He also took the time to explain the process and testing of our alkaline water. Great service! Candido also returned the next month to install a new tank that was needed and gave a full explanation as to why and gave me the choice as to whether or not I wanted it to be replaced. Not sure who i talked to because who ever picked up did not introduce themselves or the business it was just "HELLO", i had to ask if i am calling the right business. I am assuming it was Ammar because of the name mentioned in the reviews. I asked for quote regarding an install and the system, he asked me about a water softener. I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. Hope everyone else will have a better experience than i did. Maybe today wasn't a good day.

Of course I yelped a few places and I had people come to my house and quoted me but I eventually end up going with Crystal Water Line. Ammar, the business owner is super helpful and his communication with me was great! I even referred him to my moms house and she did it too! So I am glad ...he was able to give her a deal! And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! Good work!! appreciate what you did for my mom. Also the salt bags are on sale at Home Depot so I got the minimum of 5 as he informed me that the tank needs about 5 bags. We signed up for the water purification system and got it installed and when we signed up for it we…read moreasked for rent to own so that we could own it and super Culligan rent to own means two different things rent to own to us means we pay for it till we own it. Rent to own to them means you pay for it up. You pay for it up. You finance it and pay monthly on it yet. That wasn't offered to us when we got the system. So now since the representative that sold it sold us, the water purification system didn't sign us up correctly. Culligan came back and said the only thing that they can do is either we buy it out right which is paying $9,000 or they have to come and pick everything up. Remove everything they installed and tear up our contract and redo the contract and then come out and replace everything which is stupid. Why not just tear up the contract and redo it since it's there at all that their customer service representative didn't listen to us or sell us the product the way we wanted. We're just discouraged and disappointed with them in that way that they handled the business. We are very happy with our water purification system. It's a great system. It helps it works. It's wonderful. We're just not a happy with the customer service and with the management at Culligan to not explain things better or honor what we wanted in the first place but we asked for
