Run away. Do not be bamboozled by Carlos. I hired Carlos 3 years ago for a shower remodel. The completion time doubled, no supervision, inexperienced labor left alone for 8 hours ago with little progress. Wanted most of the money up front. My friend hired them for 3 bathrooms. 2.5 months into a standard 5x8 secondary bath the work is still incomplete, faucets are loose, no shower enclosure installed so no showers for 2 months. No response, tons of excuses. Don't do it. No matter how low the bid, this is not worth your SANITY. Run away! read more

They are fantastic! Recently had some work done on both bathrooms through AAA contractor, took them forever to do the work. Long story short my husband and i couldn't use our bathtub due to the pipes were galvanized with new stuff on top of it. Previous contractors didnt change out. I called C & C Construction, Mr Carlos Carmell, owner came out, gave quote, then sent a crew out 3 weeks later. Took 5 days PLUS changed out my bathroom door for a beautiful folding door; last minute request. LOL Everyone was very professional, clean, understanding, personable and kind. I had an incident with my scared cat opening up the cabinet doors under the kitchen sink and of course with him being so huge he disconnected the piping from down below. Water everywhere and with me just having a complete hip replacement surgery just five weeks ago I could not get down and under the sink to fix the problem. I called Carlos from C&C Plumbing and it being Sunday he called back within 10 minutes of my call to him and preceded to come by and fix my disconnected pipe. I felt bad for having him to come to my house for such a minor problem but he was grateful to help and glad it wasn't anything bigger than that. He was gracious enough not to charge me and told me it was his pleasure to help out. I've had Carlos and his crew do numerous projects at my home and I will always have him for future projects when needed. We hired them to have our bathrooms remodeled and he had his employees come work on it without supervising them. He would leave them working for a long period of time and they would do only a little work. They would have curtains so we couldn't see them working and they post poned the job for 3 months after we have already paid them more than half of the agreed price. I'm writing this review because C&C Plumbing just LOST a customer. My 1st and LAST time ever doing business with them. The plumber Carlos was professional, friendly & did a great job repairing my leaking faucets. But the customer service I received from Michelle over the phone was horrible! She was rude & impatient when I was simply asking her questions regarding payment after the job was completed. It's too bad Michelle ruined it for an entire company. I would not recommend doing business with them if Michelle is still on as their telephone customer service representative. read more
