I came here for Saturday brunch and it was a great time! The space is huge and has outdoor and indoor seating and a bar area as well. The food was solid, we ordered the shrimp appetizer which was delicious and cooked perfectly. The spicy Caesar salad was a good accompaniment to the other dishes. The collard greens were big and had a lot of meat in it which was good. The highlight was the fried jerk chicken sandwich - it was very creative and included plantains inside the sandwich which was a nice sweet touch to really elevate the flavors. Can't forget the huge mimosa! It was a great brunch overall and I would definitely come back again.

Came here for girls night and was not disappointed. We had reservations and were immediately seated. I think the server duo was Cam and another guy. They were good and attentive. The food was amazing. We had no complaints. From the salmon chips to the dessert. My only issue is self parking can be better.

Went on a Friday, the live band added to the ambiance, the service was prompt, the salmon chips were good the gumbo was a bit salty but still good.

Two Urban Licks absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, the energy, service, and food were on point. Everything we ordered was flavorful and thoughtfully plated, but quick heads-up for my fellow texture-sensitive diners: the braised beef leans very soft and shredded, so it may not be your favorite if texture matters to you. In that case, I'd strongly recommend the chicken or the trout--both were beautifully cooked and full of flavor. That said, this spot is top tier. The vibes are immaculate, the drinks are fun, and the menu has enough range that everyone at the table can find a win. I'm already planning my return for the salmon chips, which I clearly should've ordered the first time. Verdict: worth the visit, worth the repeat, and definitely a go-to when I'm in Atlanta again.

I love the ambiance of this restaurant. They had a band playing on Saturday, cozy intimate ambiance and great service. I ordered the empanadas, salmon chips and muscles and I liked them all. I will say that I wasn't impressed by the actual dinner menu , not many selections. Also, 1 of the salmon chips tasted burnt .

Cool, trendy place with good food, solid service and a fun vibe. Our party started with some cocktails - the list is solid if short - and the salmon chips which are great. I had the blackened red fish gumbo and it was excellent - loved it. My wife had the Mushroom Parmesan and thought it was good, but liked the red fish better. Cool spot on the beltline. You can valet or self park - typically spaces available for that.

Came here a few weeks ago with a group. The old fashioned esque drink was very good. Salmon chips hit like usual and the service was stellar. This is one of my fave restaurants in the city.

I haven't been here in yearssss! But the Smoked Salmon Chips are still one of the best items on the menu! I sat near the bar and listened to the live band while I waited for the rest of my party to arrive. Once they did, we were seated. And the bartender assisted me with taking my food and drinks to the table. Our table had a lot going on! Thank goodness our waiter was patient! I forgot the dish that I had for the night but it was good. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks and I was reminded of this hidden gem!

I had a wonderful experience here this evening. I loved the vibrant atmosphere of Two Urbn Licks. The decor was very tasteful too. Although the noise level was high, I was happy to hear live music playing in the background. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and offered to answer any questions we may have had explaining the menu. I was with a party of four, and our service was wonderful. I ordered the rotisserie chicken and the collards. I enjoyed the flavor of the rotisserie chicken it was very juicy and tender. I loved that you can see the chicken as it's cooking on the rotisserie. I enjoyed the Saturday night vibes. This place has nice size patio seating too.

Top tier. Food was great and service was attentive and on point. I come from the Seattle area and do a fair bit of nicer dining... prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Great ambience. Everything was good but the collared greens were extra special, as was the braised bison ribs - the special of the evening. It's a pleasantly loud environment. Live music and the hustle and bustle of an open floor plan & kitchen. You won't be whispering in hushed tones over candlelight here. It's just the vibe... and it works. I really could not have been more pleased with my meal and the service. Everyone in our party of 8 felt the same. As Arnold says .... "I'LL BE BAAAACK"

It's been a long time since I've eaten here and it did not disappoint at all! It was should a great fellowship with my family for my sister's graduation. We ate good, laughed, and had great conversation over some GREAT food! Whoever is the current lead chief in the kitchen is going a great job. Everything was well seasoned and presented very nice. My 2 all time favorites will always be the salmon chips and the calamari for my appetizers. For my entire I ordered the blackened salmon and it was also very delicious. I will say I was very underwhelmed by the Mac and cheese side. It wasn't anything exciting taste wise. But all and all everything was great. The ambiance was really nice as well. It was too hot to sit outside however we were able to sit by the window so that we had a great view of the outside while enjoying the are conditioning inside. lol

Walked over from a Beltline lot and loved that I didn't have to deal with a crowded parking deck--though valet is an option if you're fancy. The space is gorgeous. It had open flames, cool lighting, and this lush private room full of plants that would be perfect for a special event or group dinner. Favorites were definitely the salmon chips, empanadas and salt and pepper calamari. To be honest, the apps were so good I had to remind myself to slow down and save room for the rest. Cocktails were strong in the best and classiest way. Shoutout to the bartender for my old fashioned. And they have larger pours of wine available on the menu. In short, my visit was everything.

