We have has service with Liquid Solutions for about 7yrs now and they have been great! In May Candido came to replace our filters and was super friendly and efficient! He also took the time to explain the process and testing of our alkaline water. Great service! Candido also returned the next month to install a new tank that was needed and gave a full explanation as to why and gave me the choice as to whether or not I wanted it to be replaced. All procedures and changes were explained. I was forewarned about the valves to my tank being discontinued and that I would need to replace the whole tank for $4000 when the warning signs appeared. I was told of a $1000 alternative but it would not apply to me because my tank is already 10 years old. Technician was on time and work was completed within my time window. He was respectful and neat in all he did. He was thorough and rechecked multiple times to make sure all readings were consistent and accurate. I didn't prepare and have salt ready for him to put in. I can say they have made MAJOR improvements. 1: they have started to have the office staff to send out reminders that it is time to have your equipment serviced through text. We had very hard water, and were spending a lot on bottled water, not to mention how heavy to carry all the bottled water in the house, but Liquid Solutions fixed all of that! My hair is softer and I love that I turn on the spout in the kitchen and have instant drinking water! I couldn't be happier with this product! My skin is softer, my hair is cleaner, and I am saving so much money on cleaning supplies. Now when I take a drink of water, I feel so good about the chemical free water hydrating me so much more. My plants are growing so fast and I bet my little Fishies are happy as well. my daughter has suffered from skin rashes her whole life and I thought it was food but now I know it was our horrible water! Everyone should have an RO system and a salt processor as well. This company has a quality product and excellent service that I would highly recommend. We have a water softener tank that has not been serviced for years. We called a few companies to get the tank looked at and for maintenance. Some were flakey (made appt on time had a few reschedules and ended up not even coming)...while other companies were charging an arm and leg. Luckily we found Liquid Solutions (and lucky for us...found out they actually were the original.company who installed the system -- the system was already here when we moved in our home). Doug, the service rep, came to our home to take a look at the tank and service it. He was thorough, friendly, and straight forward. Price was also much lower than the other companies (much lower).
