The inside and outside areas were very clean. I ordered eggs and hash browns. I know it sounds basic but it was cooked exactly how it should be and was delicious. The hash browns are quite different than most places and are packed with flavor. My boyfriend ordered Huevos Rancheros and he absolutely loved this dish. Wish they had more gluten-free options. But they do have tons of vegan and vegetarian options specially having that egg substitute is great. Had a day out with my son, in Reno, and recalled a good experience several months back here. It's mid size with a big backing, so it's within normal limits to wait.We don't have a wait because we chose to dine out side. She slammed an additional dollar on the tray, rolled her eyes, then proceeded to tell me she didn't my have any change and that was settled. I repeated her comment and nicely stated, I'm this event, I get to choose if I want all of the change. She stormed away, found a container, gave me the additional change, then walked away. I was blown away. We had no issue, just wanted to get something of his choosing, this place was my thing. It's unfortunate maybe Hannah was overwhelmed. My go to whenever I get brunch has always been two chicks. It's always good but they have been so on top of their game lately! Our food arrived and my husband's order was not right, my steak was rare when I asked for medium rare. The server did replace what was wrong with the hubby's food but when it finally arrived, it tasted so awful it made him so upset. I ordered a large steamed oatmilk and I got a small cup, and the milk was regular steamed milk and I am lactose intolerant. Yes, I got sick but not life threatening. I was searching up local coffee spots and this place popped up. What brought me here was the 'Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee'. I was intrigued because I've never had that before. The restaurant is cute and I was seated within ten minutes. I ordered the coffee and the egg benedict combo; orginal and caprese, with a side of parmesan garlic hashbrown. The egg benedicts came out excellent and the hashbrown was nicely crisp with lots of garlic and parmesan taste. I was a little bummed that the coffee tasted a tad watered down to my liking. We found this little Gem after staying at a local Hotel overnight after driving from So Cal for a funeral. This was a Saturday morning, and the experience started from the moment we walked in the door. We were pleasantly greeted by a stunning hostess. (I wish I got her name) She was on the phone, but smiled politely while holding up her index finger telling us 'just a minute'. Once she hung up the phone, she greeted us politely and asked how we were and, "Two?" She walked us to a table and sat us down, and said to "Enjoy". Very shortly, another Stunningly beautiful waitress, with a dazzling smile, came to our table to ask if we wanted to start with something to drink. Her name was "Zoey" (sp?). She brought us our drinks and asked if we were ready to order, and we asked if she had any suggestions on the menu as we had never been there. She honestly gave us some options, and we took her up on her suggestions. We did ask her if a pre-requisite for being hired there was you had to be absolutely beautiful, she jokingly confirmed our suspicions, with a smile and a warm thank you for the compliment. We enjoyed our meal very much, and Zoey kept coming back to check on us to our enjoyment and her conversation. The meal was perfect and everyone was pleasant to chat with and we enjoyed our experience very much. Kudo's to this restaurant, and we certainly give Zoey and this restaurant 5 stars for both the ambience, friendliness, food quality and taste, as well as cost. Thank you again! read more

Came here on a Thursday afternoon, they were able to seat us right away with no reservation. The restaurant had plenty of seating, it was about half full and stayed that way through out. We did have a tough time trying to find parking. Had to park a couple blocks away and walk over. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it's probably one of my favorites. The maple sausage Patties were my favorite thing out of all of our entrees. My friend got a Benedict with fresh squeezed orange juice. The hollandaise sauce on that Benedict was to die for. We went to Two Chicks for breakfast yesterday. Our experience was rough. The young lady who seated us seemed like she was having a bad day. She was unfriendly, didn't smile, and talked over us. We all ordered food and it looked amazing but tasted bland. The coffee was bland too. I ordered the vegan skillet. The potato's were undercooked and didn't taste well. The vegetables tasted frozen not fresh. My husband had the biscuits and gravy though and he said they tasted good. Our server provided okay service but I think she was overwhelmed. She forgot about us a few times and when ordering she attempted to up sale our meals. Overall I was disappointed in the food as well as the service. We witnessed the manager argue with a customer which was unpleasant. Regardless of the situation the manager should have kept calm instead of continuing to fight with the customer. The speed and precision of breakfast at Two Chicks is really impressive. Our breakfast burrito and Country Style Benedict only took about 8 minutes to prepare and serve, steaming hot and delicious. The restaurant has waiters, servers, and table bussers who are all buzzing inconspicuously around the place keeping everything on track. I've never seen such impressive teamwork at a restaurant before. Kudos to the management and staff for appearing to love what they do, and working so well together. The food was excellent. Check the sausage box if you have an option to do so with your breakfast. It was thick and juicy, and paired excellently with our delicate and buttery homemade biscuits. And what a work of art the breakfast burrito was! Everything was layered perfectly, forming the perfect bite regardless of the angle of approach.
