Rita P.

Oscar and his team were easy to work with.... from everything from scheduling to work, clean up, professionalism and billing. They not only fixed the leaking outdoor hose bib but they took the time to figure out why we had 3 leaks (different areas of the house) in 3 months. They determined that the Pressure Valve Regulator was not working correctly and efficiently replaced it. They provided great service and we will call them again in the future!

When I was visiting my Mom last week. She said her Hot Water Heater…read morewas making a loud knocking sound & the Company who installed it was scheduled to do a maintenance drain & flush a couple days ago but called to say they were understaffed & she needed to reschedule. Well she needed it taken care of now! So, I Googled Plumbing places and started getting quotes. Advanced Plumbing was by far the Best business for her Plumbing needs. No sooner did I hand up with making an appointment, the doorbell rang & there they were Advanced Plumbing employees Jamal & Terrance. They assessed the issue & provided my mom with the best & most affordable solution. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, & fast. They explained what they would be doing, showed her the damaged parts that they were replacing & had it done in no time. They also explained to her about the Warrantee on her product & about all the benefits her new Advanced Plumbing Membership offered. So we would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing in Vacaville to anyone looking for affordable, friendly, & fast professional work done. Also a Big Thank You again to Jamal & Terrance for your Great Work !!

!!PLEASE READ FIRST!!…read more I should have shopped around instead of rushing into hiring this company, that's my biggest mistake. I recently had a new washer and dryer installed, and the installer told me my water valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. This was the first company I called because of their high number of reviews, which I now regret trusting. The price I was charged to replace those valves was outrageous--nearly $1,100, and they didn't even bother to repair or replace the sheetrock afterward. For such a basic job, that alone felt excessive. It gets worse. After doing just one load of laundry, my water heater on the second floor started leaking down into the first floor. This had NEVER happened before they worked on my plumbing. I called them immediately, but they couldn't send anyone out until the next day. When a technician finally arrived, I was quoted $4,000 to replace the water heater. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. I contacted another company, and the difference was unbelievable. They charged me $2,300 for the same water heater replacement, showed up within an hour of my call, and completed the entire job in about two hours. Out of curiosity, I also asked them what they would have charged to replace the laundry room valves. Their answer? Around $350. So I was charged nearly three times the going rate for a simple repair, and then quoted almost double for the water heater replacement. That's not just overpriced, that feels completely PREDATORY. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before hiring anyone, especially this company. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I am still in the research process for this project, but I can say how impressed I am with Water…read moreHeaters Masters. They responded to my request so fast I thought it was a bot, but it wasn't. A real person called and left a message. I called back to explain what I was interested in and he scheduled an appointment for that day (I think). I was assured that I'd be called or texted when the technician was on his way. I expected to have to wait the full 2-hour window I was given, but no! I was called about 5 minutes before the window started to see if I was still available. The technician arrived exactly on time, right at the start of the window! After a short explanation of my needs he just said "OK, let's take a look at the space and talk about it." He explained every step of what they'd do to install a tankless water heater, he looked at the whole area to check for pipes, electrical access, spacing inside and out for a condensation line - making feel very comfortable that it would be planned before the installation to avoid last minute issues. A big plus, he told me he'd be part of the installation team. He also told me I should go ahead and get another few quotes. I think these guys are confident they're giving the prices in the sweet spot of costs. Then we spent time just talking about landscaping and plants! I'm not in a hurry to start this project, it's on my list of improvements and I'm just starting to investigate. However, I'm extremely impressed with the service given at this stage, the thorough approach in explaining, and the honestly. I will get another quote, but the next one has a high bar to cross; not only the service, but Water Heaters Masters quote was WELL below the only other quote I had gotten so far. I have a very good feeling about WHM. I'll come back to let you know more when I've finished the whole project.

After getting a very high quote from a major plumbing chain, we decided to contact Water Heater…read moreMasters. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Water Heater Masters. Alex sent our technician, Rojo, who helped install a new 40-gallon gas water heater in our indoor utility closet, and he was incredibly diligent, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Installing a tank in an inside closet can be tricky, but Rojo handled the entire job seamlessly in just 2 hours. He replaced everything with high-quality components, including: * New hot and cold water flex lines * A brand new water shut-off valve * A new gas flex line and sediment trap * Fully reworked earthquake straps (to meet California safety codes) * Properly updated T&P line and venting He also took care of the removal and disposal of our heavy 18 yr old tank, leaving the utility closet completely clean. If you want fair pricing, expert specialized service, and a technician who respects your time and home, call Water Heater Masters and ask for Rojo. Highly recommended!

