We have been using Integrity Plumbing for years. Dave is very professional and has always been available when we need him. He came out this Saturday because we had an emergency and he spent the entire day here working very hard to fix the issue. As usual he finished the job and got us back up and running again. Excellent customer service as well. I have 4 kids and they have many questions, he took the time to acknowledge them and answer all their questions. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again. read more

I called Dave with a shower problem and he came out the next scheduled date. It was repaired it beautifully. He also gave me a lot of great information which was very helpful. He's awesome! read more

Dave at Integrity plumbing was truly an answer to my prayers! I'd been putting off hiring a plumber for some much-needed but non-emergency projects in my home; I've met so many overpriced and not too trustworthy plumbers that I kept putting it off. When I finally needed to act, I got 2 estimates--one from another company who came out to my home and Dave by phone. The other company estimates 3x as much as Dave's estimate. Dave came to the house and was incredibly competent, modest, and truthful--as well as very good with my kids. read more

I was recommended to this plumber. I emailed details of my work thru their "online quote" and then followed up with a phone call the next day. Over a week later and I have yet to get a call back. I would think someone in the office would call back stating they are not interested to bid on the project. Customer service is just as important to the actual work. read more

We called because I thought our toilet line might be clogged. It was having a lot of trouble flushing. Turns out the toilet was worn out. Who knew that could happen?? He recommended a toilet that we later bought ourselves at Home Depot and had him come back and install. My husband is much happier with the new toilet, it was the perfect recommendation. All contact during this transaction was very quick and pleasant. And prices were very fair. If you need a plumber, this is the one! read more

Dave is the best, fastest, and most honest plumber, and we feel blessed that he is our neighbor. All the friends that I have directed to Integrity are so pleased with Dave and can vouge for his "Integrity". read more

called them with a clog in our sewer line and Dave came out. He was outstanding and I was quoted one price and even though he worked for a couple of hours the price didn't change also you are given a 30 day warrenty with no charge. Awesome company. read more

This company is a dream come true. Integrity Plumbing is excellent. David arrived on time; cleared the clogged sink, adjusted a few water flow problems and charged us $150.00. I feel David is honest, personable, thorough and has a reasonable rate. I have recommended him to all my friends. read more

I called Dave and another plumber for a bid to replace a garbage disposal and faucet. The other plumber wanted $49 just to come look. Dave gave a bid free of charge. We contracted for him to do the work on a Friday. When he had a cancellation, he called and came by to see if we could / wanted the work done sooner. He did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond and wouldn't take more than he had bid the job for. The attention to detail is outstanding. We will definitely hire him for future plumbing needs. read more

My first review called Integrity Plumbing in a panic I woke up to water back up into shower, bathtub sinks and more in my home he came out the same day and didn't over charge for his services talked me through the process not only told me but showed me what the issue was I appreciate direct service that isn't trying to sale or charge for things not needed I will always go to him for plumbing issues with my home read more

I had a different experience with David. After inspection he determined I needed a new faucet, and he suggested the best brand to use. I took his advice, and after ordering and receiving the new faucet he returned to install it. This still did not stop the leakage. When I contacted him and he returned, he inspected the faucet, observed the leakage, but finally admitted that he did not know what to do. Long story short, I had to hire another plumber who (with my help) determined that this faucet was also faulty and needed to be returned to the manufacturer and replaced with another new faucet. Which was done. So, I had to pay another plumber's fee! Contrary to what the other reviewers are saying I do not call this professionalism! read more

I had the David come out once for my garbage disposal and a shower upstairs yes he fixed those but forgot to fix our bath tub and shower head. Caled him out for a second time for shower problem again fixed it one last time but never touched the tub like I had asked. I called him a third time to fix our tub because we cant take baths with out it leaking he came out said he fixed it but left a giant hole in the ceiling under the tub and the caulking he supposedly put on the pipe line was never put on. I had called him multiple times to come back out left messages too so i'm going to have to take matters into my own hands and take it to courts or go to company personally and complain for my money back. horrible service never finishes work. then again he is cheap so pay for what you get. read more

