It took him about 20-25'. The technician was skilled, polite and efficient. I wrote them a check, but I was not given a written estimate, nor was I given a receipt. NO itemized information on the charges at all. It seemed like a lot of money!!! I called the secretary later that afternoon and she had the owner call me back. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. Copperfield Plumbing is a reputable and flexible business and a good choice if your due diligence is complete.

He was very nice, professional, and worked quickly. Both Sidney and Jayme kept me informed throughout the whole process and were a pleasure to work with. Everything was taken care of the same day, and the price was very reasonable considering everything that needed to be done. Great service from start to finish. Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue. When I asked what the emergency visit would cost, he simply said, "Don't worry about it--just call us to schedule your water heater service." This time, though, I absolutely hit the jackpot, and I have to give credit where it's due. Sergio is everything you hope for but rarely find--honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing right by his customers. After seeing so many glowing reviews, I decided to give his company a call, and I'm so glad I did. He answered immediately and, by sheer luck, was already working nearby, so he stopped by to check out my leaky kitchen sink. He took the time to walk through the issue with me, even having me recreate what I thought was causing the problem (of course, it didn't happen while he was there!). When I called my husband to explain, Sergio patiently listened, assessed the situation, and confidently reassured him that everything was resolved. My husband was skeptical, but Sergio stood by his expertise so firmly that he was willing to back it up--promising to return if anything came up. That kind of confidence and accountability is rare. Then came the part that truly impressed me--when I asked about the cost, he told me there was no charge. I couldn't believe it. It's not just his skill that stands out--it's his integrity, fairness, and the way he treats people. In a time where that can feel hard to come by, Sergio is a reminder that true professionalism still exists. If you're looking for someone dependable, straightforward, and exceptionally good at what they do, Sergio is the one to call. Don't think twice--you'll be in great hands.

1/5 Stars: PROPERTY OWNERS AND LANDLORDS, BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…read more As a property owner, I strongly recommend that other landlords and property investors avoid Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. My experience with this company demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Before engaging their services, I explicitly established that all findings, concerns, and recommendations regarding my rental property were to be communicated directly to me as the property owner. Apparently, following simple instructions was too much to ask. During a service visit on October 1, their technician disregarded this arrangement and communicated serious concerns regarding my property's heating system directly to my tenant instead of contacting me as instructed. This created unnecessary stress and confusion that I was subsequently left to manage. To be clear, I absolutely expect HVAC professionals to identify legitimate safety concerns. However, there is a professional and responsible way to communicate those concerns, particularly when working with rental properties. Keeping the property owner informed should be a fundamental part of that process. Because of this experience, I made the decision to terminate my business relationship with the company. Their response to losing a customer was arguably the most revealing part of the entire experience. Rather than receiving a thoughtful, personalized response acknowledging my concerns, I received what appeared to be a generic, AI-generated message. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. Think about that for a moment. A property owner terminates a business relationship because of concerns about professionalism and communication, and the company's response is an impersonal, seemingly automated message that doesn't even get the customer's name right. You genuinely couldn't ask for a better demonstration of the very problem that caused me to terminate their services in the first place. It left me with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously and that retaining my business was of little importance to them. As someone who owns rental property, I depend on contractors who can communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, and respect established expectations. I should not have to micromanage basic communication or wonder whether a company is even paying attention to the customer paying for its services. My recommendation to fellow property owners is simple: Take your business elsewhere. Find a company that respects your instructions, communicates directly and professionally, and treats your property and your business relationship with the attention they deserve. There are plenty of HVAC contractors who understand that professionalism involves more than showing up with a toolbox. Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air has permanently lost my business. Between the disregard for established communication expectations and the embarrassingly impersonal response to my termination notice, I have absolutely no confidence in their customer service. If they cannot even take the time to spell a customer's name correctly in a response to a formal complaint, I have little reason to believe they will give my property the attention it deserves. One star. I would not recommend this company to any property owner.
