Our K5 system has charcoal canisters outside with a cartridge filter as well as 4 filter cartridges under our kitchen sink. Kintetico AAA was recommended to me by a neighbor and after doing my own research, it appeared to be quality equipment and they are made in the USA! After submitting an online inquiry, I was contacted soon after by a rep and scheduled an appointment. Sanjay was my sales rep and he arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with a detailed breakdown of all the issues in our local water. Some of which were unknown to us and pretty concerning. It was evident to me that we needed a quality product to properly protect our family from all the contaminants. I also had some follow-up question a few days after he left and he returned my call quickly. We opted to purchase the S250 dual softener tanks, de-chlorinator tank and the K5 reverse osmosis system. Our plumber was Donald and he was also professional and a pleasure to deal with. After discussing the plan, concerns and final product placement were discussed before hand. Donald had everything installed within a few hours and ensured it was properly operating. Although I cannot yet speak to the longevity of the system, my initial impressions leave me hopeful. Sales rep was informative, easy to talk to, friendly and did not pressure us at all to buy their system. He was respectful of our home taking his shoes off prior to entering and left them outside even though I insisted he could bring his shoes inside. Kinetico non electric water system sells itself along with RO system. Signing up for financing was easy. We were contacted by someone for scheduling who was very nice. She reached out again to inform us they had a last minute opening to move our install date sooner which we accepted. I asked if she could relay to the installer not to knock on the door in the morning as my young children would still be sleeping. I really appreciated the message being relayed to the installer when he arrived. Installer was on time and considerate of noise as much as possible remembering our children were still sleeping. He was also very nice and explained the install process before starting. After water softener and RO system was installed he walked through each system with me to make sure I understood how to operate it incase of issues or signs of service needed etc prior to leaving. Only reason I didn't give a 5/5 is because the installer left screws on the ground of the garage, didn't sweep debri on garage floor same with the laundry room area where they had to drill through the drywall and left an old plumbing part in my sink. I don't believe it was ill intended because he was very nice and install of systems looked nice so he may have just forgotten. It was just unfortunate I had to clean up after he left. Overall I'm still very happy I went with AAA waters and look forward to our new water systems. read more

I feel so much better our family has cleaner drinking water! I have been considering getting a whole house water purification system and found Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. We had an appointment with Damian Fernandez. He was so nice and took the time to make sure we understood how the water system works and answered all of our questions. I was also horrified that the water test showed that what we had been drinking barely met regulations. The installation only took one day to complete. Jessie was courteous and confirmed my preferences before installing the system. The tanks take up much less space in our garage than I thought. Then Jessie walked through how to turn it off and on as well as how to maintain it. In the end I'm very pleased with the service and product! Here are a few things to consider... laundry pods have too much detergent and will stain your clothes. After the system is installed you'll need much less detergent (money saver) for the washer and dishwasher. Also you'll need to decide where you want your untreated water faucet to be. I chose inside the garage with the treatment system but I wish I would've chosen the outside faucet so I can water my plants with that water. Also if you're like us with conserving water in this drought, keep in mind you can't use the grey water from the house in your yard or garden. The treated water is not good for plants. Your house plants need to be watered with the hard, untreated water. read more

I've had my water system, to include reverse osmosis, for about 5 years. Other than basic maintenance and salt replacement it's been a worry free system. The company is responsive to maintenance and salt deliveries. The are respectful and pleasant to interact with, both on the phone and when their technicians arrive. They communicate the night before a scheduled appointment to confirm the time range for arrival. On the day of the appointment they send a text when the technician is en route, it includes a photo of the technician that will arrive at your home.
