were quoted $8000 from another company for drilling holes in a tub/shower surround, drilling through an adjoining cabinet on the other side of the wall, and drilling into a downstairs bathroom to locate a leak! Fidel (Copperfield Plumbing) came out and found the leak in the tub and simply removed a piece of sheetrock from the downstairs bathroom, where the water had collected. Fidel added a new plumbing gasket and plumbing supply to our leaky bathtub, and that was all! We now have no leak and saved thousands of dollars! Literally thousands of dollars! This fix cost under $700 from Copperfield Plumbing. My first review was a story of me trying to light a gas water heater, and Copperfield Plumbing assisted me then too! We had some water pressure issue in our home. We were told to replace our water heater. So I called a well known plumbing company and they arrived within 30min. They checked the water pressure and gave us a really high qoute to replace the water heater. I then called Copperfield plumbing, because I would see there vehicles near one of my clients house so I gave them a call and they said they will have a technician come out first thing in the morning. Their technician came early and checked out the system. After investing he asked if we had a water softner or filter. We did and he checked it out and found the issue of the low water pressure!! He didn't try to upsale me to purchase and replace our water heater. He ran a few test to ensure the pressure stayed strong and it did! Love the honesty and expertise Technician Josh provided!
