I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. Ammar, the business owner is super helpful and his communication with me was great! I even referred him to my moms house and she did it too! So I am glad ...he was able to give her a deal! And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! Buy what I like best is today, when my painters or pool guy turned off my salt unit by accident and I all of a sudden had hard water. I turned it on and needed to re-enter data that I did not have. On a Saturday I called and found someone in the office. They walked me through the whole procedure and go me back on line. With most companies this would have been a call out and big bill. These are good people, they so far have proven themselves reliable and honest and dread thinking of they day they decide to wrap it up and quit the business, I will be hurting if that day comes. As a small business owner I strive to have the same ethics they do, and take care of my clients, as they do. It's refreshing. If you are thinking about a software system or water filtration system, call them.

Not sure I thought they were always doing a great job and they always told us our water was coming out better than any bottled water or other such water . My wife loves the softness of how the water is on her skin and hair. The water here in Elk Grove is really bad. Some say it's at a 9 but others are rating it lower, like 5 or 7. We use they on a yearly basis and they charge us 100 something and of course as the years went on it got higher. The one complaint I always had with them coming is that all the workers smoke and they really smell of smoke when they are in your home. It is noticeable all the time. I noticed that our water pressure was not as strong. I tested the hose outside and it was stronger. This is our system problem. When they came the guy said that the system was failing and we would need a new one. This system has lasted 20 years which is amazing since I think they only last 15 years. So the guy who came said that Larry would get us a quote on replacement . It was supposed to come by email in two days. Well after 5 days my wife never got an estimate. So she called them and they had dropped the ball and said they would get one soon. We finally got the quote. It was for a Clack WS1 Softener for 32K Grains. It was for $2495.00 that was just for the system. I can buy that for $1,028.99 Just a little mark up. Others quoted $1,158 to 1,318. Labor was extra. I know prices have increased but come on. List it as labor and not the product. Yeah we didn't go with them for a new water softener system. I was disappointed in their quote to say the least. I was now wondering if their charges over the years were excessive too. Oh well I guess always try and investigate when getting service . If you don't investigate you would never know . Always get a couple of quotes or maybe three. We of course will be evaluating other companies to find the right one for future service. I didn't give them the lower stars since they did keep our system running for all those years which does mean something.

The faucets have worked smoothly for years now. We add salt when needed and we never have a service problem. Previously we had a soft water system but we had issues with it. We have 7 people in our house with lot's of laundry and showers and the previous system would run out of soft water and we would have to recycle the water manually. This kineitico system has two tanks for ample soft water. The drinking water is a reverse osmosis with filters and does an excellent job with tasty water and does a better job than our previous system. Highly recommended.