BEWARE! BeastBay almost blew my house up!…read more Another thing to note, if you are considering doing business with them, is that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau due to 2 other complaints they did not respond to. I had used BeastBay Plumbing once before when we had a drain problem. They were responsive, and the tech was friendly and informative. He fixed the problem, and we signed up for their loyalty program. I knew our water heater was nearing the end of its lifespan, and I called them to get a quote. Sydney came out and explained the options. I ended up going for the tankless water heater. I also got quotes to replace a kitchen faucet and install a new shower fixture. The techs who showed up were courteous, but they arrived a couple of hours later than I had expected. I anticipated the faucet and shower fixture jobs to go fairly quickly, but they took almost two hours. Then they started work on the water heater. What Sydney hadn't discussed was the need for direct power to the tankless system or a new vent. The tech wanted to open the ceiling up, but as it's a two-story house with a tile roof, that was a hard no. They ended up doing a vent through the side of the house. At first, they said it would be a two-day job, which wasn't mentioned when I booked, but after getting the side vent in, they said they'd finish that day. Here is where things go very, very badly. The next day, I went into the garage to move a car. I was overwhelmed by the smell of gas. I called BeastBay, and the phone center told me to call 911, which I did. In the meantime, I opened the garage door. I realized after I hit the button that, should anything spark, the whole place could go up. Thankfully, it didn't. The fire department came out, pinpointed that BeatBay had not tightened the gas connection to the tankless unit and turned it off. Then began a 2+ hour marathon of calls to BeastBay to get someone out immediately. Except they didn't. I had to call the office 4 times and then had 3 separate conversations with them. In the meantime, Sydney came back out to see what was up. I explained the severity of the gas leak and told him I wasn't happy he hadn't mentioned needing direct power or the need to re-vent from the previous water heater. Sydney indicated there would be a small rebate, and they would service the unit going forward free of charge. The tech showed up, apologized for not securing the gas line, tightened it up, and left. This was a week and a half ago. I heard nothing more from BeastBay. I called the office on Wednesday and asked that they memorialize what Sydney had said during our meeting in writing. The woman who answered, Sarah?, said she'd have to check with Sydney, in a tone that said she didn't believe he had offered anything. She came back and said that was correct, and she'd send it over by email. Nothing was forthcoming. I've called the office twice today, twice no one answered, and the third time it went to a general voicemail. I received a phone call 2 + weeks after the incident. The woman I spoke to apologized, but assumed everything was fine. I explained how VERY unhappy I was with both the work they did and their lack of responsiveness. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me yesterday or today. No call. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. To say I'm disappointed in the service is an understatement. This is a massive failure on every front.

This is not an easy review to write. We chose Innovative Radiant Heating based on the good yelp…read morereviews. A year ago (12/2023) Innovative Radiant Heating installed radiant heating under our main floor and down stairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Ramnar came to inspect the area in August 2023 and nothing was flagged as problematic. Unfortunately, the workmanship was so poor that it caused problems. As I type this review, workers are under my home ripping out the shoddy work, relocating the tankless heater and adding the very important things that were missing. Why? We surely did not want to spend thousands of dollars on this again but after our heating bill went UP hundreds of dollars right after Ramnar's install, and the thermostats never worked with the radiant heat system and the green motor ran continuously day and night regardless of whether hot water or heat was being used, and that motor was too hot to touch with bare hands, we decided that we had to replace his work before the entire system failed. We met with two professionals and spoke with Noritz and Navian to troubleshoot the issues, sending them videos and photos of Ramnar's work. It's ALL WRONG. Here's the parital list: *When they were 'finished' i found an area of exposed tubing under house. No covering what so ever. *Wrong cable was run to the thermostats (he double'd up ethernet cable, could not run it through one of our walls and thus drilled through closet shelves into the adjacent room. *thermostats installed are not meant to be used with radiant heat system, when I asked for the manual he said to find it online. *no metal heat diffusers used under floor. *kinks in installed hoses (that explains the very hot spots). *staples going through the hoses installed! *tankless water heater installed in an area where NO ONE can stand in front of it. Code requires a 2' radiance around sides and front and this had 6" in front of it. We could not stand in front of this machine to even try to fix what was happening. *No air gap installed. *Incorrect type of tubing used. *Thin silver, crinkly "insulation" was stapled beneath tubing instead of 4" thick real insulation. Our crawl space has been so very warm. *Tankless heater was not hung on wall using metal bracket, it was hung on a piece of plywood and there are still nails sticking through to the outside of our home. I asked Ramnar to fix that and it's most nails still there. just smashed down into our house. So our house is damaged by this work. This is what a recommended Radiant Heat Installer found: Navien NCB Boiler Upon inspecting this Navien Comby install, we found a few issues. does not have proper clearance required by nobby and for access. - Gas line is undersized - No air elimination is on the system - Incorrect gauge of wire for thermostats - Thermostats that are installed are incompatible with the system - Manifold system does not allow proper bleeding - Cannot confirm or deny that for the radiant heat system is an oxygen barrier type - Tubing installation does not meet any standards from any manufacture - Zero heat transfer plates - Insulation is not adequate To correct: - Remove tubing - Remove unit - Reinstall existing unit on right side of basement - New gas line - New venting - New waterlines - New oxygen barrier tubing - New manifold - New isolation valves - New ecobee thermostats - Install snake n heat transfer plates - Install 4 inches of insulation beneath tubing - Install air separator - Install new system pump - Install system feeder Estimated 4 to 5 day install How is it possible for someone with such great 5 star reviews to do such criminal work? We are paying thousands less than what he charged to have his work ripped out and replaced. I feel stupid for trusting Innovative Radiant Heating and trusting yelp. It doesn't feel good to write such a negative review, the work was that bad. Innovative Heating should absolutely pay us the $25,000 it's costing us to replace their garbage.
