Hubs had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 strips of bacon. 2 sausage links and 2 pancakes. The pancakes we so fluffy and yummy. Eggs were perfect and bacon was crispy. Sausage links were good too. He also got biscuits and gravy and that was pretty good but could have used more pepper maybe. I had the meat lovers skillet on the recommendation of our waitress and she was on point! Delish! Housed in an old Show Me's bar it's an old school diner. Lots of regulars being greeted by the staff and having their regular tables and such. Waitresses were super friendly. Menu was typical breakfast options. We ordered and it did take a bit of time to get our food. My order came out correct, I always get over easy eggs and they were cooked well. Such a surprising find! A true local gem IMO. The eggs Benedict had Canadian bacon, the hollandaise was the right consistency (and NOT broken!) and finished with parsley. My omelette was excellent - the best ratio of meats and cheeses. I asked for the southwest sauce on the side, great depth of sweet and heat. On to my favorite bit - pancakes! First, 10/10 for serving maple syrup! Pancakes were fluffy and scratch-made (custom mix!). Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. I would dine here again. read more

Funny, I literally work 100's of feet from this tiny Resturant and it's been here 8 months and I didn't know it existed. I gave it a try this morning and everything was wonderful and delicious. The service was kind and quick. Honestly, it's a good problem, but they almost have too many food choices, too many for be before I've had coffee. So I got a breakfast special they were having. Eggs were perfect, pancakes were perfect, the bacon and sausage was delicious and perfect. Now, I've only been here once so I can't say everything will be perfect, but it's a good start. Honestly, the coffee was also perfect, not the cheap swill tiny diners often serve. Smooth, not bitter. Tasty. They also have a discount card where you get your first discount at the next visit (great marketing, honestly). I'll bring my wife with me next time. read more

Fried catfish was very good. Would have been better with a piece of rye bread, pickles and a slice or so of onion. Mac and cheese was vile as if cooked in old oil. My grandson liked the country fried skillet well enough. We received good service. The building needs to be revamped. Looks trashy with cobwebs/dust at the vents. I won't be returning there. *First Time in* Went in for breakfast at 6am and was met with great service. I thought I might be the only person but It slowly picked up for a Wednesday morning. My husband, Frank, and I have been wanting to try this place since it changed ownership. We drive by it all the time. We decided to go for breakfast today, around 8:30am and they were busy. We were seated right away and our server was fantastic. The vibe is very much like a diner, and it's cute inside. I had the half biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon, and my husband had Franks omelette. There wasn't very much sausage in my gravy and his omelette didn't have much meat on it either, which is fine with me because I am not crazy about sausage. This is the reason for the four stars. The price was reasonable for how much food you get- huge portions!! We saw lots of things on the menu that we want to try, so we will be going back. Overall a great experience! read more

The restaurant is spotless and the waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast and lunch with a big menu and daily specials. Maybe the best Rueben we have had anywhere. The Patti Melt was very good but the toasted bread was larger than the meat. Great taste and cooked perfectly with grilled onions and grilled bread. Tried the Biscuits & Gravy, ok but needs to be homemade to improve this. I will be back to try breakfast. Open 6am to 3pm. We ate between 2 and 3pm and service was very friendly and exact. My biggest complaint: FOX News blaring on every tv in the place. Some people observe a "no politics" rule at the dinner table, and when I go out to eat, I want to relax and enjoy my food and friends. Had I not been meeting someone there to try out the restaurant, I would have left. The food was good, but nothing special. The wait staff was good and friendly. Went there today my wife ordered a BLT with hash browns. The BLT came on two pieces of bread (BLT comes with 3 pieces). I ordered the special a meat omelet hash browns and toast. The menu offer a pancake, one pancake. I asked what the cost would be for another pancake, $4.99; to pricey for one pancake. You get two pieces of toast, right? The meal was good but a little pricey.
