Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the crew at ABC Sewer & Drain...this is third time we have used them and they always deliver great service. About every 6 to 8 months my family needs to have our sewer flushed out or it's a crazy old house back- up problem. Same-day service every time we have called and reasonable pricing on the work done. Definitely a top notch businesss. Ciao for now...... read more

ABC Sewer & Drain - The Bill - Plumbing Near Me - Vallejo, California

My 93 year old neighbor had a backed up sewer line and asked me to call someone. I checked ABC and they had a lot of great Yelp reviews, so called them. They were there in less than an hour and had the sewer cleaned out and working in 15 minutes. Good knowledgeable staff. Maybe $130 for the house call and worth every penny. Cash or check, no cards. A good Vallejo local business. read more

Tyler showed up 20 minutes after I had called. He was polite and professional. I explained the drainage problem and showed him where the clean out was. In less than 45 minutes he had cleared the line and flushed it out. And the cost was less than half of other quotes that I had received. WOW! I am extremely pleased and will gladly call ABC Sewer and Drain for any future plumbing needs. read more

I had 2 plumbing issues my Airbnb toilet was plugged up and my shower was slowly backing up too. I knew I had a problem. I called ABC Sewer & Drain and they were so responsive! Excellent work and good customer service skills. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained the process for repair.

Love these guys! Quick response. Fast service. I have been using them for over 15 years.

ABC gets a 10 for promptness, professionalism and value. They are honest and try to find the best solution to your plumbing issues. I was panicking when I discovered water bubbling up under my bricks in the patio; I had visions of needing to dig up all the bricks. After troubleshooting Mat came up with a way to fix things without the expense and eyesore of removing bricks and pavers. Bravo!! Great value! read more

Called, made appointment. They arrived on time. Solid guys. Knew what was required. Fast. Made our day. Gave advice. Our line had stopped completely. Cleaned sewer line. They rocked. Very impressive. Thank you!! Great price too!! read more

Cleared a tenant's drain without a problem; they had to go through the roof vent on this one. (The tenant blocked the drain by flushing paper towels.) Fast, efficient, and neat. Great team! read more

Very happy with this company. I've had good luck and good service with other plumbers in the area, but things have been getting a bit pricey. Too pricey. So I asked around, and a lot of people in the area recommended ABC for clearing clogged drains. I called them up, they had someone out the next day. Very reasonable prices compared to the competition. Very happy with their service! read more

I've been trying out plumbers and like ABC sewer. Best pricing and knowledgeable plumbers. Not just trying to make a buck off you by suggesting things you don't need. read more

Once again, ABC to the rescue!! Had an upstairs sink plug up. Called around 2:00 and he said he could do it between 3:30 and 4:00 or tomorrow. I ran an errand and got home at 3:20. Good thing my wife was home. They were here. Cleared 2 lines and cleaned up. Reasonable price at $90 for service call and 2 drains. We've had nothing but success with ABC Plumbing. read more

When we have a stoppage we always call ABC . They always answer the phone or get right back to us, unlike a lot of other drain companies. They have always been prompt and got the job done the first time. Our home has a big tree in the front yard and once a year we need their services. read more

My upper lateral sewer drain was clogged. So, as you can imagine we were anxious to both resolve the problem and find out if we had any bigger problem. Tyler and Michael showed up, in a timely manner, to snake the pipe. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and provided explanation of the service as well as answering questions. We also decided to have the pipe scoped to see what condition it was in. Nat came with the camera and allowed me to watch, explaining everything we saw as well as how the pipe was supposed to be set up. Fortunately for me, our pipe is in good condition. But, regardless of the condition of the pipe, ABC gave excellent service! read more

I must apologize for not writing an excellent review sooner but this company is amazing. They actually work on my rental property on a tree lined street in Vallejo that has drainage issues from time to time. However, we had an issue at our primary residence. We had hired someone else that botched the job and we called and spoke to Kenny and he had Matt come out and completed the job so fast that I couldn't believe it. Service and Quality is exceptional. read more

I'll start off by saying that normally these guys are dependable and wonderful and I haven't had any issues. However. This past week they attempted to fix our shower and ended up breaking the shower handle and leaving the shower leaking a continuous stream of water. They said they would leave to get the part...so begins the saga of being told every day for 7 days that they got the wrong part and would be coming the next day. Stayed home every day from work to make sure it would be fixed and...well it never did. Ended up not answering our calls, lying about who was coming and when, and refused to call me back at my number for updates. Ended up never showing up and leaving our shower broken for 8 days, and we had to go with other plumbers. Never thought I would be ghosted by a company but alas, we were. read more

Called ABC for a slow draining bathtub. Due to roots we have to have it done (at least) yearly. Snaked the main sewer line quickly and efficiently. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Showed up on time. Quoted a price that was 1/3 the cost of all the other (4) quotes I received. Quality service at a fraction of the cost. You can't beat that! Highly recommend ABC! * the only downside is they are a cash or check business only. No credit card service. Not a big deal. read more

Tyler came out to fix a plumbing issue, no surprise, and he was very considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was thinking, let me know his plan, and then worked swiftly and diligently until the problem was fixed. Thank you for your hard work and consideration Tyler, you couldn't have made that go any smoother! Have a wonderful week! read more

