    Iced Caramel Macchiato 24 Oz
    Diana P.

It was my first time at Uncle Fluffy. Service was fast and friendly. The inside is very clean and spacious with lots of available seats both regular tables and high tables. They have an extensive menu but i chose to keep it simple with a caramel macchiato. I would say it was average but nothing special. I would have wished it was a little stronger. Overall drink was okay but it wouldn't be my first choice. I was not able to try their pastries this time which is what they're known for so my review is only a reflection of the drink i got today. Not bad but not the best.

First timer! The shop is very clean, and the customer service was awesome, everyone was friendly and helpful. The cheesecakes were the highlight for me: the lemon cheesecake was my absolute favorite, followed closely by the classic. I ordered quite a bit: a regular cheesecake, a lemon cheesecake, two tarts, a mochi, and three drinks, and the total came out to a little over $63. The smoothie was amazing, super fresh tasting and clearly made with real fruit, not powder. The only downside was the coffee. It wasn't bad, just nothing special. I wish they offered adjustable sugar levels or more customizable specialty drinks to round out the café vibe. Overall, a great spot for desserts, and I'll definitely be back!

I had come a few years back when they had just opened but hadn't since. I had gotten a medium sized cheesecake to share and I remember being impressed with the taste. I decided to stop by again real quick to check it out again. The cafe was clean, modern, and spotless. Only a couple people were inside on a Thursday at noon. There was a lady, asking questions about the cheesecakes to the cashier. Once it was my turn, I decided to get a matcha. The cashier recommended a vanilla matcha and when I asked about the tarts, she said strawberry tart was popular. I decided to get that. I didn't have to wait long for my order. The vanilla matcha was pretty basic. The strawberry tart was delicious! It was whipped and creamy. I would only come back to try the other flavors. Cafe is pretty average.

I've been wanting to try this since I saw it on Instagram. Uncle Fluffy is located near The Mall. The parking is tight near it but the parking lot is big. The interior of the place is stark white. It reminds me of a hospital. The moment you walk in you get a wiff of Fabulosa cleaner. No doubt this place is cleaner than a hospital. Service is patient. They have screen with the menu. The menu is put up twice. It makes it seem like they have a big menu. I ordered the sugar free caramel macchiato. It was decently good. I also got a mango tart and the smallest pistachio fluffy cake. My order came out in a bag. It's the smallest bag. I felt like items were mini cakes. The cake itself was fluffy but soggy at parts. I hate comparing it to Uncle Tetsu but they just don't measure up. The mango tart was nothing special. It wasn't worth $5. I think I'll stick with Uncle Tetsu.

The flavor is good. Not too sweet and it's very light. It melts in your mouth. But the price is a little over the top for "large" $24.99. Let's drop the price to make it worth it

Lots of parking, nice clean place. Good customer service. Came to try the viral Japanese cake, not sure what I was expecting, but it was too bland for me.

Hello! OMG! I'm so excited that there is a Japanese cheesecake place close(r) to home! If you guys never have Japanese cheesecake, you need to try it!! I had it in Vegas it was so addicting! And up until now I thought it was the closest place to get one! So when I heard about this place, I went to try it! Is it as good as Vegas? No, but it's darn near close! Beats a three hour drive to Vegas! Guys it's amazing but the price is a bit overpriced, but still worth it for being close to home. The service was nice, and quick. The outside looks sketchy being across the street from the Tyler mall in a little strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The inside was open, clean, and well lit. I highly enjoyed and will be going almost every paycheck! Haha

Its a hidden little place Been seeing the hype everywhere so I had to try and yes it got over hyped Its really pricey in my opinion And it technically doesn't have a cream cheese lime ( cheesecake) flavor it's more of an egg flavor

I got here at 8:25. And Unfortunately, I left empty handed. They didn't have any cheesecake. The girl behind the counter said someone was bringing more to the store. If I wanted to wait 15 min. I don't know where he was coming from to be bringing more to this place. But, this was very disappointing. And I had people in the car waiting. I didn't want to wait.

