I first found out about David right here on Yelp and don't regret it. When I first called him and told him about my problem and he was eager to help me. He doesn't have a calling fee like some plumbers, where just having them come out could cost you $120. When David did arrive he was very friendly and was excited about helping me with my sink. I enjoyed the positive attitude and made me feel more comfortable, which is good as a costumer. He really took his time on looking for the problem because I had a few other plumbers look for the same problem and they told me they couldn't see it and that once I figured it out to call them back. I thought it was the plumbers job to figure it out, right? After about ten minutes David found out that it was a small almost unnoticeable leak from my faucet, that was slowly streaming down one of the sink tubes. I was extremely happy to finally have someone find out what was wrong. That is not even the best part though. Not only did he find the problem, but he told me everything he had to do to fix it. Even better was his price to fix it, which not only amazed me but amazed my wife which was nervous that it could be over hundreds of dollars, but it wasn't. David came back the next day, and fixed the faucet and a few other small things in just an hour or so. read more

I worked with Dave a couple years ago with out main line backing up. He helped me try and find my clean out to try and give me the lower price of not getting on the roof, unfortunately we couldn't find a clean out anywhere nor did my neighbor have one so they must have not been installed when the houses were built. But I did appreciate Dave try to give us a lower rate, most companies would be ok with charging a higher rate right away. He was able to fix our main line problems right away, pulled out some tree roots and told us some tips for maintenance to help protect against the tree roots. thanks! read more

I spotted Dave in his truck while driving in my sister's neighborhood, jotted his number down, and called him to fix a leak in my shower (my home was built in '77). I have used Dave a couple times in the past and have always appreciated his quick response, expertise, and good pricing. Fast forward to this past Sunday, while I was out of town, and got a call at 8am from my elderly mother, telling me her whole plumbing system was completely clogged. I immediately put calls in to several local plumbers, trying to get someone to respond with availability and a price quote. I only received 2 calls back. One was priced sky high and not sure when he could make it, the other was Dave, who said he could be there in a few hours and quoted a fair price. Oh no, we had a toilet blow out!! Actually we had a toilet overflow, and it was so nasty that the water overflowed into the tub and in the shower. OMG!! Is this for reals? It happened the night before at 930p, and no way jose will I be calling a commercial chain plumbing even if they say that they were a 24/7 service. So my husband and I agreed on that, and we decided to call first thing in the morning. I tried calling the first one that was in my Suisun/Fairfield area, and he said that he was booked up till next week. I called another one, and he started to describe that he would have to do a walk through in the house to find out the root cause- and this gave me some red flags of $$$. After searching and searching for a plumber I took my chances on Integrity Plumbing, and what a smart choice I did. I left a voice message on his machine/cell phone and he called right away at around 810a. I describe what was the problem first before I received the call back, just to give him the heads up, and Dave called right away. He had figured out the problem right away on the phone, but he said he will evaluate it to confirm his assumptions. Sure enough, Dave was right :) . He troubleshooted the problem, base on the age the house, and use his equipment to resolve the issue. Dave didn't need to walk in the house to check the toilet (even though I asked him if he had to anyways), he just worked outside where the sewer line is at. He was ready and prepared with all his equipment so that he did not need to make a second trip to service the clog. Dave was super fast on working on our issue. He work on the clog for at least 30 minutes, but it didn't feel that way when I was chatting with him. He gave me options if the incident happened again, but I didn't feel pressured or even felt any sales talk. I would say that Dave stands by his company his name "INTEGRITY PLUMBING" and does quality work. I would definitely go to him again if I need any other type of work work if he covers it. read more

Dave replaced a toilet, 3 shower heads & 2 tub spouts. He was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I advised I would be in touch to replace other 2 toilets in March which clearly turned out to be a very busy time as he only returned 1 of my 4 calls. In my message I even said I am willing to book out in advance, still no call back. During home inspection one of the tub spouts he installed 6months prior is leaking. It had been used 4 times in that 6 month period. I called expecting there to be some kind of a warranty on his work, no call back. Even if he doesn't have a warranty on his work or it's been too long, a 2 minute call to tell me so is what I would call "Integrity" & was the final straw to warrant this review. As long as he isn't busy I would highly recommend him... unless of course you want someone to guarantee his work. read more

I gave integrity plumbing a call and was impressed how quickly they came out to give me a quote on a problem we had with a backflow preventer. He was out within 2 hours after I called. He said he was going to call me the following day with a quote. He never called. So I called the company and they told me they would defiantly call back. They never did. Then we saw the truck driving around town so we stopped next to them and asked him when he was going to call us back with the quote. He said he would call the following day. Again never did.... Not sure what happened with this place. They sounded good from the other reviews but our experience with them didn't show much integrity on their part. read more

I called this company because of the positive reviews and the name. It was 5:30PM on a Friday when the hot water heater busted at my rental home and the tenant could not stop the water flow because the valve was stuck. I was out of town so I asked them to turn off the water to the house. We were so desperate. Dave called me right back. He quoted a price and stopped by within 30 minutes to terminate the water at the heater and restore the water to the house. They were able to take a hot shower that night. The next day, he purchased a water heater at Home Depot, replaced it and added another wood panel under the heater. He billed my credit card for the original quote of $1,300.
