Well I had heard a few people raving about this place and it is a clean facility. The donuts are huge the apple fritter and the cinnamon roll are huge. Find someone to split them with. My apple fritter had pretty much raw dough in the middle and I would call in a bit undercooked. Bigger and thicker does not always mean better. The cake Donuts seemed fine the cinnamon roll was a bit stingy on the cinnamon. I guess maybe I'm just used to a different style. maybe I'll give him another see how it works. read more

When I came at 7:30 there was only one employee working, and a small line, so you may need to wait a minute if you want a breakfast burrito, acacia bowl, or breakfast sandwich. The man with the plan. The man who services you with the best donuts you've ever had. And frankly, I don't appreciate the way you're questioning Keith. He's an incredible American icon. This donut shop is so adorable, the location is fantastic and I always get excited for new places in the area. There's so much potential in this place but my experience was disappointing... -The staff is young and sweet, but extremely untrained in all areas of running that shop -If it were my place, I'd be the first one there and the last one to leave for at least the first 6 months to ensure the first impression of the shop is on point (especially in a small town) -I've seen people complain about their prices in other reviews, I fully support paying for quality but the taste of the donuts were average. On the other hand, the look of them was beautiful. -No one seemed to know how to make the coffee drinks listed on the menu. -The staff kept having to ask the customers who ordered what, and seemed unsure on who was going to make certain dishes like a salad. -This place is missing a personality, someone to take ownership of this cute shop and the beautifully decorated donuts, and ensure quality in all aspects. -A little background music would add to the fun decor. All-in-all, I'm not crossing this place off my list given that it has only been open for a few weeks. I will definitely be going back to try other items and truly hope the best for this spot. Super cute shop and the donuts were great even at 4 in the afternoon. Sal was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The donuts were 'plush' (not super airy) and delicious! The flavor and presentation was spot on. They have a different way of putting in the fillings that maximizes the flavor! What's even better? I got a white cake donut with Oreos cookie crumble and a mint whip cream. I also got the blueberry donut with fresh blueberries in the glaze and the cake. My fiancé and I always loved coming here and drinking the coffee and getting donuts and it was great! The past 3 times we have been here we have been very upset with how awful the bowls have been, not to mention how unfriendly the teenager drone is at the counter. I came with my mother and the store was empty with the exception of 2 workers and 2 ladies who had ordered ice cream. We both had never been to this place but decided to try it. Walking in, we were not greeted by either of the workers. One was rolling ice cream and one seemed to be drizzling chocolate on donut holes. My mom and I waited at the counter for them to finish (still no hello from them) and about 5 minutes passed without them acknowledging us. My mom asked if we could be helped with the donuts and they both ignored us. Keep in mind this store is very small, so there is absolutely no way they could not have heard us. We were right in front of them! Another minute passed and she repeated it. One of them answered and said she'd be right with us. Minutes pass and we still had not been helped. We literally wanted 2 donuts. It would not have taken that much time. We ended up leaving because of this rude service. You would think that acknowledging a customer as they walk through the door and letting them know you'll be right with them would be easy... apparently not for these two. Ignoring my mom's request was the last straw. Don't bother coming here for the poor service.... Not to mention they had about 5 types of donuts and the shelves were scarce. I used to come here every Tuesday and Wednesday when they had their vegan donuts, they were sooooo good. However about six months ago they stopped having the vegan donuts consistently I would drive all the way there and they would say " oh sorry we didn't make any vegan donuts today" no reason they just didn't. It got so bad I literally called in before I went in to make sure they had them so I didn't waste my time. Half the time I called they didn't have them. Then about three months ago they got rid of their vegan donuts all together and said they are reformulating them, at first they said they would be back in August, then September, and now they aren't sure when they will be back. Reasons they did not get five stars: Their breakfast burrito was less than average. I don't think the commercial space has a hood (so they don't have a burner) and made the burrito out of a microwave. Again I'm not well versed of what's legal or not, but I've seen some places in similar situations use Foreman type grills, when they didn't have a commercial kitchen. The staff all worked diligently, but the layout of the service area, could use some reorganization for efficiency. Also there signs outside could use some minor tweaks, nice business logo. But very difficult to locate for first timers. All in all I hope this place does well it's a nice addition to the area. read more
