Pros: Friendly, competitive pricing, completed job timely, connections appear snug, no leaks, left area clean, wore shoe protectors, wore mask (during Covid), and consulted on an unrelated project. Cons: An hour late, made presumptions/decisions without consulting with customer, installed a part without disclosing the additional cost until after installation, and left scratches on stainless steel sink. Looked at Nextdoor, Facebook and Yelp for local plumbers. This company had 4.5 stars. I felt comfortable calling him to replace an insink hot water dispenser that was leaking. Dave replaced the hot water dispenser but in the process, half of the electrical outlet under the sink stopped working. While he apologized several times, he never offered to have it repaired or gave any kind of discount on the work. It ended up costing double the amount since we had to have an electrician come out and repair the damage . read more

Terrible Integrity!! I called him to fix my leaky shower. After installing the valve, there were two bolts to bolt the assembly together. He used a high-speed drill to tighten the bolts. I watched him do it and it looked to me like he was twisting it too hard and too fast. Turns out I was right. The first bolt went in OK, but he snapped the head off of the second bolt. Then he refused to replace the bolt. He said it would hold together OK. Maybe so, but how would we ever remove that bolt next time we have to replace that valve? It happened about a year ago, and I still kick myself for not taking him to court. read more

I've been having plumbing issues with our main toilet and thought we can just take care of ourselves by snaking it. 2 days later, the toilet overflowed and was also coming up in the bathtub. I knew it was out of our hands now. I've called other plumbers before and usually they would "say" that there are other problems and try to charge us thousands that was suppose to be an easy fix. Dave came through to snake the main line and assured us that the job will be done and fixed. On top of that, he also checked our bathroom sink that we stopped using because a previous plumber told us it was going to be $3000 to fix the problem. Dave found out that the sink needed a new p trap and a fitting. That sure didn't cost us anywhere near $3000! Dave is an honest man, worker, and very friendly! Date:6/9/2020 David has always been my "go to" person for my plumbing needs. During this covid19 pandemic, he was very accommodating of all my needs/request of "no contact". He let himself in to my house, wore a mask n gloves before entering, replaced my garbage disposal (he actually did extra to check on my old one n text me that he made it work n said it's still good). I decided it was the last leg n request that he replaces it, n he did efficiently. He then left the receipt n the disposal registration on my kitchen counter for me, cleaned up n close the main door behind him n text me to let me know he was done. He then called me to obtain my credit card info to settle the bill. Totally "contactless" n efficient! David had done a job for me on 2/13/20 involving a replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet. On 9/20/20 I called and left a message I needed him again back at the same location for maybe the same problem. Being Sunday, I called just to give him a heads-up. I called again and left a message on Monday, and then on Tuesday. He completely ignored all calls. After using another plumber to fix the problem, I left him a message I needed to return the faucet, which I am sure was under warranty, for another one. Now he gets back to me right a way, around half an hour, and tells me to get in touch with Moen for the service. I will never use Integrity Plumbing nor ever recommend them. Considering this place was recommended to me by Home Depot and all the great reviews here on Yelp I really had high expectations. One week ago today I walked into Home Depot to purchase a new bathroom faucet but I don't know how to install it so the lady that works there suggested I go through their database where they link me up with a local person to give me a quote.
