This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. I did my part. I was home, ready, and waiting. And waiting. And waiting. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting. No knock on the door. No phone call. No text message. No carrier pigeon. Nothing. Now, I completely understand that things happen. Jobs run long. Traffic exists. Emergencies come up. Life doesn't always go according to plan. But common courtesy is still free. A quick 30-second phone call saying, "I'm running late," would have been appreciated. A text saying, "I can't make it today," would have been even better. Instead, the message I received was loud and clear: my time wasn't important enough to warrant even the smallest amount of communication. It's always interesting when businesses expect potential customers to respect their schedules while showing absolutely no respect for the schedules of the people they're hoping will spend money with them. It's always so overwhelming trying to decide which company to trust for these things. It was so frustrating even getting a quote for other companies, they all required an in home visit first and it just took too long to even get an appointment. But Trevor was able to give me a quote after I gave him all the information he needed over the phone. He still came by for an in-home consultation to confirm everything, and we scheduled the install for that same week on Saturday. It's impressive that Trevor does everything by himself, from the calls, in home visits, to the installation for both plumping and electrical! That's probably how he's able to keep the costs down, while other companies have to pay so many different people. He also offers a few other discounts, such as referral, military, first responder, etc. I love that it's just one person I talk to vs other companies where there's too many different people to handle different things and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. Trevor is great with his communication, he has always picked up every phone call. Although there are some times when the call doesn't go through for some reason, might be due to no reception in some areas. Trevor was able to explain everything in detail and explained how the Clack system is super efficient and one of the best. I can confirm he's correct after doing my own research. He even provided the concrete slab that the water softener has to sit on. He installed the sewer drain line and an outdoor electrical receptacle. So far, everything is working great. I wish we installed the water softener system sooner. I still get water spots on chrome, but it's easy to wipe off. Probably other kids of residue and not minerals anymore. My hair and skin feel so much better. Also, I was concerned about watering my many houseplants with the softened water since there's now salt in the water, but Trevor reassured that the sodium amount is super minimal and won't harm my plants. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

Victor provided detailed and thorough information, and showed me all the areas that were broken/corroded and were contributing to the overall dysfunctions. We had had our dryer repaired a few weeks ago by different vendor, and Victor's assessment aligned with that vendor's assessment -- that we were possibly dealing with a full HVAC issue. Victor was able to apply a bandaid fix to hold us over in the heat and scheduled an appointment with Mark, who came to our home later that evening to do a further assessment and to provide us replacement and financing options. We were able to secure an installation appt of the new HVAC system two days later, in which, Bobby and his team came in and took care of. The installation took just under six hours and from what I could tell, went smoothly, though I did feel bad that they were installing the system on a very hot day. But they didn't complain and remained professional and courteous. Overall, we felt well-informed and well taken care of by this company! All the employees we interacted with were professional, personable, laid back, and provided us great, fast, and generous service and care. We ran into some hiccups with financing but Mark helped us iron that out quickly and smoothly. The investment of the new HVAC system was resonable and fit our home goals. I appreciated that we didn't feel upsold to or pressured, and that they took the time to understand our pain points so that we could make the best decision.
