Food: Came with a light appetite, so only ordered the Beef Hand-Drawn Wide Noodle, Pork Belly Henan Style, and Fried Dumpling. While the beef was tender and noodles al dente, the Beef Hand-Drawn Wide Noodle left much to be desired--the dish overall was very light in flavor. The Pork Belly Henan Style and Fried Dumplings, however, were more pleasing to the palate. Service: No complaints! We were seated immediately upon walking in, and our orders were taken and food arrived promptly. Virtually no wait on a Saturday afternoon. Ambiance: Casual, modern, traditional. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

My husband wanted to try this place out after seeing so many reviews online so we went on a saturday night. We ordered their cucumber salad, pork and cabbage steamed dumplings, and their beef tendon wide hand pulled noodles. Cucumber salad was 5/5 Dumplings were 3/5- they had a weird aftertaste and were very small Beef tendon hand pulled noodles were 2/5- it lacked flavor and I definitely had better. They are known for their hand pulled noodles, but did they forget to season ours? It smelled amazing, but it didn't taste great. The broth tasted like watered down beef broth. Overall, it was just okay. I've had way better and we won't be coming back. I guess it made sense since it was pretty empty on a saturday night.

Uncle Zhou was phenomenal! I love some hand pulled noodles and this restaurant offered just that. Everything we ordered on the menu had a blast of favor. You can really tell when food is made from scratch and I felt that when eating here. To start, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. We ordered some dumplings and spring rolls to start. Then we ordered H1 with lamb and made it spicy. The spice level was perfect, however if you want more spice you can add chili (offered on the table). We initially thought we ordered too much food, but at the end we ate everything because it was so good! Give this restaurant a shot! You wont be disappointed!!

Noodles - can't remember - very good! We got chicken as our protein.

Went here for lunch with my coworkers. The food is soooo fresh! Everything was so good and the serving size was awesome. The noodles were so chewy & delicious. We had enough left overs but didn't make it home bc I ended up having a mid day snack at my desk after. Add this place to your list! Michelin recommended!

Wonderful wonderful service! Uncle Zhou is a great spot for tasty and authentic Chinese food without spending a lot. The prices are really reasonable and perfect for casual meals. The hand pulled noodles are fresh and chewy and go great with the beef broth. The crispy dumplings are also really good and packed with juicy filling. Try the eggplant too! We loved the crispy chicken!!!!! If you want real Chinese flavors that won't break the bank, Uncle Zhou is definitely worth checking out.

Randomly found this place one day and decided to try it for lunch. I got the beef fried hand pulled noodles. The noodles were cooked well and at first really good. However as I ate more they seemed to lose any kind of flavor. Overall still pretty good and might go back to try more

Went back to have lunch here. We ordered fish fillet with sweet and sour sauce and shrimp fried rice. They're delicious. Service is great. Ambiance is outstanding.

One of my favorite authentic Chinese spots that I keep coming back to. Their hand pulled noodles are the perfect texture. This time we tried the spicy salt & pepper shrimp which was seasoned to perfection. The most surprising dish was the spicy garlic eggplant. It just melted in your mouth. This spot is always a hit when I take my friends here.

Tucked away to the side of a busy plaza, Yncle Zhou's is a gem. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the dishes are great. I tried one of the hand pulled beef noodle soups and while it was good, I wasn't a fan of the broth and the meat they used. They really should just use regular beef instead of the fatty, tendony cut that comes with it. I much preferred the blackbean and pork noodle dish--amazing! The fresh made noodles here really shines and the flavors are in every dish they make. Plus the friendly service really just makes Uncle Zhous outstanding. Can't wait for my next fix!

Wow. Just wow. We were so impressed by the incredibly thoughtful and generous service. We had a toddler with us, so they had a dish for him without us even having to look for one AND they included little scissors to cut the food. A waiter was constantly filling up our bottles and attentive to our needs. It was a bit hot in the booth our large table sat in, but one of the staff noticed we were a bit tight and prepared an extra table for us! Ok food. We couldn't even take photos because we dug in immediately. EVERYTHING was flavorful. There was NOT ONE bland dish. Everything was so aromatic and fresh and came out hot. It's impressive how they are able to produce such high quality dishes in such a short amount of time. I can't even describe the deliciousness of the food-- you'll just have to come and check it out yourself. Overall, this was the perfect Saturday lunch for our large family and our new favorite Chinese place. It really wins by a landslide.

Uncle Zhou is a very solid neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The food is solid, the service is friendly, and the portions are good. We ordered the Oil Splashed noodles and some of their more traditional family style dishes. Their oil splashed noodles stood out to me in particular because the bounciness and cook of the noodles was perfect while the garlic and other seasonings are super fragrant. While none of the dishes here are the best versions I have had, everything I tried was solid and I would not complain or be mad at any of the other dishes I tried. I would recommend going with a few friends or your family so that you can try multiple dishes and noodles. After all, the restaurant features a number of bigger tables so go enjoy some hand pulled noodles!

