The plumber was super nice and did a great job! Very professional but also easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. The price was fair, and I really felt I got my money's worth. I'd definitely call him again and recommend him to friends and family! read more

My gas water heater was leaking. Called David and scheduled to replace water tank. I ordered the tank from Hope Depot and he was kind enough to pick up. His work was excellent and fair price compared to other vendors. Also has great sense of humor! I will definitely call him again for other services. Definitely 10/10. read more

Thank you Dave for returning my call so quickly. Dave was able to come same day to install a kitchen faucet. He's done prior work on our water heater and bathroom toilet. Very reasonably priced. read more

Hired David based on referral by neighbor to install new kitchen faucet. Pros: Friendly, competitive pricing, completed job timely, connections appear snug, no leaks, left area clean, wore shoe protectors, wore mask (during Covid), and consulted on an unrelated project. Cons: An hour late, made presumptions/decisions without consulting with customer, installed a part without disclosing the additional cost until after installation, and left scratches on stainless steel sink. Overall a good job, and we would consider hiring him again for plumbing needs. read more

Dave and his apprentice were so helpful. They went above and beyond which is what most business should do but don't. He helped us find out mysterious leak as well as replace our crappy toilet. I've had other plumbers and they were not reliable and I got sticker shock EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm so happy Dave was referred to us. Glad to have found and honest, hard working guy!!! Thanks! read more

Dave was great! He replaced the pipes in one of our rental units. He minimized the damage to the drywall and was very fair on the price. He was punctual and finished when he said he would. He also cleaned up any mess when he was done. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends. read more

Dave is the best! He returns calls promptly, does quality & reliable work, and always goes above & beyond. He is trustworthy & kind as well. I have hired him numerous times over the years, jobs big and small. Even to fix what other plumbers have messed up. Highly recommend him! read more

Our plumber recommended David when our job went beyond his ability. David returned my call promptly and was able to go over the situation with our plumber. Toilet failed in guest room. Difficult install, tight overhead tolerance with extended vanity shelf. Called in AM. Had a new low-flow model installed by 4pm same day. All while Dave was fielding/coordinating other calls without a hitch. True professional. Highly recommend. read more

Looked at Nextdoor, Facebook and Yelp for local plumbers. This company had 4.5 stars. I felt comfortable calling him to replace an insink hot water dispenser that was leaking. Dave replaced the hot water dispenser but in the process, half of the electrical outlet under the sink stopped working. While he apologized several times, he never offered to have it repaired or gave any kind of discount on the work. It ended up costing double the amount since we had to have an electrician come out and repair the damage . read more

After reading through Yelp and Nextdoor recommendations, my husband contacted Integrity Plumbing for help getting our toliet re-installed after we had floors put down in our home. Pros: - Answered when we called - Friendly and professional - Reasonable pricing (to me) - Came to our aid an hour after our call (he was close by) - Arrived on time - Fixed our problem - No leaks - Kept area clean and didn't mess up the paint on our newly painted baseboards - Wore mask (during Covid) - Consulted with us on an unrelated project (we were having issues with our kitchen sink and weren't sure what to do). - Accepted credit card without charging us a credit card fee - Provided a receipt Cons: - None We will be hiring him for our sink issues and would recommend him to anyone. read more

Quick, kind, experienced, reasonably priced. I would absolutely call Dave again for plumbing issues.

Dave was EXCELLENT- called me back right away and showed up the same day during the hour he said he would. He came with all of the right parts and gave us the old parts that he replaced. He charged what he quoted and was a very clean worker! Left no mess and was generally a kind and respectful person. This is the most positive experience I've ever had with a plumber. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! read more

We have used Integrity Plumbing before. Once again, David gave a fair estimate by text with pictures I sent him. He arrived promptly. He installed new hot and cold supply valves and replaced the leaky faucet. Fantastic job. He cleaned up the area perfectly. Pricing was very fair. Please don't hesitate to use this owner operated plumbing service. I will definitely use Integrity Plumbing again! read more

Integrity Plumbing is such a great name for Dave and his business because that is how he operates and it is greatly appreciated. Dave came in on a whims notice to help with our main drain clog and got rid of it. No longer do we run the washer machine and linty water comes out the bathtub! Thank you Dave for your work! read more

David is the man. Had an emergency leak going on in our house that left us with our water completely shut off. When another company left us high and dry by canceling on us right at the end of the day, David came over and fixed us up good as new! He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him for any plumbing needs we have in the future. read more

I called integrity for a running toilet. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and went out of her way to check to see if there were any cancellations for same day service. To have someone answering the phone right away is a breath of fresh air! The serviceman came out within the time frame she had arranged. He completed the job and was honest and pricing fair. Discovered our toilet was leaking. Got referred to Integrity plumbing by someone on FB. Dave returned my call and worked to set up an appointment that fit into my schedule. David was awesome. Professional, timely, and even offered a cheaper solution to our leaking backflow. Rather than busting through my ceiling and taking my money, he was able to repair my backflow for a cheaper price read more

