Al explained everything in detail prior to installation and left no questions unanswered. We wound up getting a prefilter and two softener units that require no electricity and provide a constant supply of soft water to my house. When one regenerates, the other one goes on line automatically. With a single unit, whenever it regenerates it is bypassed and your feeding hard water back into the house. On installation day, Chris Rubalcaba showed up on time and got right to work. He was very meticulous in his work and in the end, we had a well designed system with a very neat and orderly piping system. He installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and ran a line to feed the refrigerator ice maker as well. When he was done, holes were patched and jobsite was cleaned up. We decided to use Potassium Chloride instead of Sodium Chloride, but we were told that if we wanted to switch to sodium in the future, it could be done. Their system was competitively priced, and for the price we paid, I feel we got a very good system and one that will last for a long time. First, a few years ago, when we had moved to Pleasanton, we were shocked with the quality of water. We learned that we get hard water here but the worst part was the weird taste of the water. We reached out to a few vendors. Adli responded quickly, set up an appointment and showed up at our door. Adli did not try to sell us. Instead, he informed us of our choices. He made his recommendations. He explained patiently why his recommendations are good. After Adli left, we did our research and turns out he was right about every recommendation. The shocking part though was that Adli's pricing was reasonable compared to other vendors. We installed a water softener that does good work. Unfortunately, recently, the flow of water reduced so much that there was minimal to no flow of water. We had reached out to a few vendors ands hockingly, some of the vendors suggested replacing the whole unit, which didn't make sense to us, not to mention the ridiculously high cost. Then, we remembered Adli. And he came to our rescue again. He said he would send Steve the next day. Steve came to our home, inspected and immediately identified the issue. Steve suggested a solution, went back and talked Adli about it. Adli gave a pricing for the job that was customer friendly compared to other vendors. Adli's guys arrived, replaced the tank in a few minutes instead of just replacing the resin, charged us a low price and left. The water softener unit is back to working normally. The summary of the long review is two things - 1. Customer friendly, 2. Honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, I refer AWP water systems to our friends and anyone asking for similar service. After the technician completed the filter service, my water filtration system was not working properly. I contacted the owner expecting them to stand behind their work and help troubleshoot the issue. Instead, without performing an official inspection of the system, I was quickly told that the resin likely needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $500 for another service visit. My system is only about 5-6 years old, so I was concerned that such an expensive repair was being recommended without properly diagnosing the problem first. We later discovered on our own that the actual issue was that the filtration system settings had not been set correctly after the technicians changed the filters. Once the settings were corrected, the system worked. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and proper troubleshooting. Before recommending a customer spend another $500, especially immediately after your technicians serviced the system, I would expect the company to first verify that the work was completed correctly and that the system settings were properly configured. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

The water softener itself seems to be working well and the technicians who handled the installation were professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. That initial phase of the service was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience with Eduardo, our main point of contact for ongoing support, was very disappointing. Later that night after the installation, we noticed a puddle of water coming from a leak on a washer line adjacent to where the garage sink was removed and the water softener was installed. We messaged Eduardo that evening and he arrived the following morning, which we appreciated. During the visit, he claimed the leak was unrelated to their work, but offered to send a technician to assist as a favor. Eduardo stated that because it was a minor leak, someone would come out the following week or whenever a technician was available. However, security footage later confirmed that the installer had shifted our washing machine while removing the sink to place the water softener and salt container, which likely caused the issue. As soon as I got home, I called to ask that a technician be sent out as soon as possible because no one wants a leak sitting in their garage even if it's not an "emergency". He agreed to have one of his technicians out the next day between 8-9am. The following day, no technician showed up and it was just Eduardo who arrived 10 minutes late. He looked at the leak and then proceeded to lecture me about "raising my voice" on our call the day before telling me I didn't need to escalate for a quick fix and that he'd have sent someone immediately if it were a "real emergency". I was honestly in shock. I was direct because I wanted the issue addressed sooner. I was in no way being disrespectful and I have the phone conversation as well as the in-person interaction the next day on record to back that up. Being reprimanded by a service provider for raising a legitimate concern about a leak coming from the installation is inappropriate, especially after paying a premium price for the service. I apologized in the moment because I was shocked and caught off guard, but afterwards I was upset enough that I had my wife finish the conversation. While I appreciate the quality work of the installation team, Eduardo's unprofessional handling of the situation makes me hesitate to recommend this business.

This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. I don't mind paying higher amount but then I do expect quality of work and good customer service . Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.