This meal was unfortunately disappointing. We got the lamb hand pulled noodles and general tso chicken. I felt like the noodles were overcooked rather than chewy, probably because of the steaming hot broth, and the broth itself tasted salty but had no depth of flavor. It seemed like what made it "lamb" noodles was them placing a few pieces of meat on top but the lamb flavor didnt translate to the broth at all. The general tso chicken was nothing great either. I felt like the chicken wasn't very high quality. The service was good and they have a great interior. I just didn't love the food.

Amazing taste! The broth in our noodle was so fresh and savory. The noodles are so tender and good. It did not feel heavy at all. Everything was great and the atmosphere was great as well.

I used to eat st Potbelly all the time but C19 happened and I saw their prices went up so they went on the backburner if you will. Last week I was in need of a sandwich and there were several Potbellys in that area so I gave them another shot. I went in and everyone at this location was happy, friendly, and that made me happy. I noticed they had a skinny combo so I immediately got the turkey. Let me praise you all for NOT being cheap with the meat and toppings because sometimes I have to skip part of the bread due to being diabetic due to a brain tumor and it was filling so I could finish my next two hours before I had to eat again but didn't slow my energy with a bunch of junky meat. The turkey is muscle meat and shaved so beautiful as it draped nicely onto my sandwich-I could not wait to dive in unlike the cheapskate Midway/635 location that gives you nothing but burnt cheese and bread. I get three additional toppings and the hot ranch which gives it all I need and this was enough topping to enjoy with that luscious turkey. Everyone was so nice and I'll go out of my way. The man at the register said, "if this was my store I would charge more for the skinny deal." My reply was, "if you did that I would come less often." Remember, when you put out quality, give your customers ample fillings, you not only get return customers but more often and then you get 5 star reviews which will bring in more customers who come more often and bring in their friends and coworkers then you have people requesting your catering so never shy away from deals, being giving with the topping, being friendly - because indeed you'll get more in your return. Midway location is a bit closer as is the Park location but I'll happily drive further knowing I'm getting the best service and best sandwich from the further 15th location so I'll drive often to get that yumminess and happiness all over again. Keep up the great work and thanks for treating your employees well too. I could tell the difference in the leadership too. Great job!!

However, the past two times we shared this place with another couple who loves sushi just as much as my husband and I do. One reason we kept coming back, aside from all the delicious food, was how they labeled their menu with the top food allergens. As a food allergy mom, I appreciated this so much! Especially when I was still breastfeeding, I had to eliminate all of my daughter's allergies to breastfeed safely. The main ones I had to look out for was gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, and sesame seeds. The safe was aware of my limitations and shared empathy, not annoyance like other places. T Thankfully I'm out of that stage so I can eat anything on the menu now. We would like to take our daughter here some day, she loves sushi a lot! But being only 5 years old, we'll need to save it for a special occasion. We get carried away when we come here. The food here is top notch and worth every penny, so we'll have to save up. Cooked dishes we always order: Brussel sprouts, steamed mushrooms, hamachi collar and miso cod. We ordered the Spicy Rice Cakes (Tteok-bokki) which was soo good! If you like mochi you will like this! It's slightly firmer in texture but it's deliciously bouncy and the sauce is mildly spicy and full of flavor. We also ordered the Stir-fried Glass Noodles and Vegetables w/Beef (Japchae) these are savory noodles with no spice with various sautéed veggies. They claim both of these are appetizers but they are huge portions! We also ordered the Grilled Pork Belly. They said this is their specialty and OH BOY IS IT!! They bring a grill/hot plate thing to your table and cook the pork belly right there next to you! They also bring out all sorts of sides such as kimchi, fresh lettuce, picked cucumber, cooked mushrooms, fish cakes, garlic, bean sprouts, lettuce with what I believe was gochujang sauce on top, flakey sea salt and possibly more if I'm remembering incorrectly. They even give you suggestions on how to eat it and it was the MOST DELICIOUS DISH! I am not a fan of fatty meat (and I ordered pork belly, I know!) but they crisp it up so nicely in the pan that I did not notice the fat. The plain meat by itself with a little sea salt on top was Divine but when you add it with some sautéd onion, garlic, bean sprouts, and kimchi on fresh lettuce..... there are no words for how delicious that is! And that is just the food! The customer service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was chill and cozy. Moral of my story is, EAT HERE! Give this place a try and I'm sure they won't disappoint you. 20/10 would recommend! I will be back because this place is GOLD!