Brunch at Two Urban Licks, on sunny but not too hot Sunday, was a wonderful way to enjoy the day with family and friends. Situated on the Beltline with a generous outdoor patio area, the brunch menu had too many good options to just choose one. We started with both chicken and brisket empanadas, smoked salmon chips, spicy Caesar salad and the cast iron cinnamon sweet rolls. Personally, I thought the Caesar was the best, but everyone had their favorites. The main courses were all sizable and delicious. We tried everything from the Smoked Brisket Hash (pictured) to the prime rib sandwich, the jerk fried chicken sandwich, the cowboy burger and chilaquiles. Everyone seemed to love the food, and while dessert looked great, entrees had eliminated my need for anything else. Our server was knowledgeable and available. Overall, I would say that I definitely plan to return.

    Yes they do

Where can I park to go to this restaurant?

They have valet. Just pull up to the restaurant and they will take it from there

    Bar/counter seating for solo diners?

Absolutely! If you're going on the weekend, get there early. It's a cozy bar.

Is this a good spot for a group birthday dinner? we are going to be dressed up.

Yes! Nice atmosphere and live music some nights. You’ll see a good mix of those that are dressed up and smart casual.

    Access to Parking?

Complimentary Valet is offered to all guest

Did the Happy Hour restart here? If so-what days/times and what specials?! Thank you!

For brunch do they have Unlimited Mimosas?

No we bought by the pitcher

    It is 420 friendly?

    Lol unfortunately no

Is there happy hour? What are the specials?

Yes, they do have happy hour.

Is the live music overpowering, or will I be able to visit with my table during a show or maybe ask to be seated slightly away from the band?

We were actually sitting pretty close to the band and could still talk somewhat. I did not find it overpowering. It's a huge restaurant so it would be easy to sit farther away. Just request such when making a reservation.

What the bar situation? I've only been here once with a table reservation & it was crazy busy. Do you think I could walk in and have a seat at the bar say at 7 or 8 on a Thursday night?

We have over 20 bar seats and 5 cocktail tables which are all first come first serve. We have lots of room so you should be able to find a good spot! Thanks

Do they have a kid friendly menu?

    Not kid friendly.

Are bands lined up during the week? Im traveling to Atlanta next week! Thanks

How much is dinner for two usually?

    At least 50 without drinks.

    Do they have vegan options?

    Yes

What is the attire like here?

Like most places in Atlanta casual is okay, but most people here are dressed up at least a little. I wouldn't feel comfortable in athletic wear.

How are the vegetarian options at brunch?

Most items can be made vegetarian. Very limited vegan options. Mostly green beans, artichoke, squash.

    Do they have happy hour?

No, probably not...according to their menu paper they don’t have any happy hour discounts...

Is this someplace I could bring my kids, ages 9 and 13?

You in theory could but I wouldn't suggest it. Besides being pricey it's dark and very swanky. Just don't see kids enjoying it.

We then moved into the dining area where we had four tables next to each other. The lounge area has festive decor and our server did a great job taking care of my group before we arrived. The dining area has a more subdued decor. There were other groups celebrating and we still felt like we had a room to ourselves. Once seated, service was also excellent. They had several staff dedicated to us. Water, apps and wine service was quick and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. I had many compliments on both the food and wine. For starters we had Tuna Tartare Chips and greens (salad). Both were excellent. For mains we had the salmon and roast chicken. Brussels sprouts and whipped potatoes for sides. Finally cheesecake bites for dessert. We served their Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir with the meal. Everything went perfectly. Just the right amount of food and wine. (7 bottles for our 20). Their contract is written in a way that makes you think you might be rushed. But that was not the case in practice. We had plenty of time to meet and greet at the lounge before being seated. And plenty of time at the tables. We felt we received an excellent value for our dollar. Highly recommended for a special event. I worked with Kate Chandler who is their Event Manager to plan the event. This was the first event like this that I have planned. She made it easy and offered advice when I asked. For seating, it seems you are encouraged to bus your own table, but it isn't clear so most people don't. So we (and multiple other groups) ended up waiting for a table to open up and then cleared the dishes/glasses ourselves. Not a big deal but was just not the most welcoming system. Additionally, our entrees came out about 15 minutes apart, which wasn't ideal. We would have liked to order a couple more beers, but pretty sure we would have needed to enter the main line again to order those. We arrived around 6:45 on a Saturday and the pizza was sold out. Not sure if this is typical, but it was a bummer, especially since the menu isn't particularly large in the first place. The Caesar salad was great. Really good. And the grinder was quite good but not exceptional. For about $80 for 2 beers, a salad+chicken, and the grinder, I can't say it's worth the price. Review would probably be different if we were able to get the pizza because that seems to be the main attraction.
