Ok this was the second time in a month that something went totally wrong here, first of all always order online, and they always say order online skip the line, but a wait of 30 minutes passed supposed pick up time is ridiculous. Also, please put numbers on the sandwiches is like you can't just open up everyone's sandwich and try to find yours. I have always loved Jersey Mikes subs. I usually get a cold cut sub but today I wanted to try something new. So I ordered the tuna fish on Rosemary bread Mike's Way, add bacon, banana peppers and pickles. Well, I was not very pleased. The tuna was mushy and very very fishy. I was starving after working all day and I figure to give this place a shot. I had heard about their quality subs from YouTube so I went in and was amazed. The staff was awesome. They made me something off the menu based on what they like to eat. I let them have at it since they were the experts. I ended up getting a toasted Pastrami on Italian bread, and swapped out the sauerkraut with banana peppers. BOOM!!!!!! This was the best sandwich I had in a while. I was also hungry too so that always helped. What was even greater is that I had a large 12 inch quality sub, chips, and a drink for only $15. Usually they're not too bad, and the food's pretty good. But the service tonight was horrible. Did an online order and took 30 minutes to make, not too bad. showed up and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food to be ready. got the food home and three of the four sandwiches were completely wrong. Drove all the way back, explained the situation to them, they went back to make it. However, got no apology whatsoever for the mistake and when I triee to explain getting an extra sandwich, took 5 minutes to the guy to get a clue. Additionally, their cleanliness is not on par. Hair nets apparently are completely optional, even for guys with long hair. And if you watch them make food, at least they're wearing plastic gloves, but they like to touch other things while they're making sandwiches. For example, their pants, markers, and other stuff. In the world of Covid, where stupid reigns supreme, these guys are at the top of the crowd. With a store restriction limiting customers to no more than 5, they had 6 employees making sandwiches for those 5. Those 6 are apparently the most clueless individuals they could find, as they're only capable of doing 1 task each, making for a slow ballet of stupidity. The cashier must be the ring leader of intellect as she couldn't figure out that the three kids still ordering were part of the same order, and asked after each one ordered whether that was everything. I guess it's hard to keep track of the 5 customers in the store at a given time. Pickup orders were allowed to exceed the 5 customer limit, except their pickup orders weren't ready, making the cashier tell would be customers of their 5 Max limit. So if you want to watch an exercise in inefficiency, swing by for a decent sandwich at a high price. read more

The subs are great as always but....makes lady at the checkout that you cannot understand. One employee was masked. Why put her at the checkout talking to people? 7 people behind the counter and. It one wiping down table or cleaning the place up. You have to clean your own tables. read more

My hubby saw a video where they sampled every sub sandwich shop available and Jersey Mike's came out on top! So, I couldn't wait to try it. Unfortunately, I wasn't that impressed. The place was clean and the employees were very friendly, but the sandwich I had was just...okay. I liked the bread, but not as well as Jimmy Johns and to be honest, after I ate there, I had a terrible upset stomach. Don't be afraid to eat here, because I have an overly sensitive stomach. But, I probably won't go back. I have the same problem with Quiznos too. I'm not sure if it's a spice or what. Anyway, sorry Jersey Mike's, I like Jimmy Johns way better. Just my palate. read more

Worst sub ever! Jersey Mikes Sub, O'fallon, IL can't make a sub per the customer's request whether on online or in person. There subs are expensive and a customer deserves to get what they ordered. I ordered online today and the person put oil and vinegar on my ham and cheese sub instead of the mayo requested. When he realized his mistake he proceeded to remove the tomatoes and put mayo on the bread. Also failed to put double meat on the sub. When I questioned the oil and vinegar another person stated he removed the tomatoes but after getting home the vinegar was also on the lettuce and onions making the sub soggy! Yuke!! I had to bring to their attention the sub did not have double meat which they corrected. I gave one star as I often order online and occasionally in person and it doesn't matter how or when I order, majority of the time they make my subs wrong. They may want to consider retraining employees and work on paying attention to detail! read more

