We've always had great water but now that the chlorine taste is gone it's the best, no more bottled water the cost savings will pay for itself. Not being a water expert I asked Brandon (sales rep) multiple times, will this keep the hard water spots off my fixtures and shower glass doors. He assured me yes multiple times. Well fast forward 2 years later after purchase, he is a liar, hard water spots remain." I need to wipe everything dry it touches for it no leave spot." Well, I can do the same thing without your system. Service techs explained how the system works and its nothing they advertise. A+ to their service tech, way better communicators than Brandon their sales rep. They are a hard company (no pun intended) to get a hold of, takes multiple calls. Yesterday 03/09/2023, we had Life Source install a premier Water Filtration System. It is the second one we have established. The first was 21 years ago, which finally saw its age. Upon removing the old system, wow, instantly, the water from the County was so chemically treated you could barely stand to shower in it, let alone drink it. Even my dogs would not drink it. The new system is on, and the water quality in the house is unique. We are happy, and the dogs are so glad. These systems are not inexpensive; however, they are worth every penny when installed. Both my mom and I have the elite water system. Her water seems fine bc generally in her area the water is better. My water didn't change at all with this system. I asked them to come out and test the water and they cant quite test it because whatever their system does..it basically does nothing. My water is still really bad. I have hard water stains everywhere. The ads promised I'd have better water in my toilets, shower, etc. this was an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING purchase. $4000 wasted. All to find out they actually do have a water softener system thats $2k cheaper, but they don't try to sell you that because they are scammers. read more

Our salt water water conditioner stopped functioning and it was time to replace it. Our friend has the system and raved about it. After investigating the options of salt vs no salt, I decided to go with Lifesource. The salt water systems really contaminate our environment when they recharge and all the brine water is purged. I did not realize how "dirty" a salt water conditioner was! Erik at Lifesource was our contact person. From initial contact to installation to post install follow up, the service was great! The price is very competitive across all systems. The equipment is very well made. The install was neat and organized and VERY secure. Our water quality is terrific. They say that the quality of the water is drinkable at all faucets and it is true. The quality is great throughout the house. We have not noted the scaling on glasses despite the calcium and magnesium being retained in the water instead of being removed as in a salt system. The kids say the water feels better - not slippery as with the old system We are very happy with our lifesource system and highly recommend it to improve the water quality and NOT contaminate our environment.
