Had their water filtration system installed and turned all of the water in my home into soft drinkable water. The price for the entire home filtration system was even cheaper than the traditional water softener and osmosis system. Also it doesn't require any bags of salt or filters either. They also come by every year to check on the system for you as well. The sales representative was very honest that the system would last 12-15 years which was the same as my last traditional water system anyways. I am really enjolying my LifeSource water filtration system. I thank Sam for giving me all the info and made me feel comfortable to install this system. The installation was clean and it looks nice in my backyard. Before I installed this system, I would put a pitcher of facet water in the refrigerator so I can have cold water to drink. I was happy with this second system since it's installed 4 years ago but then the transformer light started to go weak, on and off and I learned that they only warranty it for three year. One little thing was the billing process for second house was not so great. Love the water system but better yet I LOVE the customer service. From start to finish with our sales guy Sam, everything was a piece of cake and we're happy healthy water drinkers. We had a slight issue last week with a seal that was drying out from the sun hitting it all day (for 2 years+) so I called to let them know little drips of water were coming out of the canister. I contacted LifeSource online; Austin, in Elk Grove made and confirmed appointment IN WRITING for 12:30pm the next day. I asked for ballpark numbers of the system in case the service was out of my budget but Austin insisted we had to meet. I missed him the next day because he showed up after 1. I reached out to him later the same day to reschedule and he said (and I quote): "I did give you a 12:30-1pm arrival and was a few minutes late sorry about that. I pulled up at 1:05 but had a phone call I had to take. A whole house filter/conditioner for your home is $6489." No attachment, or explanation of the cost. It was a punitive response, clearly meant to discourage any further communication. Still, I have some appreciation of this technology, I am an engineer. I inquired what came with the system, giving Austin a chance to establish communication, his response was still less than satisfactory. He explained the quote was for two parts of their three-part system and that it did come in different sizes. He didn't tell me the sizes or why he made the recommendation. So, I asked, of course. That was Wednesday and now it's Saturday - no response. As a woman, I expect to be taken seriously as a consumer. This experience was unpleasant enough to warrant reporting. This is not the way to do business. Update: On Sunday Austin contacted me about my Yelp post. I did find a response, from Thursday, in my Spam folder and he answered my questions. This was such a great choice for clean water for our family and our fur baby. I spoke with Sam and met with him and he gave a great presentation and I liked what I saw and heard, it was a need because Concord has such hard water and we were tied of bathing in chlorine and water with a dirt metal taste.