I called Integrity Plumbing and left a voice mail and no more then 5 mins later received one back. He showed on same day and was very punctual. The work was explained in detail every step of the way, he was very friendly and personable. Came over to fix the washer drain but he also fixed/finished installing my utility sink and the only extra cost was the fitting he had in the truck. After both of them he also helped me identify a problem in the bathroom and told me what to watch out for and how to stop it on my own. Overall extreme good service, knowledgeable and a very enjoyable service. I would recommend to anyone and would/will be using him in the future. read more

David Fernandes is fantastic! We had an emergency plumbing problem that occurred at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. Within an hour David was at our home fixing the problem. I would highly recommend Integrity Plumbing! Thank you David! read more

Dave came out on a moment's notice on a Friday night and saved my weekend. The main line was clogged about forty feet out from the house and Dave snaked it out the full 100 feet to make sure it was all cleared. He replaced a broken hot water faucet on the shower and put on a new toilet seat (the old was cracked) both for free. He's polite, kind and clean! His tools are organized neatly and he cleans up after himself when he's finished working. My dogs didn't even unnerve him. I couldn't be happier! Toilet flushing, shower draining, everything working. I can get to work tomorrow. Thanks, Dave! read more

Dave unclogged my shower for my old house back in May. We couldn't figure out why it was draining slowly, and neither could a couple of other plumbers. Dave looked at it, and figured out the company that did our previous shower remodel dropped an item down the drain that was causing the slow drainage! He charged us a very fair amount, removed the item, suggested we get in touch with that company that remodeled our shower, and even wrote up his findings to support! We ended up getting reimbursed for Dave's services from the other company, all thanks to his expertise and advice. I highly recommend Dave and Integrity Plumbing. read more

in and out quick and done cleared the drain... Dave is a super nice dude !! recommended for sure

Very unprofessional, I stayed home from school to get the issue taken care of and I was given a set time that Dave would be here......that set time came and Dave was nowhere to be found...No courtesy call or anything to let me know he was running late...I ended up having to contact him and he decided he would not be coming out to do the service my landlord requested. I would not recommend this business...very unprofessional. read more

Dave is awesome!! He has done several plumbing jobs for my elderly father and always charges a reasonable price.

I called David at Integrity Plumbing, to evaluate and quote a broken sewer line in my crawlspace. He was available and arrived at my house in a few hours after calling. When he arrived he was very polite and respectful. I told him that a cleanup crew had just left after cleaning and sanatizing the area and that another local plumber had already came and gave me a quote and that I was looking for a second opinon on the damage. (I am a younger homeowner so it seems like contractors like to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in these areas.) He understood my concerns and went striaght to work locating the cause of the leak. He found it right away and quoted my for on the spot repair. He didn't try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that I didn't need, like a lot of other contractors try to do. His prices were incredible and he worked fast and efficently. He even gives a 1 year warrenty on his work...I saved his information and would not hassitate to call or refer him to anyone! read more

Dave is so quick to respond and gets the job done very well! We've had two separate plumbing issues and his work has always been absolutely thorough and knowledgeable. He runs his business with 100% integrity!! read more

David was recommended by a friend of mine. I had an emergency leak under my kitchen sink. Called David and he promptly scheduled a service. He even arrived a little late (due to work schedule) and was very professional. Not only he took care of the leak, he even shopped for a faucet that needed replacements. At the end, the job was well done with no issues. I highly recommend David and his company to anyone and will gladly use him again. read more

I had a clogged air gap hose and my dishwasher water was draining in the sink so I decided to call and schedule a service to have it fixed. David said he could come right away and showed up around 30 min later. He was very thorough and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. While he was here I remembered our guest toilet was making some funny noise so I had him look at that and he fixed that too. All that and he was in and out in about an hour. I will definately call again for any future plumbing needs. His prices were also extremely reasonable. Happy customer here:) read more

