Upon entering, the first employee and I looked at each other and I said "hi, how are you doing?" Their response? A frown and absolutely nothing. The second employee I asked for an item that was left out of my order. Again, no smile, no verbal response, nothing. I suppose it's possible that both employees were deaf and mute, but I have to believe the odds of that are slim to none. If you're not happy at your job, go work someplace else.