Dave did a fantastic job of replacing 4 of our bathroom sink faucets. He is the one we always call when we have plumbing repairs and issues. He is honest, thorough and gives very reasonable rates. We are pleased with the last job he did. When he was finished with the installation he made sure that there are no leaks under the sink. He finished the job in 5 hours which was what he mentioned when he gave us a quote on the phone. He is highly recommended! Thanks Dave. read more

Terrible Integrity!! I called him to fix my leaky shower. After installing the valve, there were two bolts to bolt the assembly together. He used a high-speed drill to tighten the bolts. I watched him do it and it looked to me like he was twisting it too hard and too fast. Turns out I was right. The first bolt went in OK, but he snapped the head off of the second bolt. Then he refused to replace the bolt. He said it would hold together OK. Maybe so, but how would we ever remove that bolt next time we have to replace that valve? It happened about a year ago, and I still kick myself for not taking him to court. read more

Dave came out and saved us! I've been having plumbing issues with our main toilet and thought we can just take care of ourselves by snaking it. 2 days later, the toilet overflowed and was also coming up in the bathtub. I knew it was out of our hands now. I've called other plumbers before and usually they would "say" that there are other problems and try to charge us thousands that was suppose to be an easy fix. Dave came through to snake the main line and assured us that the job will be done and fixed. On top of that, he also checked our bathroom sink that we stopped using because a previous plumber told us it was going to be $3000 to fix the problem. Dave found out that the sink needed a new p trap and a fitting. That sure didn't cost us anywhere near $3000! Dave is an honest man, worker, and very friendly! I would definitely recommend, Dave !! read more

Contacted Dave via Yelp messenger and was able to set a time for him to come look at my toilet that was having issues flushing. He came out the next day & was able to solve the problem ! Apparently there was a something stuck in the toilet. He was honest, genuine & knowledgeable. I will add he in my opinion is very reasonably priced ! I will definitely use him again if needed & refer my friends & family. read more

Dave is extremely nice and was so honest with the price. He did an amazing job and was super fast and knew what he was doing. I gotten quotes from other plumbers and they were charging almost 3xs more. Thank you Dave! God bless! read more

Date:6/9/2020 David has always been my "go to" person for my plumbing needs. During this covid19 pandemic, he was very accommodating of all my needs/request of "no contact". He let himself in to my house, wore a mask n gloves before entering, replaced my garbage disposal (he actually did extra to check on my old one n text me that he made it work n said it's still good). I decided it was the last leg n request that he replaces it, n he did efficiently. He then left the receipt n the disposal registration on my kitchen counter for me, cleaned up n close the main door behind him n text me to let me know he was done. He then called me to obtain my credit card info to settle the bill. Totally "contactless" n efficient! I highly recommend David for any of your plumbing needs, especially during this pandemic with special precaution of social distancing n face mask. read more

David had done a job for me on 2/13/20 involving a replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet. On 9/20/20 I called and left a message I needed him again back at the same location for maybe the same problem. Being Sunday, I called just to give him a heads-up. I called again and left a message on Monday, and then on Tuesday. He completely ignored all calls. After using another plumber to fix the problem, I left him a message I needed to return the faucet, which I am sure was under warranty, for another one. Now he gets back to me right a way, around half an hour, and tells me to get in touch with Moen for the service. I will never use Integrity Plumbing nor ever recommend them. This should have been a warranty call on his part, and he failed. read more

Considering this place was recommended to me by Home Depot and all the great reviews here on Yelp I really had high expectations. One week ago today I walked into Home Depot to purchase a new bathroom faucet but I don't know how to install it so the lady that works there suggested I go through their database where they link me up with a local person to give me a quote. Dave was the first person to contact me out of the three. We talked for a little bit over the phone I gave him all of the info and even texted pictures. We agreed that he would be here today, Friday at 3 p.m. He never showed, he never called and my sink is still not fixed Needless to say you never get a second chance to make a first impression I will not be using this company. read more

Called the listed number today at around 1:30 p.m. didn't get an answer, so I left a lengthy message requesting a price quote on a clean out job. Never received a call back. I expected better than that considering all the reviews on here. I am now waiting on Roto-Rooter to come out. It's too bad because I really preferred to go with a local business rather than a franchise. read more

I called Integrity Plumbing last night on behalf of my older sister who's main drain was clogged. I received a call back this morning, and he was on site at 12:30pm. He (David) worked on the clogged drain for approximately 45 minutes before clearing it. Additionally, I used Integrity 2 years ago for repairing my main house water line, and he did a great job. I have recommended Integrity Plumbing to friends and family, and the feed back has been positive. Remember you won't go wrong, go Integrity Plumbing. read more

Owner came to the rescue when another company caused more harm than good. Very friendly, professional, and got the work done in a timely manner.