We have used Dave many times over the last decade. Always found him to be responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced. He has repaired piping under the house, installed a water heater, reset toilets, installed garbage disposals and even done work at my parents house. The problems started when he came to repair my water heater thermostst. He has always had Carte Blanche and I always felt that he was fairly priced. Needless to say when my repair came back at over $500 I was surprised. Numerous trips to the store as they weren't sure what parts were needed. I was not home and my wife paid. I let things settle for a few days and called and left a message for Dave to discuss. No return call. Last year on my termite inspection they told me that I had a small minor leak around the toilet and to get it reset. Called Dave as he had just reset that a year or 2 earlier. He stated no that can't be it as I use extra thick wax rings. That's fine. This year inspection. Much bigger leak and now I have to fix the floor from water damage. Called Dave left a nice message. No Return call. Time to find another plumber. Not sure if he has gotten to big for his britches and doesn't have time for previous customers that got him started or what. read more

The name definitely fits the service and character of the owner of this company. INTEGRITY I have had a leak running to the meter fixed less than 6 months ago and after coming home from a long day it was the last thing I needed to see. Dave not only responded to a request for an estimate in a fast professional manner but was very understanding that going through the night without water would be difficult. He gave a very reasonable estimate and got to work within minutes of arriving quickly identifying the problem and getting our water back on as fast as possible. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and would receive the highest recommendation for your plumbing needs thanks again Dave! read more

Dave was extremely honest, quick, and professional. He arrived 90 minutes after I called him, gave me an estimate and started working immediately. He finished ahead of schedule and knocked $150 off his original estimate, plus he put everything back to perfect condition!! Have used Dave twice in the last year or two, found his name recommended on our church's small business page. He has been prompt, professional, kind and with fair pricing both times I've used him. Definitely recommending him to my friends! read more

Not excited about the service, the work done was good, but the plumber that came ended up not hooking up the undersink filter we have because he did not have the appropriate part. I mentioned that we use the filter everyday and that it is important that the filter is hooked up. That was how I started the install. The plumber at the end said someone should be able to stop by and add the filter back into use but he was not able and if it would be ok to not have it hooked up at that time. I of course said it was ok. My bad. I should have bitched and moaned because the result was not exactly as I wanted. My fault for thinking a company would handle the install with class. So for $120 I have a new facet installed. For another $45 I can have my filter installed. Will not use this company again. read more

Dave and Dave just finished replacing a completely rusted through toilet mounting flange. They were on time, very professional and polite. They noticed that the tank on the toilet was loose and the fill valve was worn out. They quickly replaced the valve and tightened down the tank free of charge and no problems. Very friendly and hard working guys. They were able to offer same day service and got that toilet mounted again within an hour! The mounting flange was completely done for and flaky, rusted mess, but they made short, high quality work of it. I recommend these guys. read more

I wish every plumber was like David at Integrity Plumbing. His name says it all, Integrity.

My real estate agent recommended Dave. I called him up and explained I needed a new 40 gallon water heater. He showed up on time and introduced himself and gave me his business card. I thought installing a new heater only took one hour but there is really so much going on. After the heater was put in, he inspected my toilet in the master bedroom which was swaying sideways and leaking a little from the bottom. He took out the toilet and to my surprise there were little tree limbs and junk growing underneath. Yuk! Everything was cleaned out, secured, etc..Next was a minor problem with a hose in the dish washer. After that, he fixed some leaky faucets around the house. Everything he needed for repairs was in his truck. No need to make a trip to Home Depot or Lowe's or any other place. Dave showed up at 10 am and left close to 4 pm. The estimate I got for the water heater and everything else was very reasonable in my opinion. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbling for all your plumbling needs. Thank you for reading my review. read more

Integrity Plumbing is the best! My mother wanted to update her kitchen sink and facet as well as her bathroom facet. We went to Home Depot which they placed an order on red beacon. But we only received one call back. We checked Yelp and found Integrity Plumbing with great reviews. David came by the next day. The price was reasonable and he did an excellent job! My mother and I could not be more pleased. We are going to use Integrity Plumbing in the near future for other plumbing work and will recommend David to all our friends and family! read more

Well another 6/months and another plumbing issue at the home and Dave rides in to save the day again! This time, it was the garbage disposal and when I finally got it to turn on, what it released was ugly and plugged up my kitchen drain. In comes Dave with his team and takes care of it efficiently and inexpensively as usual! I ran to pick up a garbage disposal, but if I were not around to do so, Dave keeps them in his van. He arrived, replaced, and fixed the drainage issue and we were back to normal Thanks Integrity for another job well done! read more
