We made sure to tip him well. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were fantastic, especially for a late evening out at an establishment that serves liquor, it felt like a high-quality establishment, but in no way did we feel out of place, nor were we made to feel out of place. I gave him 2 choices we both opted for the cheddar biscuits. Parked right up front and was seated immediately. I was used to there always being a wait no matter which day of the week you went. Our waitress was nice. She was efficient and because the place was empty we felt a little rushed. She kept offering refills of my drink and it wasn't yet at the half way mark. We came for the biscuits and they came out at almost room temperature. I really wanted a hot biscuit. However, I felt with the efficiency of our waitress, if there were hot biscuits we would have had them. They don't offer a salad with your meal anymore. I didn't know. We haven't been in a while. I went to the restroom. It was clean but gave me a chance to walk through the restaurant. I have never seen it so empty. Our entrees were arriving when I got back. My husband enjoyed his shrimp. My pasta was good but salty. As a result I couldn't eat much of it. The two of us had a good time laughing and talking over our meal. Around 7pm it started to pick up. I was glad to see that.
