It's always so overwhelming trying to decide which company to trust for these things. It was so frustrating even getting a quote for other companies, they all required an in home visit first and it just took too long to even get an appointment. But Trevor was able to give me a quote after I gave him all the information he needed over the phone. He still came by for an in-home consultation to confirm everything, and we scheduled the install for that same week on Saturday. It's impressive that Trevor does everything by himself, from the calls, in home visits, to the installation for both plumping and electrical! That's probably how he's able to keep the costs down, while other companies have to pay so many different people. He also offers a few other discounts, such as referral, military, first responder, etc. I love that it's just one person I talk to vs other companies where there's too many different people to handle different things and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. Trevor is great with his communication, he has always picked up every phone call. Although there are some times when the call doesn't go through for some reason, might be due to no reception in some areas. Trevor was able to explain everything in detail and explained how the Clack system is super efficient and one of the best. I can confirm he's correct after doing my own research. He even provided the concrete slab that the water softener has to sit on. He installed the sewer drain line and an outdoor electrical receptacle. So far, everything is working great. I wish we installed the water softener system sooner. I still get water spots on chrome, but it's easy to wipe off. Probably other kids of residue and not minerals anymore. My hair and skin feel so much better. Also, I was concerned about watering my many houseplants with the softened water since there's now salt in the water, but Trevor reassured that the sodium amount is super minimal and won't harm my plants. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…read more As a property owner, I strongly recommend that other landlords and property investors avoid Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. My experience with this company demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Before engaging their services, I explicitly established that all findings, concerns, and recommendations regarding my rental property were to be communicated directly to me as the property owner. Apparently, following simple instructions was too much to ask. During a service visit on October 1, their technician disregarded this arrangement and communicated serious concerns regarding my property's heating system directly to my tenant instead of contacting me as instructed. This created unnecessary stress and confusion that I was subsequently left to manage. To be clear, I absolutely expect HVAC professionals to identify legitimate safety concerns. However, there is a professional and responsible way to communicate those concerns, particularly when working with rental properties. Keeping the property owner informed should be a fundamental part of that process. Because of this experience, I made the decision to terminate my business relationship with the company. Their response to losing a customer was arguably the most revealing part of the entire experience. Rather than receiving a thoughtful, personalized response acknowledging my concerns, I received what appeared to be a generic, AI-generated message. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. Think about that for a moment. A property owner terminates a business relationship because of concerns about professionalism and communication, and the company's response is an impersonal, seemingly automated message that doesn't even get the customer's name right. You genuinely couldn't ask for a better demonstration of the very problem that caused me to terminate their services in the first place. It left me with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously and that retaining my business was of little importance to them. As someone who owns rental property, I depend on contractors who can communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, and respect established expectations. I should not have to micromanage basic communication or wonder whether a company is even paying attention to the customer paying for its services. My recommendation to fellow property owners is simple: Take your business elsewhere. Find a company that respects your instructions, communicates directly and professionally, and treats your property and your business relationship with the attention they deserve. There are plenty of HVAC contractors who understand that professionalism involves more than showing up with a toolbox. Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air has permanently lost my business. Between the disregard for established communication expectations and the embarrassingly impersonal response to my termination notice, I have absolutely no confidence in their customer service. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!!