Pretty fresh cakes. We stumbled upon this cake shop by chance. The name uncle fluffy is what caught my attention. I wanted to try the cinnamon pie and the cheesecake. The cinnamon pie was really good. The crust was perfect and the cinnamon filling was light and fluffy. It had a nice cinnamon flavor and wasn't too overpowering. Loved it. The cheesecake wasn't like American cheesecake at all. It tasted more like pound cake to me. It was good for what it was. But not my favorite though. Service was good. And the shop was very clean. It's extremely clean and cute inside. I liked the decor! The cheesecake was pound cake

Had to stop by while we were in the area! Got a small strawberry tart & large cheesecake to go - total was about $35. Delicious as always, service was great and cheesecake just as delicious as I remember!

Nothing special. No wonder i was the only one there. What I am most disappointed about is how overpriced the cheesecakes are. The prices are outrageous! The menu prices online don't even reflect the prices in the store. I got a large but really it should be called a small for $27. I thought maybe for the price the quality of the cake was going to be phenomenal but no, it was just like all the other Asian sponge cheesecakes. The regular size cheesecakes that should be called individual or mini ones are $11! Don't get me started on the X-Large.. You can get the same kind of Asian sponge cheesecake for a Real Large Cake that's even decorated nicely with chocolate covered strawberries on the top for $30 and a slice that is the same size as a regular here for $3 at Uncle Chuangs Bakery on Iowa in Riverside .

I hope they open more locations in SoCal soon because wow, the cheesecake was so good! I came around 5:30pm & there were a few people hanging out inside. I decided to go with a small sized cheesecake & a strawberry shortcake shake. The cheesecake was really good and the size was so cute. It was already like 90% for me but if I had it fresh, it would probably be 100%. The shake was okay, a little way too sweet for me but it balanced out the cheesecake

The tarts were cute. The crust a bit on the dry side. The cheesecake bit overrated, but still good.

I originally wanted to try just the orange blossom syrup, but the baristas suggested that vanilla bean syrup be added to tone down the potency of the orange blossom syrup while complementing it at the same time. This was a great rec since it was an enjoyable combo that didn't lose flavor after all the ice was diluted. Chocolate Chip Cookie: 5/5. A satisfying cookie that tasted better than it looks. I say this cuz I didn't see chocolate chips or chunks breaking through the dough, and the dough color was pretty pale, but looks can be deceiving, as this was a yummy treat. S'mores Brownie: 4/5. Super sweet and chocolatey and fudgy. Kinda sticky and messy due to the marshmallow topping and high sugar content, but they provide utensils for easy eating. Parking in the attached lot was quite small and cramped, but apparently there was additional parking behind the plaza. The shop was also a bit small, but some seating was available both inside and outside the shop.

As a once upon a time barista and someone who has nailed the perfect at home latte, I have a really hard time paying even $6 for a latte anymore at some of these places, so imagine my shock when I ordered their chocolate truffle latte on Valentine's Day and it was over $8 $9.43 after a $1 tip to be exact. BUT - at least it was really good! More than I can say for a lot of Twee's competitors who charge an arm and a leg and still don't deliver a quality drink! That being said - $9 good? No, I don't think any coffee is $9 good lol All of that aside - they do know what they are doing here! No bitter espresso, flavors are always balanced and their regular beverages are comparable price-wise to other shops but with superior taste to many of them! Top 3 local shops for sure. As far as the space, the ambiance it cute but it is small inside so if you come at a busier time you may not find a spot to sit and chill and you definitely won't find a spot to have private conversation. There's no real patio but they do what they can and set up as many tables and chairs outside as they can so you might be able to snag one of those.

Not good coffee beans. If you're vegan coming here to try out the specialty lattes, just know apparently NONE of them can be veganized. You'll just have to get a standard coffee with pumps of syrup, which at that point you can easily make at home or get at any other coffee shop for literally half the price. The price doesn't justify the unpleasant location, the taste of the drinks, the interior or the customer service. You can literally get a latte cheaper and better than this in Newport Beach, OC/LA. Cherry on top is the customer service isn't the best, while in line there was one employee and a couple in front of me but when I arrived the couple had already ordered. The employee saw me and continued to just talk to the couple for about 5 minutes I was just standing there watching her talk about one of her previous trips, instead of making drinks and/or attending to me first. She could've easily told them to give her a minute, taken my order then continued the conversation with them while making drinks but her priorities weren't there. I felt ignored and I was about to walk out but I really had high hopes for this place and thought it would be just as good, if not better than Rad Coffee in Long Beach & Upland, it's not, first and last time I'll be here. They need to improve on many areas if they plan to survive in this economy because just being a horror themed coffee shop, isn't enough.
