It has been three months now, and I haven't had a single issue with the system. Before choosing APW Water Systems, I had six other companies come to my house to give me a quote. They were all way out of my allocated budget. APW Water Systems not only came within my price range, but they also included a tankless reverse osmosis system at no additional cost! Their customer service is incredibly fast. Once I called them, the owner was at my house that same afternoon to test the water and provide a quote. After I signed the contract, his installers were at my house within two days to set everything up. To top it off, they are incredibly understanding. I asked the owner to wait a couple of days to deposit my check so my money could transfer, and he waited a whole week without any hesitation. It is very difficult to find honest, reliable people to do work in your house these days. APW Water Systems and his team are exactly that--"Good People." I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Service quality is zero. We gave them 12 customers in our family and our friends circle but still no one cares. We tried to reach them for filter cleaning, and it took almost 3 months to get someone. Finally, he showed up and fixed the problem we paid him for, and he left, system broke again in 15 mins and he was not interested in staying for the test firsthand. We called him, and he said he knew it would break again because the filter system is broken and needs to be replaced. Please find a company that cares about sales and after-sales service.

Not sure who i talked to because who ever picked up did not introduce themselves or the business it was just "HELLO", i had to ask if i am calling the right business. I am assuming it was Ammar because of the name mentioned in the reviews. I asked for quote regarding an install and the system, he asked me about a water softener. I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. Ammar, the business owner is super helpful and his communication with me was great! I even referred him to my moms house and she did it too! So I am glad ...he was able to give her a deal! And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! Good work!! appreciate what you did for my mom. Also the salt bags are on sale at Home Depot so I got the minimum of 5 as he informed me that the tank needs about 5 bags. I highly recommend him! and his services. Hes thoughtful and always answer my text, and I am pretty sure the same questions are always asked but hes so patient with me as it is my first time owning this type of water system. Several HVAC and plumbing colleagues recommended LifeSource and so far I can say it was a great decision. Eric came to the house and assessed which model we needed. We live in a small condo so there was no overselling! He was a great guy who took the time to walk us through everything along with the upfront prices. Then a few weeks later (weeks was due to holidays but normally they would've came days after the first assessment), Sergio and Vince came by and installed everything in under two hours! Then they both walked me through what to do to get the best experience as well as troubleshooting tips. 10/10 experience, would do it again if I had another home.

I did my part. I was home, ready, and waiting. And waiting. And waiting. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting. No knock on the door. No phone call. No text message. No carrier pigeon. Nothing. Now, I completely understand that things happen. Jobs run long. Traffic exists. Emergencies come up. Life doesn't always go according to plan. But common courtesy is still free. A quick 30-second phone call saying, "I'm running late," would have been appreciated. A text saying, "I can't make it today," would have been even better. Instead, the message I received was loud and clear: my time wasn't important enough to warrant even the smallest amount of communication. It's always interesting when businesses expect potential customers to respect their schedules while showing absolutely no respect for the schedules of the people they're hoping will spend money with them. Javier and Jesse did an excellent work , they were knowledgeable , friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly . After the technician completed the filter service, my water filtration system was not working properly. I contacted the owner expecting them to stand behind their work and help troubleshoot the issue. Instead, without performing an official inspection of the system, I was quickly told that the resin likely needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $500 for another service visit. My system is only about 5-6 years old, so I was concerned that such an expensive repair was being recommended without properly diagnosing the problem first. We later discovered on our own that the actual issue was that the filtration system settings had not been set correctly after the technicians changed the filters. Once the settings were corrected, the system worked. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and proper troubleshooting. Before recommending a customer spend another $500, especially immediately after your technicians serviced the system, I would expect the company to first verify that the work was completed correctly and that the system settings were properly configured. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

If I were the biz owner, I'd just apologize for the miscommunication. I'd have totally updated the review to 4 or 5 stars. I'm not even lowering my rating after his response; I'd rather stay fair than reactive. *ORIGINAL REVIEW*: I'm giving three stars because Tim, the plumber, was very nice, professional and helpful when we spoke on the phone. Unfortunately, the administrative side handled by Jade was a different story. I had booked an appointment for a drain clog and disposal repair but managed to resolve the issues myself. I messaged Jade to cancel with over 24 hours' notice to be respectful of their time and even followed up the next morning to ensure they saw the message so they wouldn't waste a trip. Instead of a professional acknowledgment, I received a lecture about how they "don't double-book" and that my 24-hour notice was "last minute." Not double-booking is standard for any plumber, and it shouldn't be used as a reason to guilt-trip a client for providing a full day's notice, especially when no specific cancellation policy was ever disclosed at booking. The response was dismissive, ending with a "wish you luck in the future." It's unfortunate because I actually had a second, larger project (a shower leak) I was planning to hire them for, but the unprofessional attitude from the office makes it impossible to do business here. If you hire them, just be aware that being respectful of their time might still result in a lecture if your plans change.