I will be writing another review for this once I have all the details. I am writing this for a friend. They charged $700 for this. Called AB's Plumbing to replace shower valve/handle/escutcheon. They showed up looked at the kit we bought and said you need to buy Pfister valve. Bought Pfister valve and called them back. The new kit was not the "Avante" model, which he failed to tell us. So he proceeded to use what I had bought. The new escutcheon was the wrong one, but he could have reused the old one. He must have damaged it because it disappeared. He botched installing the new escutcheon and the handle came off during second use. I bought the correct Pfister Avante parts and he came back and istalled them. More to follow read more

A few days before Christmas, my washing machine backed up into my kitchen sink. it was an awful filthy mess. I called Kenny at ABC Sewer and Drain, he had Tyler and Mike out in 20 minutes. Tyler was wonderful, fixed my problem, could not be more considerate. This was my 3rd time using ABC for my plumbing problems. I have been very pleased with their service and refer them to all my friends and neighbors. Patricia at Portside read more

Short and sweet. I don't trust plumbers. 2 people recommended them to me so we used them. Problem: 2 toilets, shower, bathtub, and kitchen sink all not draining/very slow draining despite drano and plunger. Two people came the same afternoon and snaked the side of the house and also the rooftop ($150), fixed the bathroom and shower problem. Then, they finished the job the next morning for the kitchen sink ($100) with a different tool snaking 50 feet in. It's been 4 days an all draining properly so far. A different plumber called Same Day Plumbing said I needed to pay $10K to replace plumbing to the sewers with major construction. ABC did not think I needed to do this. ABC has gained my trust. read more

I used this company a few times. They would unclog the drain and the drains would back up again. The last time they sent 2 guys over who told me they "couldn't see" anything wrong in the crawl space so I sent them away. I called another company who actually went into the crawl space and found major plumbing problems. If ABC would have actually fixed the problem to begin with, I could have saved money paying them to unclog the drains time after time. Never trust a plumber who's afraid to get dirty. read more

Exceptional Plumbing Service: Reliable, Affordable, and Caring! If you're in need of a plumbing company that combines professionalism, affordability, and genuine care for their customers, look no further than ABC Plumbing. I called on Monday and made an appointment for the next day. Matt arrived right on time and installed my new garbage disposal, fixed a sluggish toilet and hooked up my icemaker. He was obviously knowledgeable about all the plumbing issues but went the extra mile to help me get the icemaker operating. I've been hiring ABC since 2009 and each member of their team has been professional and exceptional at customer service. They not only addressed my plumbing needs but also did so in a manner that demonstrated genuine care for the customer. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews, but my experience with ABC warrants it. I called in the morning for two problems. I was told someone would come out in the early afternoon. When no one came out, I called back. I was told someone was finishing a job, and would be out in an hour. 90 minutes later I called back, and the response was "He isn't there yet? I'll find out what the problem is and get back to you." They didn't get back. When I called--now 6 hours later--they didn't even pick up the phone. I understand plumbers are busy these days. Phones are ringing off the hook. But be professional enough to return a call, or at least have the common courtesy of letting a customer know what is going on. An entire day wasted, and the weekend as well. My guess is the ABC is so busy they don't have to give a damn about customer service. And if this is how they deal with something as simple as phone calls, I'm guessing they have the same level of professionalism with your plumbing problem. read more

ABC Sewer and Drain is the absolute best plumbing company in town! They are always available and on time. Their staff is always courteous, polite, honest and respectful. One person in particular- Tyler is an awesome, amazing person. He is kind and thoughtful and always does an amazing job. He knows what he's doing and always gets the job done. I will never use any other company and they do not overcharge you or offer services that you don't need. read more

Another great job by ABC Sewer. This time I had a leaking garbage disposal. Came out the morning after I'd called, replaced the garbage disposal in about an hour. Very reasonable cost. They're my "go to" plumbing company. read more

I went with ABC Sewer and Drain because I've seen them in the neighborhood and one of my neighbors has used them in the past. Service tech came out to my house as scheduled. Very courteous and professional. Listened to what I said and knew what to do. Cleared the drain and flushed the pipes. Also familiar with the areas houses and it's a known issue around here cause of the trees and most of the homes have the original plumbing still in place. So far everything is flowing smoothly. Will call again if I have any future issues. Hopefully not but if so I know who I can call. Thanks!! read more

Poorest service on the planet. Rude representative hung up on us TWICE while I was trying to explain that their toilet replacement keeps clogging. I asked for the manufacturer's info because, after 3 months and 4 clogs, ABC refused to replace it. Ridiculous. I also notified BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. read more

My bath tub was leaking really bad called this place on a Sunday made an appointment for Monday morning. The guy came out and fixed the leak, told me he ordered the additional parts for the tub and that I could pick them up from General Plumbing supply store in American canyon on Friday. Went to this store , they don't know what we are talking about. So I called the dispatch person he took my name and number so he could talk to the guy that came out I have yet to receive a phone call. That was over three months ago. read more

My kitchen sink was backing up, so I called several plumbers for an estimate, the quotes were anywhere from $175 to $250 just to snake the drain. Luckily I kept calling until I found ABC, they gave a much lower estimate and came out in a timely fashion. The plumber was professional, efficient and informational regarding my pipes and how to maintain them. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing issues. read more