So I would give it five stars but my previous experience they got my sandwiches backwards so it messed up a whole meal. Today though I decided to leave a review only because of a kid that made my sandwich right and he deserves a raise! I got a big kahuna cheese steak with no jalapeños. We used to come here every week but we stopped coming at all around two years ago but we couldn't remember what made us stop. So we thought we'd give our another try today. As soon as we ordered, we realized what it was.... they simply don't make enough of the wheat sub rolls. They routinely run out and we just don't like the sandwiches nearly as much on the white bread. So it happened again just now. Fantastic subs! Reminds me a lot of the hoagie joints back in my home town of Pittsburgh! The bread and ingredients are fresh. The whole sub is HUGE! I'm a pretty stout eater, and I couldn't make it through a whole Original Italian, which is packed with meat and cheese (provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacoulo, salami and pepperoni). They have a great selection of both cold and hot subs. On the cold menu I prefer the Original Italian (as stated above). From the hot menu, you've got to try the Jersy Mike's Famous Philly! They also offer a number of traditioinal wraps! One menu item that's really unique, especially for those on a low-carb diet, is the "Sub in a Tub"! Basically, you choose any sub on the menu, select your desired toppings, and it's served up in a bowl! Grab a fork and a knife and dig in! The staff is pleasant and helpful. In my opinion, Jersey Mike's is the best sub chain. Better than Jimmy Johns, Subway and Quiznos. I have never ordered the hot subs, so take that into account. My go-to order is the Italian sub on white, loaded up Mike's way, with a few add ons. The bread is great, and I love that they slice the meat when you order it. The veggies are always fresh. One potential con is they do not have as many veggie choices as Subway. It's also a little more expensive than Subway. However, the quality is well worth the price tag. read more

Over the course of the last year or so I (and my family) have really grown to love Jersey Mike's. It reminds me of my Uncle's deli sandwich shop that we used to frequent when I was a kid. The meat is sliced fresh in front of you and the lettuce (probably iceberg) is sliced super thin. At first try you might not think it is anything special, but somehow you end up addicted to the toasty crusted bread with whatever sandwich you choose done "Mike's Way" (minus onions). We also add the red pepper relish that is so unique but tasty! The staff has gotten to know us pretty well and is super friendly. The facilities are clean and they actually have several chip options that don't have MSG!!! (Thank you Mrs. Vickie's.) I love that they are always well staffed and super quick. The line moves rapidly as long as the customers choose quickly. Lastly, you can register to get perks each time you visit. My husband signed up for it, so I don't know all the details. Absolutely love the sandwiches, but I went in last Sunday with husband and the ice dispenser was disgusting. Looked as if it's not cleaned on a regular basis. I quietly and politely made the cashier aware. His response was ok, thanks for letting me know, we'll take care of it. Seemed a tad dismissive, but there was about 6 or so customers in line...so I understood it wasn't taken care of right away. We sat there and ate and still nothing was done. I watched others get drinks and knowing what I saw..kind of grossed me out. I was thinking he could of taken the role of cutting/wrapping the sandwiches and cashier to free up someone to clean the dispenser, but that never happened. The line was pretty thinned out and still no attention to the ice dispenser. So water from the ice dispenser would run off the slimy mold into your cup...I tried to strategically tilt my cup, but didn't work so well. I'm really glad I tried this place! Their sandwiches are better than any of the other sandwich places I've been to. The bread is perfect, soft and tasty, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. I'm going to start off by saying.... I'm addicted. I can't put my finger on just one thing I'm addicted to. Their bread is so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The first day I tried a cold cut: The Original Italian which is Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. I added jalapenos and banana peppers with some mayo. It was divine. I love that they have different types of meats instead of the normal "Subway" places. You can just tell this place is fresh. The 2nd day I had the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with beef, grilled onions and peppers plus mushrooms, jalapeños and extra cheese. Oh my. Let that hot and spicy thing give you your first opinion. The do have a loyalty card too. I didn't know that the first day so make sure you get your stamp. They are quick and efficient, but this place is a little pricier than some of the other sub sandwich places. All in all you need to check it out! read more
